As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. Low carbon life is popular nowadays. Its aim is to reduce the energy in our

daily life, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. It is well-known

that the air pollution is more and more serious. So we should do something to

protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

To make our unique earth better, we should appeal people to live a low

carbon life. It is also will be the main trends in the future. Let’s do

something for our mother earth.

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws tomake sure people have holidays on that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal on that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interested in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration forMid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the tradition for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love Mid-autumn festival so much.

儿子帛文现在读二年级了，很懂事，给他讲一些做人的道理，他能够领会。回忆一下我的美好的高中生活，帛文和他的同学看了肯定会受到一些鼓舞，振奋精神，天天向上，快快乐乐度过每一天。

我是1984年读高一的。学校距家40公里，泥沙马路，坑洼不平，骑着自行车，要花3个多小时，我住在学校，过着集体生活，每三个星期骑车回家一趟。

学校邻着山村，座落在低矮的山坡上，视野开阔。晚饭后，我和班里的同学常来到周围曲曲折折、纵横交错的田间小路上，一边散步，一边谈理想；春天来临时，麦苗绿油油的，色彩鲜艳的小野花争相开放，生机盎然，每一次远眺，令人喜悦的心情油然而生，激发了我们学习的热情，眼看着麦穗挺拔，褪去绿意，换上金装，预示着收获的季节指日可待，闻一闻芬芳的麦香，嗅一嗅土地的味道，顿时觉得生活的温暖和亲切；冬天里，田野树木银装素裹，我们在学习之余到雪地里堆雪人打雪仗，尽情享受着大自然的恩惠。

一年四季，我们每天早晨都早早起床，洗漱完毕后来到教室读书，日光灯要在“叽里呱啦”的读书声中亮好久，教室外面的天空才会在晨曦中露出笑脸。到出操时间时，体育委员整好班级队伍，来到学校宽敞的大操场上。整个学校的近千名学生“唰唰涮”地围着操场跑，“一二三四”的口号，冲破黎明，奔向云霄。班主任说，哪个班级口号喊得好，哪个班级的学习劲头就足，我们班的同学都放开嗓子高喊口号。跑完步，再读半个小时的书，英语、语文、历史、政治四门课每天早自习上一门，任课老师会过来辅导，朗朗的读书声充满了教室，声音此起彼伏，同学们都读得很投入，我常常是被老师多次喊停之后才发现该休息了，时间过得太快了，不知不觉自习时间就结束了，还觉得没有读过瘾。

一天10节课，上午、下午各4节，晚上2节。自己喜欢的功课，像数学、语文、英语，过得很快。自信也是在这些功课中一点点建立起来的。每一道题，每一个知识点，只要自己能答上来，就大大方方地积极主动举手回答，这样自信心就增加了。课堂上我认真听课，书写整齐，记好笔记，不做小动作，课下仔细复习老师讲的内容，遇到不会的问题就请教别的同学，老师要求背诵的知识反复背诵几遍，把该理解的知识理解透。我认真按照老师的要求做，一次没有达到要求，就再努力，坚持不懈，有恒心，向比我做的好的同学学习，学习他们好的学习方法和经验，心里暗地里立下目标：争取早一天赶上并超过他们，老师们都很有耐心，经常激发鼓励我学习的劲头，经过不断努力，我的学习取得了优异的成绩，高考时考了班级第一名，被西北大学外语学院录取。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.

在一个周末的早上，爸爸把我从床上拉了起来，原来今天我们要去爬山看日出。

薄雪纷纷，寒岁终至。沙发上的慵懒，球场上的喧哗，学生们终于迎来了期盼已久的假期。没有恣意怡然的逍遥，亦无藏修游息的苦闷，我的寒假生活却多了一份别样的感悟与疲惫。

寒假伊始，日子过得平淡如水，直到父母决定自驾带我回到阔别五年的四川老家。自驾回乡听起来十分惬意自由，对我而言着实是一种煎熬。历经十几个小时的艰辛，我们终于临近了四川地界。高速公路两旁群山环绕，行在途中忽然起雾，缥缈的雾霭不请自来，一如相交多年的故友，一别经年，熟悉而又陌生。

一座坟冢立在中间，埋葬的是我的外曾祖母，墓旁荆棘丛生。我们只能开出一条空道，舅公上前烧香焚纸，依次磕头。我看着萋萋坟冢，对这位印象中素未谋面的外曾祖母磕了三个头。随后大家拿出长串的鞭炮点燃，一时间噼啪作响，余音在群岚中回荡，似阵阵雷涛，久久不散。我凝视延的山际，望见嬉闹的云朵，觉得世事倒真如白云苍狗般变化莫测了。

在寒假的尾声里，颠簸的回家路上，我常常会想象隐居山间，平静淡然的生活。不过，那也只是想想。

我对未来有着美好的憧憬，我不愿生命如此平庸，我不愿浑浑噩噩的度过初中生活。作为一个学生，主要任务就是学习，好学习，学好习。理想是方向，是为之奋斗的目标，而我在初中阶段的目标就是考上庆一中，因为有了目标，所以我不像没头苍蝇一样乱飞乱撞，有了良好的开端，就成功了一半，理想不是一成不变的，他随着生活的变化而变化，一个伟大的理想是由诸多小的理想构建的，在人生的每一阶段有各自的理想，一步步去实现，那离最终的伟大理想就进了一步，这样积小成多才能实现理想，也不至于因理想与现实的沟壑而望之胆怯了。

有了方向，还要有动力。

我的动力，来自于家人的期望，老师的教导，朋友的支持等等。上学时拿着的零花钱，每一张的背后都是父母，家人的付出，回家后每一顿热腾腾的饭菜都是用爱做成的;上课时老师的谆谆教导，下课后老师的批评，都是老师的一片苦心，一日为师终生为父，老师对学生没有感情，又何苦去把时间浪费于此;拼搏路上朋友一个眼神，一句鼓励的话，便足以带来太多太多。这一切，难道不是我们前进时的动力源泉吗?还有那些看似是拦路虎的嘲笑，伤痛等负面情绪，换个角度，不也是前进的理由，一种动力吗?

接受现实，回望初中。只因我的拼搏填补了遗憾，我至少努力过，所以我给这段时光画上圆满的句号。只因我的拼搏得到了回报，所以我给这段时光画上感叹号!

I went to many places, such as the beautiful Maanling Forest Park, the beautiful Longhu Mountain, and the Jinhua Double Dragon Cave that Ye Shengtao visited. But these are not the most pleasant memories of my summer vacation.

It was Saturday morning, I just woke up, saw my mother in a hurry, mouth called: Im going to be late for work, you father and son help me wash clothes! When I want to tell my mother that I cant wash, her back is far away from me. Father pretended not to hear and went on to sleep.

Finally, I had to do it. I picked up the dirty clothes reluctantly, picked up soap and brushes, and washed them impatiently. Washing, a small bubble floating from my face, flashing colorful light.
