昨天听了一场课。虽然中间夹杂了不少的广告，但总体来说还是小有收获。

老师提到了一本她正在看的书，然后就里面的一些观点解析给我们听。

网络便捷的一个好处就是，我虽然没有她的那本纸质书，但能马上在读书软件里找到了电子版。

但更为关键的，其实就是她的解说。

同样的一句话，我们可能看过就过了，但是在她那里就会被拓展开来，可能就会被举出几个案例便于我们理由。

这位老师最初见到她的时候，只觉得其貌不扬，也没觉得她有多么显著的作品，倒是被她接地气的说话以及行为处事留下了较深刻的印象。

后来才渐渐地了解到，她的学历并不高，但是在这一行为坚持了十年，从一开始的小白，一步步地自我摸索，走到了今天的成绩。

她的成功里有一份自律与方向感，知道自己要的是什么，敢于甩开外界的偏见，做自己真正想做的事，当然也有一个就是她的毅力。

那段时间她把时间全压在自己的事业上，到坚持了8个月的时候，才有了质的飞跃。

试想一下，有几个人能有这样的坚持呢？

所以，成功的人身上都有值得我们学习的特质，关键在于我们是否善于去发现，并且去学习。

一周的时间过得如子弹脱膛般迅速，转眼间烟消云散，快乐如疲惫一起消失，只是心头久久不能褪去那军训（生活）色彩斑斓的生活……在记忆的匣子中留下一道一道深刻的痕迹，反复咀嚼，似乎悟出了点什么！

初对学校，对军训这些未知数产生了具大的好奇心，也赋予了各种美好的期望，学校怎么样？环境怎么样？同学怎么样？教官怎么样？

……就这样，带着各种期望和疑惑，我走进这所学校，走进这个班级，走进了那个操场，开始了这场军训……

累，累，还是累。每天挺着笔直的身体在毒辣的阳光下爆嗮，两条腿都站到麻木还要坚持，能清楚地感到汗水随着后背一滴一滴地向下流，嘴唇都干得撕开了一条口子，眼角都晒得脱一层皮，火辣辣地烧灼感刺激着我每一个神经细胞——痛！

这种生活刚开始两天，我就彻底地失去了兴趣，之前地各种向往早就抛到九霄云外去啦！我开始想要放弃，想要退缩，但这种念头刚萌发出来，就被朱教官扼杀在思想的摇篮里，“你们是不是特别羡慕我们整齐化一的步伐？那你们知道我们练了多少时间吗？三个月！你们七天而我们三个月，才有今天的成就！所以你们坚决不可以放弃！”

“是啊！台上十分钟，台下十年功！播什么种子，施什么肥，来年就会开什么化，结什么果！天下没有免费的午餐，不付出就想收获简直是天方夜谭！”就这样，一股正能量埋在我心底里，鞭策我前进。

就这样，七天军训生活结束了，其实现在回头望去，坚持下来了，原来也没什么！

我相信，已经开始的高中生活也将会如此，所以，珍惜吧！这来之不易地三年，这意义非凡的三年。

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

做“蛋饼”

今天，老爸心血来潮，想做蛋糕给我吃。我说：“老爸，你不要逞能哦!老妈这位‘蛋糕大师’还没有出场，你做不出好蛋糕来的。”老爸自信满满地说：“士别三日，应刮目相看，让你尝尝我做的蛋糕吧!”

老爸挖了几乎一大袋面粉，打了四个大鸡蛋，还挖了满满一勺盐、两勺糖，倒了半水瓶的水，一大盒牛奶。我吃惊了：我能吃这么多吗?我还没回过神来，老爸已倒了一袋泡打粉、一袋酵母，接着，看电视去了。

我等了两个多小时，老爸才慢吞吞地去把面糊倒进饭盒里，盖上盖子。放进微波炉里，把指针转到10，打了10分钟，拿出来一看。哇!蛋糕打糊了!原本又香又软的蛋糕中间变得黑呼呼，我揪了一块黄的吃起来。硬邦邦的，不仅咸，还有一股浓浓的鸡蛋味!这不是蛋饼嘛!

在憋了两秒钟后，我终于大声叫起来：“爸!”

秋风吹过，草拂之而变色，赋人间似金衣，与果实以红袍，在这别样的九月里，我叩开了高中的大门，开始了全新的生活。

“做11道题的同学、”三个字从数学老师口中缓缓拖出。从未上黑板做过题的我心里不免有些紧张。粉笔在黑板上慢慢勾勒出问题的原貌，手中的粉笔似乎在颤抖。思路却在题目做到一半的时候，被忐忑斩断。汗水在悄然间润湿额头，手也不听使唤了。我咬咬牙，竭力使自己冷静下来，冥思、凝眉……终于，在摇曳的`手中，答案顺利生成。摸着自己滚烫的脸颊，我欣慰的笑了。面对难题，只要心中存些许淡定，所有的难题将不再困难。我想，面对崭新的新生活，坦然面对才是上上选。

高中生活并不是想象中的悠哉悠哉。课后，虽不像中考时剑拔弩张，但空气中仍充斥着一些奥妙，似乎很少人想输在起跑线上。有的同学趴在课桌上，正为下面的课“充电”，有的滔滔不绝的讲着什么趣事，而更多的同学在奋笔疾书，时而低头沉思，时而翻翻书，念叨念叨。而我就是这其中的一员。面对各种功课，我能做的只是坦然接受，手中的那支笔似乎永远都在努力耕耘。生活就是这样，总是舍与得的抉择，但只要我们有所付出，那么，在金色的季节里总有所收获。

深夜，我仍然未眠，只是安静的躺在床上，看着窗外，灯光是混的，月色是清的。在混沌的月光里，渗入了一派请辉。那月儿已经消瘦了几分。她晚妆早罢，盈盈的悬挂在天间。经过秋雨的洗刷，天是蓝的可爱，仿佛一汪水似的，月亮更是出落得精神。倏地，有些室友也在辗转反侧，难以入睡。而我却从悦人的月儿中，领悟了什么，便欣然入睡。总有一天，我们需要走陌生的路，认识陌生的人，做陌生的事，处之泰然就是适应环境的必杀技。

哦，教室的一角，曾经是我们赠送蔡教官的一角，教官笔直地坐在那儿，我们塞满满的零食往蔡教官手里捧去，教官的严厉要求致使我们夺得第一，是教官的谆谆教诲致使我们坚持信念，我们依依不舍与教官分别，有的甚至流起眼泪，教官和我们相处三天已有如此深厚的情谊，更让教官加入“60 1 C B"教官从十几包零食抽出一两包，其余都给同学，教官必须得走了，车子已在校园门口等候多时，我们紧跟教官步伐急于恳请教官停下，放慢他的脚步，我则在窗户上望教官愈走愈远的身影，后边还稀稀拉拉跟着几名同学，直至教官的背影被树木遮住，直至教官踏上汽车那一刻，我还不断张望，全体学生哽咽。

哦，操场的一角，曾经是我们挥洒泪水和汗水，拔河比赛的地点。与三班，四班奋力拼搏，四班这一仗，我们打得毫不费吹灰之力，victory！胜利！虽说汗水渗透衣裳，可我们依旧开心，零零星星的小雨则像伴唱我们的喜悦，自豪地望着人群，感觉自己就是胜利女神，第一轮的胜仗，激动五，六分钟有余。三班与之抗衡，去年我们漂亮的打了翻身仗，其他班级对我们刮目相看，我们实力不容小觑，“一二 三拉，拉”歇斯里底地喊，拼尽全力地扯，坚持25秒，红绳离我们的白线单单只剩5厘米，所有人都认为我们要赢时不可思议的戏剧性的一幕发生了。三班一鼓作气让红绳“跑”向他们的白绳，我们竟然输了。决胜局失败，意味第一与我们失之交臂，我们再失声痛哭，小学最后一次拔河比赛啊！付出如此多的努力换来第二，经历如此多磨难换来第二，雨中哭泣，泪水打湿脸庞。

哦，播音室的一角，曾经是我们声情并茂演讲的地方，挑选6名同学，就6名，重重筛选，我终于能到播音室小说一段，多么难得的机会，我是开头，充满情感朗读我不大行，所以更需加强练习，朱敏慧和我搭档，压力山大，抹了许多汗。开头真心重要，开头主干精英才可以，决定整个队的命运，赐予我，哎，做不好怎么办？取到话筒，手一直抖，尽自己最大力气控制声音语调和速度，读完后，同学给我竖起大拇指！心里美滋滋的。

啊！难忘的校园生活，每一处都留下我的足迹与脚印，每一处都终生难忘，每一处都念念不忘。

我们的学校位于北京房山区，学校设备先进，操场宽广。有时候学校的天空很蓝，像家乡一样，有一种亲切感。

学校的食堂很干净整洁，学校的景观很美；清晨，漫步在操场上，看到火红的太阳从东方升起，很是壮观。

校园里我们能到处看到绿色，楼道旁的小草，操场边的绿树……记得刚来时一切都很陌生，现在早已习惯了这里的生活。在校园四处都能看到山。秋天里步入校园的时候，叶子渐渐变黄，空气十分清新，天气很凉爽。大概在几个星期前下了第一场雪，很美，操场到处白茫茫一片，我爱这美丽的校园……

清晨的第一缕阳光拂过３０４宿舍，柔柔的，轻轻的。谁都没有意识到天亮了，一个个都没在被子里。‘凡儿，报时。’当时晓龙说出这几个字时就如一个快死翘翘的人拼劲最后一口气的遗言那般无力。“还可以睡５分钟。”凡儿亦是这般无力。

半小时后……

“凡儿，报时”龙五分钟断断续续蹦出四个字。‘半小时前不是问过了嘛，又问，讨厌。’‘多久？半小时前？快，兄弟们，红色警报，今儿是英语老师的早早读。’小龙犹如狂吃９９颗十全大补丸。（注：英语老师俗称“奋嘿”，至于为何这么叫，在这里实在不方便透露啊，谅解，谅解。）

三分钟后……

育，龙，宾宾，我都出现在高三七的教室里并且手里还拿着英文课本，虽然眼睛是朦胧的，书是倒拿的，鞋穿的是两只不一样的。‘奋嘿来了。’英文课代表拉响警报。迎面走来的是奋嘿，奋嘿他来自南通，他不只是帅而且还帅的很特别，他是王子（他的千金叫王紫）的爸爸，遗憾的是他不是国王。因为他有‘气管炎’头把手就是他的老婆。他着装特别并且从不梳头，他是这样谦虚的形容自己的“中学时成绩不好，数学一般只考一百四十几”。总之，我们给他的评语就是：‘他经验丰富，并且十分专业。他来了，他没有令我们失望，他的打扮？？？上身：白衬衫十分整洁，下身：花色沙滩休闲裤？再下面：黄色皮鞋和黄色的丝袜？等等，在中间也就是腰部居然还别着一条咬过的‘龙糕’，龙糕很不幸被咬成了马甲的样子。写到这里，我忍不住说：奋嘿，我被你雷到了。

“唉，他娘的居然把美术课改成数学课了，什么世道啊，只许数学老师放火不许美术老师点灯。”大嘴还一脸哭腔对我说。宾宾眼中闪过一丝深邃：‘难怪我昨晚夜观星相，有不吉之照。’‘昨夜？昨夜不是阴天吗，你不是到火星上去观星相的吧’育调侃道。‘这就是老衲我道行之深’宾宾反驳。突然，一股杀气袭来。对，你没有猜错，她就是数学老师啊戒。虽然叫啊戒，可她还是美的，只不过美的不明显而已。

‘靠，这啊戒做的也太绝了，免费送她一课不说还要附带下课五分钟，这就好比去‘星巴克’点一杯咖啡，临走时不仅把咖啡伴侣打包带走了还拽了一大碟纸巾。

‘同学们啊，过几天就一模了，一模可是很重要的，这节课自己看书吧，有问题的可以提问。’我和育可不买账，咱看咱的小说。‘唉，华华又问她问题了。滴泡，你说华华老问问题怎么受的了啊戒那“清新”的口气的，她不是在鼻孔里塞了活性炭吧。’育很疑惑。‘活性炭倒是没有，我问过华华了，说是憋住气的。’育又转头对我说：‘可是华华白皙的皮肤被熏黑了，中毒了也说不定哦。’我再一次被育雷到了。

国庆期间，我来南京博物院，重点是看看来自古埃及的法老王!

一进特展厅，我们买了门票后，每个人都领到了一副耳机和讲解器，那是一个挂在脖子上的小仪器，每靠近一个文物，那小仪器就有感应并开始工作，耳朵里立即响起了一种丰有磁性的声音为我们讲解古埃及的历史和每个文物的背后故事。

看了这么多的文物，最令我难忘的是那木乃伊。据说木乃伊的制做方法，是将大脑抽掉，为防止头部腐烂，接着，把除了心脏之外的内脏抽空，再把尸体包成个“大粽子”。这就是木乃伊。

古埃及还把鳄鱼、猫、鸟也做成了木乃伊了呢!

人生如一张白纸，需要你去写，去画，但不同的是这纸每个人只有一张，你绝对没有写草稿的机会，所以你要百般珍惜它。契诃夫曾经说过：“活过来的人生如果是一页草稿，能够把它再誊写一次该多好！”

我走过了十九个春夏秋冬，在校园生活了十三个年头，这期间我从一个不懂事的小女孩变成了一个高中生。我把这十九个点连接成一幅完整的图形。这幅图用酸甜苦辣给它调了色。我的校园生活就像烟火一样美丽，可烟火再美丽也是瞬间即逝。由于中考的失误，我被江宁职教中心的单招部录取了。从此我又开始了我的高中学习生涯。我的校园生活像下象棋一样，除了黑棋，就是白棋。

“起床了，起床了，再不起来就来不及了。”不知道是谁每天就像在催命一样，手机闹钟不醒，宿舍的“夺命军号环催”一遍两遍也叫不醒。所以每天基本是慌慌张张的起床，甚至有时候还赖床。我就要开始叠被子，这叠被子也是有讲究的，不仅要整齐，而且像豆腐一样，这是要经过训练。然后我才能洗漱，每天最令我讨厌的就是打扫卫生，这打扫卫生可不是一般的扫地拖地这么简单。我每天扫地是最辛苦的。而且扣分是少不了地面的。我早晨扫完地，舍友拖一遍到两遍，然后我要用扫帚再扫一遍，最后我要趴在地上用抹布把地上抹干净连一根头发丝都不能放过。我抱怨这哪是来上学的啊，简直就是清洁工，这项工作至少要十分钟，真是吃力不讨好。

上课铃一响，全班必须到班，五分钟内到迟到，五分钟后处旷课，这项规定很严明，所以基本上敢有人五分钟后到班，在课堂上，我认真听讲，不开小差，也不讲话，老师布置的作的作业及时完成，做到课前预习，课后复习巩固，在第二节不上课间广播操，全校师生在广场上做操或是领导宣布重要事情，除非天气原因，否则每天的课间操是必须的，然后上两节课，12点放学吃饭。

中午放学，一个个跟饿死鬼似的奔食堂，去得早要排队，去得迟，没我想吃得菜，我讨厌等待。所以吃饭我相对去得比较迟，食堂有什么就吃什么。吃完就聊聊天，时间也过得特快。

1点40开始上课，基本上每天都上四节课，除了星期三上三节课，第四节课自由活动。我会和班上的同学在一起打乒乓球，或许我不是他们的对手，但我也学会了不少技巧。通常5点15下课，去食堂吃饭啦，或回宿舍打水啦。在10分钟后，上晚自习。三节自习把作业写写，书看看，然后9点05下晚自习回宿舍睡觉。

每天都是重复前一天的生活，日复一日，也就司空见惯了，这三点一线的生活，从宿舍到食堂再到教室，或从教室到食堂再到宿舍……心思都放在学习不会没事做，也不会人精彩的事发生。生活里只剩下了学习，也只有学习。

既然选择了这样的生活，既然生活只有黑白，那么我也要把它活得精彩，过得充分，我的校园生活应该是多彩多姿的。一幅完美的画，不在乎它的色彩，而是它对轮廓。

a few months ago, i was a primary pupil. i had many good friends and teachers that i remember all the time.

my new life is very exciting. i’m in dongzhou middle school. it’s famous in jiangsu. it’s bigger and more beautiful than the primary school. i love it very much.

i’m in class 10, grade 7. it’s a good class. the students are clever, nice, friendly and helpful. all my classmates study hard. they want to be on the top.i get up at 5:30. sometimes i read english, sometimes i learn chinese. studying is very / interesting.i’m sure our class will get better and better. i like my new class, the new school and the new life.

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 完美的心

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming1) that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered, and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a flaw2) in it.

Suddenly, an old man appeared and said, "Why3), your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine!"

The crowd and the young man looked at the old mans heart. It was full of scars. It had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didnt fit quite right, and there were several jagged4) edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges5) where whole pieces were missing.

The young man laughed. "Comparing your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars."

"Yes," said the old man, "Yours looks perfect but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love. I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart that fits into the empty place in my heart.

"But because the pieces arent exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared.

"Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasnt returned a piece of his or her heart to me. These are the empty gouges - giving love is taking a chance.

"Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for those people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space Ive been waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is"

The young man walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect heart, and ripped6) a piece out. He offered it to the old man.

The old man placed it in his heart, then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young mans heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges.

年轻人走到老者面前,把手伸进自己完美的心中,撕下了一片,赠给了老者。老者把这片心放进自己的心里,然后从自己那颗苍老而又伤痕累累的心上撕下一片,放入年轻人心上的伤口。虽然能够放进去,但不十分吻合,因为有的边缘凹凸不平。

年轻人看了看自己的心,它虽然不再完美,却更加美丽,因为老者心中的爱流入了他的心田。
