During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." But the water there is too shallow , Do not move. Then we went to the fish treatment pool, I put the feet into, there are many small fish over my feet, very comfortable, but feel a little itch. There are many hot spring pools, there are ice pool, waterfall pool, gold pool, silver pool, pebble pool, surf pool, hydrogen pool, there are many large and small hot spring pool, there is really fun.

We played the whole hot spring, comfortable to leave.

This is my happy national holiday.

今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

期盼已久的运动会终于到来了! The long -awaited sports meeting finally arrived!

我们一大早就来到学校集合，排队到一中运动场去，在观众台指定的位置坐了下来。

首先是运动会开幕式，伴着嘹亮的运动员进行曲的音乐，各个班的运动员排着整齐的方队，按照班级顺序走过主席台，每个班都喊出了自己班的口号，接着郭校长宣布：“运动会正式开始了!”

我们的运动会有许多体育比赛项目，有长跑、短跑、跳高、跳远、投掷等。不一会儿，有同学告诉我女子1500米比赛开始了，大家准备为我们班的侯玉萍加油。

在起跑线处，运动员们在线后一字排开，向前微倾着身子，准备好起跑。这时，裁判员举起发令枪，“啪”的一声，运动员们像一支支离弦的箭一样，冲出起跑线。开始，运动员距离比较近，大家你追我赶，一会儿这个超过那个，一会儿又被别人反超过去;可是跑上一段时间距离就越拉越远了。再说我们班的侯玉萍，她“一马当先”冲到了前面，像发了疯似的玩命地跑，终于第一个跑到终点，获得了冠军。我们全班都高兴地为她欢呼起来。

转眼就到了下午。五点钟的时候，一场惊心动魄的接力赛开始了。随着一声枪响，我们班的第一棒杨喆飞快地跑了起来，但是不久被另一个班的运动员超了上来。到了第二棒王梓聪，只见他两腿像两个大号的车轮子似的，转得飞快，眨眼之间就把接力棒传到了第三棒荆干手里。荆干接住接力棒，撒腿就跑，很快就把其他运动员远远地甩在了身后。到了第四棒梁家眳那儿，别的人更是想追也追不上了，梁家眳是我们班的“飞毛腿”，他如同一道闪电，片刻之功就到达了终点。

第二天我们又进行了一上午的比赛，运动会就闭幕了。但我的心好像还留在运动场上一样，周围是久久不散的呐喊声、欢呼声……
