When girls get together, they like gossip. They always talk about the topic of beauty. They will discuss who is the most beautiful girl in school or they will compare the girls and see who is more charming. As the young people, they usually judge people from appearance. The definition of beauty of course is the one who is thinner and has the pretty face. When they ask me which one is more attractive, then I will look at them for a while, because I want to perceive their personality. My view on beauty is not only from appearance as I think most girls have the pretty faces, but also from the inside, only the quality that differentiates them. 今天是个阳光明媚的日子，我和爸爸到上旺山庄去玩。

在去的路上我看到了许多白鹭，这时我想起来了一句诗“一行白鹭上青天”。到了上旺山庄，张老师出来带我到餐桌边，有带鱼和排骨等好吃的东西。我高高兴兴地吃好饭，张老师叫我们到会议室去，那里有几盘葡萄、飞行棋和一台电视机，可是这台电视机只会放儿歌，这时张老师来了，他放了龙拳，我们看得津津有味的时候，张老师叫我和爸爸去他的葡萄园，那里的葡萄长得可新鲜了，我口水一滴一滴地掉了下来，摘了几串葡萄，我飞快地跑到会议室去。电视机还在放龙拳，我就看了一遍，感觉很无聊，就跑到娱乐室去。那里有台球桌、羽毛球场、乒乓球桌。我就玩起了台球，玩得正起劲的时候，有几位小朋友也跑出来。有的在玩羽毛球，也有的在玩乒乓球，另一位小朋友就和我玩起了台球。我和那个小朋友一直玩到要回家的时候。

张老师叫我们坐到他车上去。在车上，我和小伙伴说说笑笑，一直笑到了家。今天真是个爽快的日子。

我从不喝茶，却爱伏在桌上看一片片有色的茶叶在水中舞蹈……最后跌落杯底。闻着淡淡的茶香，看着杯中水的颜色越来越深，似乎看到生活如茶叶般在我思绪的温水里轻扬……

在路上，爸爸让我和哥走另一条路，我仔细观察了一下四周的环境，决定走另一条路，因为如果走爸爸走的那条路，我的脚将会全部沾上泥，动弹不得。我用掩耳不及迅雷的速度冲向大爷家，我和哥哥到了大爷家没看见爸爸，于是我们往回走，谁知刚刚走到离大爷家不远处只听我脚下“哗啦”一声，泥巴沾满了我的脚，随后我哥的脚也陷入了泥巴里，这时我看见了爸爸等人，我立刻向妈妈说了我们的遭遇，妈妈让我们到草上去踏一踏，是消了一点，可是还有很多，妈妈又让我们在木板上踏一踏，就剩一点了，可是我低头看了看裤子，发现调皮的泥巴已经跑到我的裤子上了。

When we are born, we are unblemished. As we grow, we develop many complexities due to many influences in our lives. During childhood, we are repeatedly discouraged, chided, and in some cases, abused. As we grow older, we develop our own version of right and wrong. We create a world of our own.

College is much different than high school.You may decide to commute from your home to a local campus.Without doubt,the most dramatic freshman year is for those living away from home.What can we expect as we head off into the wonderful world of higher education?

The first thing I notice is the workload.It is heavier and more intense than I ever experienced before.The major challenges of college work are large volume of reading,short deadlines,and “endless” writing.A related effect that can be brought on by the workload is doubt,frustration,and loneliness if possible.

On some of those long,seemingly endless nights of studying and writing,it will be very natural for me to long for fine old days.Hang in there.These down periods will pass.

I have made a lot of new friends.I am sure college friendships will be among the most satisfying and long-term in my life.Its always exciting to discover how wonderfully diverse college relationships can be.

I am enjoying my newfound freedom.Stay up until dawn talking about my ideals and ambitions with my dorms regular bull session buddies.Sleep in until the afternoon on a light class day.Explore the local town or suburbs with one or two of my new friends.

I even start to think about my future.Going to college is as much about finding out who am I as it is about getting the degree.

i do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write-the usual stuff. and then i lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. a new day with a brand new sun. but as i lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, i think about her. and sometimes i smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30 am, and come back from school at 6:00pm. Before I go to bed I

will do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10:00pm. On the weekend, I will

go to play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These

are my daily life.

The Spring Festival,Chinese New Year,is the most important festival for all of us.All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal. At the same time,everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock,some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly.We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is!

On the first early morning of one year,many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door.Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cuttings.The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days.

So during the fifteen days,we always visit our relatives from door to door.At that time,children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents,grandparents,uncles,aunts and so on.

The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival.It names the Lantern Festival.So the Chinese New Year comes to the end

There are five classroom buildings and five dining-halls on the campus. The classrooms are big and bright. And each of them is large enough for sixty students to study in. Behind the main classroom building stands the college library, where both the teachers and students are busy borrowing and returning books every day. I usually go there once a week for borrowing and returning books. Our college life is rich and interesting. On the one hand, we have many experienced teachers, sufficient books, scientific apparatus, and instruments to help our studies. On the other hand, we are encouraged to take part in many college activities such as seminars, parties,talks, sportsmeets, visiting factories, etc. Basketball and volleyball matches are held almost weekly.

I imagine a lot about lives in the future. I think two words can summarize

my imagination. The first word is fast. In the future, we will have more quickly

transportation means. Now matter how far we go, it takes only a short time. With

the development of science and technology, we can travel to the moon, Mars or

somewhere outer space. People may can live in other planets. The second word is

convenient. Because of the fast development of our society, many work can be

done by computers or even robots. Lots of things are fully automated. Humans

just need to give some simple instructions to complete complecated tasks.

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

曾几何时，爱上钓鱼。便乐在其中，不可自拔。

记得小时候，在树林砍一棵小树，找一根尼龙绳，在湖浪子(走村穿巷的生意人)那里花一角钱买5个钩子，自己绑上一串钩，拔根大公鸡的尾巴，沾点做月饼的大红颜色，算制成一支名副其实的传统钓竿。一大早起来，偷偷地在厨房里取半碗面，滴几滴香油，夹杂些棉花，活成拉丝面团，背几个馒头或饼子，拿起鱼竿，就奔水库飞也似的跑了。

来到库边，选定地方，挂上自制的面团饵料，抛下杆子，双手紧握小树干。远处的几只丹顶鹤悠闲地觅食，捞鱼鹳在水面啄鱼吃，蓝天白云，微风和煦，看鱼漂浮浮沉沉，有动有静，有惊有喜，悠悠然度过一天，回家后还能给家人和自己吃上香脆的油炸小鲫鱼，人生莫过如此啊!

工作后整日浑浑噩噩，为了养家糊口，一天到晚奔波不停歇，被烦恼纠缠，儿时的爱好早已忘却。后来兼做生意，便有了空闲时间自己支配，才又记起垂钓之乐。只是时过境迁，人们都用台钓技法，而且装备精良，才又从头学起，跟着友人在塘子里垂钓。钓了几次，总觉得不过瘾，便自己跑到水库野钓。谁知运气不错，常中大鲤，那个过瘾，甭提了!望着宽阔的水面，青山倒影，岸边山花烂漫，远离了城市的喧嚣，心静如水，人生莫过如此啊!

记得一次垂钓，二三两的鲫鱼中了二三十条。此刻急急忙来了一个中年妇女，问有谁钓的鱼卖吗。我问干啥用，她说小女儿病了，想吃鱼。我便都送了她给女儿熬汤吃。心中甚是惬意，不亦乐乎?

其实“钓翁之意不在鱼，在乎山水之间也!”

Friend plays important role in our lives. Everyone needs his or her own

friends. Some people make friends easily but some do not. And “friend” means

differently to people. Some people think friends should stay together all the

time, but some others think that share and support is the real meaning of

friend. From my point of view, friend is the person who will always be with you

no matter what happens. It’s the person who can share your happiness as well as

sorrows.

今天上午，我和爷爷奶奶去咸阳姑奶奶家，坐在车里，我看见绿油油的麦苗上铺着一层薄薄的雪花，还看见路边地上有些冰花，可漂亮了。姑奶家里有个加拿大的小朋友，名字叫aima，她的汉语名叫王嘉爱，她把我叫姐姐，她的书全都是英文

，她还会说汉语，跟我一起玩积木，玩游戏，玩的好开心啦，我很喜欢这个小妹妹。希望明年春节她还回中国过年。

下午，长虹广场正在布置大型灯展。我看见了一个很大的柱子，旁边还有一辆大吊车，正准备把一个很大的灯笼吊上去，周围还有好多祥云柱子也在安装，里边还都装上了很多灯泡，晚上点亮了一定很好看的。你想不想在现场看看呢?

晚上，我和爸爸妈妈去咸阳国际机场去接大姨和弟弟妹妹，我到机场我爸爸给我买了三只小熊猫，我给弟弟一个妹妹一个，他们看见小熊猫很高兴，看见我更高兴。到家，我们玩到很晚才睡觉。

这真是有意义的一天!

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

似乎一切都来得太突然了，平日里高冷的暑假君竟投向了我的怀抱。这一切都是那么的不真实，在询问了所有还沉浸在暑假君拥抱的惊喜里的同学们后，我终于确定，我的暑假生活已经到来了!

拿到几本不知是发的什么书，也无法专心听老师讲的长篇大论的事情。随着一阵欢呼声，我急忙收回我那已飞入宇宙的思绪，胡乱抓起课桌上的东西往外冲，只感觉，门外的阳光变得比平日里温柔了。

结束了比平日里漫长的路程回到家，站在门前，还真有一种似真似幻的感觉。冲进房间，开始找出藏在各个角落里的闹钟，扣掉电池。从此，我的生活便切入到无时间模式。这种感觉就像是进到了世外桃源，声声鸟语，阵阵花香!接着当然是吹着空调，吃着零食，开着电视，玩着电脑。就当我还以为这种生活会持续到开学时，老妈突然出现了。抢走了我的电脑，没收了我的零食。原因是，玩两天就差不多了，以后还是该干嘛干嘛。当时便只觉得眼前一黑，似有天崩地裂，宇宙昏暗，生活从此没有了鸟语花香。

在沉寂了两天后，我决定用行动打败母亲。我开始每天在她眼前晃悠，好让她觉得烦，才好给我电脑让我老老实实的。可是，人算不如天算，在母亲的耐性用完之后，便把我送到了辅导老师面前。本以为可以不用上学了，可最终换来的却是如此惨痛的事实。没有办法，暂且只能乖乖的跟着老师上课。好在晚上还有电视可看，再一想想，还没有这么无聊。

接下来就进入到了这种平静的学习生活。学习过后，跑去书店，找上几本喜欢的书，再找一个安静的角落，这样一看就是一下午。其实在书中，我更能感觉的到我内心深处的那种平静。比起沉迷于电脑的那种比较虚幻的生活，心里还是比较喜欢这种平静的生活的。虽然嘴上不承认罢了。

二十多天的酷刑终于结束了，想着母亲能大发慈悲，还给我电脑，但现实是残酷的。好在软磨硬泡下，母亲同意让我玩一会。激动地打开电脑，打开微博，翻了翻，之后便找不到事做了，没有电脑时想要玩的此刻提不起一点兴趣，只能漫无目的的看一些有的没的。心里的失落感油然而生，这果真是暑假生活吗?没有了开始的那种激动与向往，因为之前感觉有意思的事情，现在反而觉得很平常了。这或许是印证了那一句话，得不到的才是最好的，得到的，反而觉得无趣了。

当我以为这无聊的暑假生活要持续的开学时，令我激动的一个消息传来，老姐要去青岛的大学办一些什么东西。想着这或许是这个暑假唯一的放松的机会了，便软磨硬泡的求母亲大人可以准许我去，当然是敌不过我的无赖功力，老妈才勉强答应我可以去青岛，不过担心老姐照顾不了我，去青岛的时间便减少到只有四天。反正总比在家的好，想着这样我也没有进一步抱怨。快速的收拾好东西后，我和老姐飞快的逃出了家里。一路玩笑声中，青岛终于到了。放好东西，拉着老姐来到海边，但到了之后想放开玩的心情是没有了，沙滩上，海边，海里都是一片“其乐融融”的景象，根本就没有空的地方。不得不去了一些人相对较少的地方乘凉，或是吃青岛的美食。虽然没有玩水，但吃到了很多好吃的东西，青岛这一游也算是不虚此行，给我的暑假生活画上了浓墨重彩的一笔。

我的暑假生活，完全没有按照我所预想的那样进行，没有熬夜，没有暴饮暴食，没有肆无忌惮，反正想好的一切都没实现。但是这样的暑假生活竟说不出来有多么的遭，反而有了一种本该是这样的感觉。或许这就是暑假生活吧，带给你无限的憧憬，最后一切还是归于平静，渐渐把你拉上正轨。总的来说，我的暑假生活，酷!

告别了无忧无虑的童年，我跨进了中学校园的门槛，开始了我五彩缤纷的初一生活。当我走进这个新的班级时，看到一位位新同学，他们的欢声笑语，使我想起了那活波可爱的小学同学。看到每位新老师，和蔼可亲的样子，让我想起了我那慈祥的启蒙老师。认识了新的朋友，坐在新的教室，看着新的课本，一切都是美好的。

学校的活动可真多啊!值得一提的是学校展开的体育活动——跑步课，每天跑步一小时。我感受到这既锻炼了我们的身体，又磨练了我们的意志。大大增强了同学们的团队精神，身体素质也都有了很大的提高。我们刚刚过了生动、有趣的语文智慧周，又迎来了学校组织的软笔、硬笔书写大赛。在老师的带领下，大家齐心协力，把各项活动都办得井井有条，虽然这一过程很辛苦，但我很开心，因为我学到了很多，也成长了很多。正是这些丰富多彩的活动，令我真正感觉到自己融入了这所学校，融入到这个集体当中。

记得刚开学时，我的成绩并不是很好，第一次月考成绩，只排在学年第118名，这让我感到很失落。月考后老师给我指出了学习上的不足之处：不够认真，不够刻苦。而我也虚心接受了老师的意见。在老师耐心的帮助之下，我不懈的努力学习，在期中考试中取得了很大的进步。第二次月考中，也取得了令我满意的成绩。一眨眼，一个学期就要过去了，期末考试即将来临。为了取得好的成绩，我感觉压力很大。每天面对着一次次的测验，一张张的考卷，回到家里还要继续复习……真的让我感到这段日子非常辛苦。但是，为了能给初一上学期画上一个完美的句号，这点苦又算得了什么呢。

在本学期中，我收获的不只是知识，还有学习的艰辛、进步的喜悦。我愿意接受失败，并在每一次的失败中吸取经验。这是让我更成熟的上学期，也是一个简单而又丰富的上学期。
