农历五月初五为端午节，又称端阳节、午日节、五月节、艾节、端五、重午、午日、夏节。虽然名称不同，但各地人民过节的习俗是相同的。端午节是我国二千多年的旧习俗，每到这一天，家家户户挂艾叶菖蒲，赛龙舟，吃粽子，饮雄黄酒，游百病，佩香囊。

今天是端午节，大家知道端午节的来历吗?!不知道吧!那就让我来告诉你们吧!你们还记得楚国那位爱国大将屈原吗?我来说一说他吧!

屈原是战国时期出国人，很有学问。他在楚王身边做官，以形象是自己的国家富强起来。昏君楚王却听信奸臣的话，把屈原削职流放。在流放中，屈原听说楚国的都城被敌人占领，百姓遭难，悲愤极了。五月初五这一天，他来到汨罗江边，怀抱一块石头，以纵身跳入汨罗江中。出国的百姓听到屈原投江的消息，都十分悲痛。他们含着泪划着船赶来打捞屈原，还把粽子扔到江里喂鱼，希望鱼儿不要伤害屈原的身体。这就是五月端阳包粽子的来历。

端午节还有许多有趣的活动。列如赛龙舟，挂香囊，香囊内有朱砂、雄黄、香药，外包以丝布，清香四溢，再以五色丝线弦扣成索，作各种不同形状，结成一串，形形色色，玲珑夺目。还有挂艾叶、菖蒲的习惯。

端午节的活动可真多啊!

太阳快落山了，我们小朋友有聚在了一起玩我们都拿着自己的炮和烟花一起玩，大哥哥把一个炮点然了手一抖就扔到了李贯通的脚底下我们一起说：“李贯通小心脚底下，有炮。”李贯通刚往前走出第一步炮就暴了。我们该回家吃饭了，我们说：“玩上在来。”就走了。

到了晚上，我们又在一起了还是带着我们的炮和烟花之有我带的不一样中午带的是中国红，可是晚上带的是快乐之歌我就把快了之歌先放里我一点然我说快跑大家都跑只有大哥哥没跑我们说第二遍的是后大哥哥，才慢慢走过来，我一说：“开始喷画了大哥哥才跑过来。”

大年三十，我们全家换上新衣，贴上新春联，准备迎接新年的到来。晚上，我们全家吃着饺子，饺子有一层寓意:财源滚滚。因为饺子像一个元宝，在古时候元宝就是钱。守岁一定少不了>,没有>,守岁就没有意思。我们一家坐在沙发上，欢声笑语，看着>，其乐融融。

大年初一，我和爸爸坐着自家的车，走在新修的大路上，虽然寒风刺骨，但还是欢乐无比。到了奶奶家，我跟奶奶拜了一个年得到了一个大红包，心想：今年发财喽!然后和奶奶的街坊邻居拜了个年。接着来到了大伯家，来到大伯家，就如来到书的天堂，有故事类，科学类，艺术类……在大伯家吃完饭之后，我收到了红包和一些书,我要一点点把着些书消化掉。来到大伯家真高兴!

我今年真高兴，真是一个快乐的春节!

春节有趣的事情是非常多的，放鞭炮就是一件非常有趣的事情。到了夜晚，爸爸和妈妈拿出一大袋的鞭炮，该放什么鞭炮好呢？

这让我百思不得其解，哦！对了，我一拍脑袋，自言自语道：“家里不是还有一些儿童放的鞭炮吗？”“对！就放这个。”

我一溜烟就跑进了家里，拿了一个儿童放的鞭炮顺便拿了爸爸的打火机。我往导火线上一点，不一会儿烟火便朝着天上飞还在天上爆炸呢，可真好玩！轮到爸爸放鞭炮了，我心中在想：爸爸会放什么鞭炮呢？突然砰地一声，我被吓了一跳，原来爸爸在放炮竹啊！紧接着噼里啪啦的向了起来。

可真吵啊，我捂着耳朵跑进了房间。可真是不进不知道，一进吓一跳啊！哥哥正躺在床上翘着二郎腿一边看着电视，可真清闲啊！

噼里啪啦的响声停止后，我又拿了一个鞭炮，我用打火机一点，便变成了绿色，一会儿变成了橙色，一会儿又成了黄色，好像变色龙。这个新年可真有趣啊！
