清早醒来，走到小院里只见眼前白茫茫一片，原来那是雾，雾把山给挡住了，山若隐若现 ，听见奶奶养的鸡在鸣叫，我享受着乡下生活的每分每秒。乡下可不比城市方便，爸爸前些天去集市买回来一些作为常菜的食物，现在终于要成为美味佳肴了。  我看看——竟然是洋葱，听长辈说切洋葱会流泪的，我便有了退缩的念头。嗯，想到奶奶早已经是年过花甲的人了，还是我吧。我把几个洋葱对半切开再把一半横着切下去，我竟没流泪心里暗喜着，可切完两个后眼睛有点熏熏的感觉，但不至于要哭出来，在切另半个时，不知在想些什么。

呀！——我瞪大眼睛一看，手指流了好多血，粗心的我被锋利的刀给切伤了，在手指和指甲相邻处来了一条连着的线。没错，那就是伤口。我马上用清水冲洗流着的血，奶奶闻声赶紧过来给我贴上了止血贴。过了会，血没怎么流了，可手还是好痛。奶奶说还是她来做饭好了。我看着还没切完的洋葱，感到一丝丝难过和内疚，自己真笨连这点小事都做不好，最后还是奶奶来收拾，哎。

开饭了，望着一桌奶奶做的美味佳肴。肚子也更饿起来。“奶奶做的菜就是好吃！”塞满满口食物还在不停咀嚼的我称赞着奶奶的厨艺。奶奶心花怒放的对我说着：“慢点吃。”欢乐的时光总是流逝的很快，一下子便又是夜晚了。

在寂静的夜晚，风吹过留下了丝丝凉意。蝉还是在不停的鸣叫着。我又独自走在小院里了，感受着眼前美好的一切。奶奶坐在摇椅里，舒适的享受这夜晚，奶奶说她口渴了几杯水还不解渴，回屋里拿了瓶核桃牛奶喝。是前些天一个伯伯买给奶奶的，奶奶喝完说解渴了。奶奶又回屋里拿了瓶给我，我推辞着说不用了，那毕竟是伯伯买给奶奶的喝的。奶奶强力推荐着说很好喝的，而且就给我一瓶，没什么的，让我也尝尝。我内心翻起涟漪，奶奶真好，我想别辜负奶奶一片好心，便收下了。

看着满满爱意的牛奶，还看见了核桃两个大字。我想想“核桃”哦！那不是补脑的吗？嗯，更应该喝了，我最近脑子确实不太好。哈哈，平时不爱喝任何饮品的我，把这瓶核桃牛奶给喝完了。当然没有尝到奶奶口味的很好喝，但我尝到了奶奶对我的满满的爱！

1.读书给孩子听，不仅是培养他们写作能力的第一课，也是最有效的一种办法，注意选择那些适合孩子年龄特点，生动有趣的读物;孩子长大后，鼓励他们自己多去阅读。

2.手把手地教孩子写一些生活中最常见的便条、短信等，如写留言，购物清单、电话留言、写信和明信片等。

3.与孩子谈论一起做过的事情，并写下一两个句子，然后读给孩子听。

4.试着每天与孩子写下一个句子，周末再把它集结成一个小集子，(注意不要太长，否则会让孩子觉得头痛。)然后与孩子复习写过的句子。

5.鼓励孩子写自己喜欢的题目，写完后让孩子读给家长听，这样他们就会逐渐找出哪里写得不妥。

6.借助身边的广告、路标、食物包装盒等，增进孩子对文字的理解和运用。

7.与孩子一起制作相片集或剪贴簿，并让孩子试着写上标题，图片说明。

8.孩子刚开始写东西时，会出现很多超出大人想象的“符号”、“格式”等，这个时候千万不要着急上火，眼前的“丑小鸭”，长大后可能就是一只写作的“天鹅”，只要孩子肯于尝试，最后一定会“妙笔生花”。

今天，我表弟招呼我踢球，表弟是学踢球的，我也是学校足球队的，踢球的技术也不错，便答应了。

我们来到一片空地，空地上有一个晾衣架，我们便规定晾衣架是红队的球门，蓝队的球门是废弃的车棚门。

我们开始自由组队，结果是我们队13个人，自称红队，另一个队7个人，自称蓝队，我和我表弟都在红队。表弟和我觉得很好笑，因为我们13个人啊，他们蓝队才7个人，他们肯定输。

比赛开始了，可是我们红队队形松松散散，还有更糟糕的事情，本来应该我们队发球，但一脚却穿到了蓝队的孙博文脚下。我向着孙博文冲了过去，眼看就要把球抢过来，可是一名队友干扰了我，孙博文趁机把球传给了队友，那个敌方队员把球一脚踢像了我方球门，我方守门员被这场面弄糊涂了，还没反应过来，球已经应声落网，就这样第一场比赛我们输了。

第二场比赛开始了，我的心里暗暗发誓，一定要把球踢进蓝队球门!我和表弟商量了一下决定趁蓝队不注意时我先抢球，即便抢不到也可以扰乱他们的进攻。如果抢到，就传给表弟，表弟跑得快，利用闪电般的速度甩掉敌人，把球踢进对方球门，到时必定会赢！表弟按照我的计划做了，可是就我们两个知道这个计划，其他队员都不知道，更不会配合了。我把球抢来后， 传给表弟，这一步成功了，蓝队队员都没反应过来，正在这最关键时刻，有一个我队队友挡住了表弟的视线。啊！表弟那个快球踢歪了，蓝队队员趁机一拥而上，把球踢进了我方球门！当时我们守门员也没反应过来，因为那个球太快了。

比赛结束了，结果蓝队2比0胜了我们，我们队员都很失落。

这件事使我明白了要想做成事一定要团结。

怎么办!照这样一个顾客也来不了!但一想到地震灾区一双双手从废墟中坚强的伸了出来;当想到孩子被救出来敬了个队礼时;当我想到一个9岁的男孩不顾一切冲进废墟去救自己的同伴时。我的眼睛湿润了，又开始推销了。我突然发现一个小男孩在我们班的展区旁边转，我可不会放过这大好时机!

于是迅速跑到他身边，亲切地问：“小弟弟，你要点什么，我们班的物品应有尽有，尤其是书，文学类的有《儿童文学》、《海底两万里》，幻想类的有《哈利波特》等”，“那有描写小动物的吗?”我心想：太棒了，我正好有这样一本书。于是，我回答：“有啊。法布尔的《昆虫记》就是这样的书。他描写了法布尔怀着对生命的热爱和尊重，把他的一生都投入到了昆虫的研究之中。我们应该向他学习热爱生命热爱昆虫。”我说着。他掏出了十元钱，买走了这本书。义卖结束后，虽然我有些累，但是我心里很高兴，因为我通过自己的努力为灾区人民献上了一份微薄之力。

named the second Saturday of July as the International Day of Cooperatives. Its

purpose is to call for more cooperations between countries.

With the development of Internet, the world gets smaller, because the

communication between countries has increased. America is the superpower all the

time, but during recent times, there are so many business cooperation between

Chinese people and American people. It is known to all that China’s market is

full of vitality, so there is no doubt that cooperation between countries will

The cooperation happens all the time and it promotes the working

efficiency. People can share the information and technology. They learn from

很久没有联系的朋友打来了电话，挺惊讶的，也有点小小的喜悦。

寒喧了几句之后，彼此聊起了近况，总觉得她的话里有话，似乎想要说什么，但又不太好直接提出。

其实也并不奇怪，长久没有联系的朋友，如果联系，一定是有些什么想要咨询或者是寻找帮助的，这一点即使有点尴尬，但似乎也是司空见惯的人之常情了。

只是她没有主动地提及，我也不好意思问，毕竟并不知道是不是能够帮得上忙的事情。

最初，她只是很客套地谈到一些事情，然后咨询一下我的看法。

我也没有太多想，就是把这个当成平时的闲聊，把自己的想法说一说。

直到后来她提到目前碰到的一些瓶颈，以及想要她周边人的帮忙时，没想到被拒绝，觉得有点不太可思议。

我也只是做为一个旁观者，做了一些分析，无形中也表明了自己的一些看法和态度。

可能正是这些，直接打消了她原本想提出的一些让帮忙的话。

这也是我后知后觉才想到的。

所以，很明确地表明自己对于一些事物的看法和立场也是一个挺好的行为，这样就避免人家提出来自己又不好意思拒绝的情况了。

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

转眼间，我从一个初中生变为一个高中生。

刚来学校的那天，我就对那新发的32本课本产生恐惧感。看着那32本课本，我不明白该先看哪一本，不明白该从哪学起。

我能上高中是走后门的，所以让我觉得自卑。可是我发现，高中与初中不一样，高中是一个新的的开始。虽然我的中考成绩不好，可是已是过去，而我应当关心的是此刻和将来。此刻，我和同学们是站在同一齐跑线上的。只要我不再像读初中那样贪玩、懒惰、不肯吃苦，我相信我也能读好。我会给自我更多的信心，因为我坚信我不比别人笨。

我总是认为我来读高中时个错误，可是每当想起我答应爸爸妈妈要来读高中时他们脸上欣慰的笑容，我就想坚持下来。想把听不懂的科目弄懂，把听的懂的科目读得更好。我想了很久，要让爸爸妈妈的笑容更灿烂些，我仅有更努力的学习，拿出好成绩让爸爸妈妈骄傲的笑，即使那样很辛苦，我也觉得很值得。

在回家的路上，我看到了这样的一幕：一位母亲买了一个几块钱的蛋糕给儿子吃，可儿子却不想吃，母亲二话不说，便将蛋糕扔了。不知怎么搞的，我看到了这一幕，心里既感到愤怒又感到悲哀。我真不明白，为什么你愿意浪费掉几块钱，却不愿意施舍一块钱给那些贫困的孩子们，敢情你不是他们!我真是为那些孩子感到悲哀，他们这样寄托于人们，可人们却愿意浪费掉也不给予他们帮助!

It maybe our common desires to experience a meaning life, but when it comes

to the topic “How to live a meaningful life”, the opinions are divided. In

someone’s eyes, they agree that a meaningful life is just a comfortable life

which means they can enjoy themselves as possible as they can.

However, personally in my view, if we spend our whole life in pursuing

things only for ourselves, we will surely let ourselves down when we look back.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are

both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many

interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and

breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate

and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and

listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new

凌晨三点，我带着许多恼怒，冲了一个澡出来。这里蚊子又凶又多，我已经是第二次被叮醒了，说实话，这是迄今为止最差的一次入宿体验。

下午看房间的时候，就能见着了数个蚊虫，无奈许多原因，还是在这里住下。到了晚上睡觉，我本打算下楼买盒蚊香，但看见了一个旧的电蚊香和盘中还剩余的半柄蚊香，也为了省却麻烦，自以为这些东西能够撑过今晚。根本不曾想到，我会因为这个想法，无法入睡。

蚊虫一只在嗡嗡作响，我为了躲避而裹紧了被子但这却着实害苦了我!虽然刚过年没几天，天气还未转暖，但不知为何，直感闷热难耐，全身很快就被汗水湿透。

如我一般的好洁之人，对被这肮脏蚊虫叮咬，除了身体上的瘙痒，心理上的更是不适和厌恶。瘙痒和粘稠的感觉充斥全身，大脑虽然困倦，但却丝毫没有办法入睡。

其实我本应该想到，这里是一个巨大的工业区，臭水沟纵横交错，河流浑浊，充满垃圾，到处都是棚户房屋，自然容易滋生蚊虫等物。莫说半柄蚊香，就是一柄，也难以支撑一晚。只要蚊香一刻不燃，这蚊子就一定会见缝插针，伺机而动。蚊子强凶至极，那电蚊液更本就是一点用也没有的东西。

唉，现在倒好，灯不敢关，觉也是不能睡了，更害苦了旁边的弟弟。现在想来，又一次得到了不能怕麻烦和不能拥有侥幸心理这些“老掉牙”的教训。

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15.

工作日我很忙，因为我要去学校。早上我通常是6点半起床然后洗漱。之后，我6点50吃早餐。

Now, I can go to school and come home by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

现在，我可以自己一个人去学校，自己回家。我早上有四节课，下午有三节课。中午我在家吃午饭。在学校我要学语文，数学，英语还有一些其他课程。晚上，我可以看电视或者玩电脑。但是我必须先完成作业，晚上我通常是10点睡觉。

The happiest memory in my childhood was making snowman with my friends. As

I was a little boy, I always went out with my friends to make snowmen and play

with snow when it snowed heavily. We divided ourselves into several groups, two

or three people in each group. Then, we began to make our own snowman. We used

buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

we compared ours with others’ to decide whose snowman is the best. Sometimes, we

wrapped our scarfs around snowmen or put our caps on their head, so as to make

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

the long-lost fun for me. How I hope it would be snowy this winter!
