宝贝儿，今天是你的生日。爸爸又没能回家陪你吃饭，妈妈也不在你身边，你别不高兴，也别抱怨你爸妈，为了工作，为了生活，我们也没有办法，但是，请你相信，爸妈是多么的爱你，会时刻把你记在心里的。

今晚，我专门提前从单位赶回来，可我回来的时候，你还是睡着了。看着你睡熟的脸庞上挂着那么可爱的微笑，爸爸能想象到你的幸福，开心和快乐。今天，你已经九岁了，已经是个懂事的姑娘了。可你成长的点点滴滴，你的欢声笑语，你的喜怒哀乐，还有你一天比一天成熟缜密的心思，一直萦绕在你老爸的心田，历历在目，一刻也不舍得忘记。2003年11月24日凌晨2点51分你呱呱坠地，爸爸在产房外听到你来到这个世界上的第一声啼哭，顿时热泪盈眶；你一岁左右时候用你那还有点含混的发音喊出“爸”的发音时让我激动不已；一岁两个月的时候蹒跚学步的可爱样子也让你老爸喜形于色。。。。。。你开始上幼儿园了，你上小学了，现在的你已经是小学四年级的学生了，而且你在班上还是班长。你的一举一动，一怒一乐，无一不牵动着你老爸的心，让老爸在为你悲喜相随的同时，开始慎重思考你的成长和生活方向。

孩子，这是我第一次给你写东西，想写出我一直想给你说的心里话。其实，这个想法，我早就有了，可是迟迟没有动笔，一是知道你年龄小，怕你连有些字都不认识，可能有些话你也理解不了；二是怕你不接受我的好多话语，你已经开始有一点点小叛逆了，我怕弄巧成拙；三是怕给你造成没有必要的心理负担。呵呵，还有一点，就是你老爸有时候借口工作忙，懒于动笔。可我发现你已经开始懂事，有些事你已经能明白了，有些事你必须尽早明白，所以，就借你九岁生日之际，说给你我想对你说的话。

孩子，活在这个世界上，你一定要学会感恩。首先，要感谢你的母亲，是她，十月怀胎，孕育出了活泼可爱的你。记得你妈妈怀你的时候，妊娠反应特别强烈，曾经一度，吃什么，吐什么，遭了很大的罪，受了很多的苦，才把你带到这个世界上来。当然，值得你感恩的人还有很多很多，你的爷爷，奶奶，外公外婆，还有关心你成长的我们家族的每个成员，还有在你成长道路上给了你帮助的社会上的好多好多人。甚至还有那些没有帮助过你，反而让你感到不愉快的人，别不理解我说的这点，迟早你会明白，这个社会是复杂的，每个人的成长也都不会是一帆风顺的，人的成长，往往是在经历了挫折和打击之后，才会更趋于成熟和完美。

孩子，活在这个世界上，一定要先学做人，再学做事。当然，你这个年龄阶段，所谓的做事，主要还是学习。也许，你现在还不明白什么是做人，但是你应该知道做人是我们生活在这个世界的立足之本。一个人，如果不懂得如何做人，不管他有多聪明，多能干，那么，他最终肯定会很失败的。学做人，是一个很宽泛但同时又是一个很具体的话题，我觉得，你应该从以下几点注意：首先，要诚实，诚实是你赢得别人信任的最好渠道，也是人性中最为宝贵的品行之一。其次，要塌实，不集跬步，难成千里。说的就是这个道理。意思就是说，哪怕有一千里那么远的路程，也是我们用脚一步一步可以走出来的。集少成多，集腋成裘，说的也是这个道理。还记得你说老爸爱看《士兵突击》，那里面也有一句很好的台词，连长高成在向团长说许三多的时候，说他把生命中的每一次机会都当救命稻草一样抓住不放，到最后，呵，他抓住的已不仅仅是救命稻草，而是让人仰望的参天大树了。这就是塌实的好处。第三，要学会自信。人生路上，机遇与挑战并存，但你必须明白，机会总是青睐于那些有准备的人，挑战总是无处不在。所以，要自信，首先就得有准备，也就是只要平时塌实认真，遇事你方可从容不迫。才有可能抓住机遇，迎接挑战。可见，自信，并不是无所事事的盲目自信。第四，要懂礼仪。生在礼仪之邦，做一个彬彬有礼的人，做一个窈窕淑女，你才会有好的人缘，会有更多的朋友，你才不会孤单。第五，要学会自爱，一个女孩子，一定要懂得自尊自爱，不该讲的话不要讲，不该做的事不要做，不该去的地方不要去，不该结交的朋友不要交。别以为这是对你自由的限制，其实，遵守法律和道德规范，你才可以享受最大限度的自由，这个道理你以后也会慢慢明白的 。第六，要珍惜时间，做人要惜时，做事要守时。学会合理安排时间，有效利用时间。第七，要勤奋。多一些努力，就多一些成功的机会。无数实践证明，成功的最短途径是勤奋。勤于行动，胜于勤说。关于做人，先说这么多，再多，你暂时也理解不了，你也该烦了。但我很希望你能耐着性子，一字一句的看懂并慢慢理解。

最后，我想谈谈你的学习。主要是你当下的学习。我不是一个称职的好爸爸，很少过问你的学习，你妈也不经常在你身边，你爷爷带着你，往往有时候扭不过你，也主要是惯着你，使你的学习成绩不是很好。但真的不要紧，因为你很聪明。但是，孩子，再聪明的人不学习也会变笨的。这个道理很简单，希望你尽快明白。你知道你目前的学习中问题出在那里吗？主要是不塌实，不认真。还记得你上二年级时候的一次数学考试卷子吗？你拿到老师改过的卷子看的时候，你自己都笑了，计算肯定没问题，但是写答案的时候你却写错了，这就是你成绩不怎么好的主要原因。具体点说，你的数学不用我担心，只要平时用心学习，考试仔细认真，真的一点问题也不会有。而你的语文和英语，就有那么一点点小问题了。都是语言课，学习没有什么方法技巧可言。语文上的生字，得你一个一个书写并记住，然后知道它的意思，能用它造句，并且能把句子组织成一段话，几段相关联的话组成一篇词能达意的东西，就是作文，那么，语文自然就学好了。英语和语文差不多，得先记单词，那就相当于我们汉语里的生字一样，你也得一个一个书写，朗读，然后记住它的意思。（当然，由于是外国语言，我们没有那样的语言环境，在朗读的时候你应该经常听录音，注意发音标准。）并且也能知道单词在句子中的位置和作用，最终也要会写英语作文。这样，英语也就学好了。老爸说的很简单，但就是这个道理。不过，学习真的是很辛苦的事情，而且也很单调，枯燥，十分乏味。可是，只要你能每天坚持，当天的学习任务当天完成，其实也就很轻松了。孩子，你一定要记得，只有不堆积学习任务，你的知识才会有所积累。而且，日积月累，你就会成为很优秀的学生，乃至很出色的人。

夜深了，也该住笔了。可是觉得该给你说的话还有很多，别不爱听，孩子，要从语言上行动上去爱你的妈妈，别顶撞她，妈妈是我们家最勤奋的人，值得你用一生去学习和爱戴。和妈妈说话的时候，尽量别不耐烦，她身体也不好，这个你应该明白。平时爷爷带你，你要听话，爷爷年龄大了，但是他真的是那么的爱你。以后爷爷给你说话的时候，你别对着他说：别烦人了，或者你烦不烦之类的话了。那样很伤爷爷感情的。你在完成作业以后，尽自己所能，帮爷爷做点小家务，咱不为能代替爷爷多少，就是为让他感到欣慰，觉得自己的孙女真的长大了，懂事了。你奶奶身体也不好，爷爷为照顾你，奶奶不得不一个人待在老家，还要辛苦的干着地里的农活，是我们家最辛苦的人。记得常回家看奶奶，不能回去的时候也该经常打电话问候一下。周末不忙的时候常去外公外婆家溜达溜达，他们见了你会很开心的。还有郭思言，只比你大了一岁的表姐，其实，她也是个孩子，可是她也很爱护你，那么，你也应该学会尊重和爱护她。

真的不说了，孩子，这个时候你应该睡的正香，也许还做了一个很甜的梦，爸爸祝你永远开心，快乐。也希望你能明白我对你的爱心。

My Experience In Examination

In my opinion, examinations are one of the important activities in school life. I have gone through all sorts of examinations since my primary school. I have tasted the flavor of happiness and sadness.

Before examinations I always have a hard time and don＇t know what to do.During examinations I feel nervous and sometimes my mind becomes blank Only after examinations does the world seem to be bright again and am I brimming with vigor. We often complain that our teachers make trouble for us on purpose. But it is not true. The fact is that examinations are just a way to-help us do better in our study.

The generation gap refers to the difference in attitude toward thing or the

lack of understanding between young people and older folks.

In families as well as in society, the young and the older may not agree

with each other on this and that from time to time. Young people would llke to

make as much money as they could and spend as much money as they could earn

while older folks are easily satisfied with what they earn and save as much as

possible. Young people llke the exciting and deafening pop music while older

folks prefer melodious folk-songs or classic music. A boy and a glrl today may

fall in love with each other as quick as lightning, while their parents or grand

parents might trudge over a long distance before they kissed each other and

became lovers when they were young.

However, we should not be amazed at the generation gap,for it is quite

natural in the development of society. The world is a changing world, in which

everything keeps changing, generations of human beings included. And changes

lead to progress.
