一转眼，春节又快到了。春节，是一个充满开心喜庆的节日。

每年春节，让我感到最有趣的无非是准备年货了。我们客家人有一个风俗，就是腊月二十五左右，家家户户都会炸散子、炸油角、煎芋圆……每当这个时候，到处都能闻到年货的香味。其中，炸散子是最好玩了。

奶奶前一天晚上就要先和好面粉，等它发酵一个晚上，第二天一大早，把发酵好的面粉碾成面皮，然后就开始准备做散子了。
