而我，以前从没想过要到工厂里体验生活的。但，这个暑假我竟会到深圳宝安松岗致高玩具厂打工，真的是纯属心血来潮的想法，而让我心血来潮的原因有两个:一事前段时间炒得沸沸扬扬的“***事件”让我有了探究厂里打工者生活的欲望，二是同宿舍的刚好有人的姐姐在深圳宝安松岗致高玩具厂打工，可以介绍人到她所在的那间厂打工。所以，当我宿舍人提议到致高玩具厂打工时，我心动了。同时也即意味着着今年我的暑假论文不用再像往年一样无事呻吟了。

就算我一开始就做了心里准备要到工厂里受苦的，但很显然我还没有做最坏的打算。

自从我到了致高玩具厂打工后，我就有点理解在******的人了。一个工厂即使有很完善的管理制度，但那真的只是外表上看起来很完善而已，只是看起来很为员工着想而已，没有谁可以保证那个所谓的完善的制度到底被执行了多少，不过我想致高玩具厂应该比***好吧，除了过长的加班时间可以跟***媲美，至少我知道致高玩具厂的管理比不上***的军事化管理。所以现在我会很讽刺地想我在致高玩具厂打工时应该庆幸至少没有在***那样容易产生厌世情绪。

出来工作很多时候听到的训导都是工作的时候要学会全力以付，不要太计较自己付出多少，尽量做到多做事，做有用的事情。自己努力的工作，旁人也会看到。不管怎样，重要的是工作的成效和业绩，这才是领导看重的。就因为这些话，使我老是在想，这会不会就是对社会低层出卖体力的劳动者的盲目指导规则呢?你想获得报酬，就得出卖老劳力，好像这句话成为了工厂打工者潜意识中的认知，这确实是很难改变的观念!

有一种很哲学的说法“每一件事物都有它特定的阴暗面”，即使是在工厂里这个小小的生活圈，但同时也是一个独立社会，在这里也有众多人事纷争。他们辛苦之余，还要为了自己的生计，生存，生活而这样那样的明争暗斗，让我感觉，人，作为一个社会的存在时是多么的不易。

在工厂里打工，我感觉最深的是身体很累，但心更累。就像钱钟书在《围城》所说过的经典话语:“里面的人想出去，外面的人想进来”。工厂很多时候像一个封闭的圈子，生活在里面的人都是“两耳不闻窗外事，一身只为活儿累”，即使想出去逛逛，呼吸一下新鲜空气好像也是一种奢望，长时间的加班时间消磨了里面的人的最初的斗志与期望。我一直以为在生活中被自己的行为弄得筋疲力尽的人是愚蠢的，一切的冲动没有任何的目标。知道我也体验到工厂里的生活，我才醒悟到，这愚蠢的人之中也包括了我自己，说到底，我们大家的思想都是懵懂的，所以慢慢的迷失了自己。

从我上大学开始每年的寒暑假我都有打工，每一次的打工经历都让我更好地接触社会，了解社会，加入到社会中。它有助于我们大学生更新观念，吸收新的思想和知识。同时，社会实践中有很多我们在学校里无法学习到的东西，与人沟通交流的能力和表达能力。社会实践能够加深我们与社会各阶层人的感情，拉近了与社会的距离，也开拓的视野，增长了才干，能更好明确自己的奋斗目标。

至于我为什么经历了一个多月的身心俱疲体力劳作，还能有这么乐观的想法?我想这是有原因:因为从一开始我就知道我不会在那间工厂做长期，一个月之后我就可以回校了，于是我才有了动力可以在那里熬过艰苦的一个多月，因为我庆幸。但是我知道对于那些长年累月在工厂里干体力活的员工而言，他们没有身负什么特别技能，所以他们要生存，就只有出卖劳力，他们都很勤奋，但是那一份勤奋却将他们的心磨成木然，茫然得好像看不到自己的未来，想来就觉得心酸。

痛苦并快乐着，是我们这种短期打工者最容易对工作产生的感受，在打工的这段时间内，我感受着工作的氛围，体验着工作的辛苦与快乐。这些都是在学校里无法感受到的，而且很多时候，我不时要做一些工作以外的事情，有时要做一些清洁的工作，在这里，没有人会告诉你要做什么，你必须自觉地去做，而且要尽自已的努力做到最好，一件工作的效率就会得到别人不同的评价。在学校，只有学习的氛围，毕竟学校是学习的场所，每一个学生都在为取得更高的成绩而努力。而这里是工作的场所，每个人都会为了获得更多的报酬而努力，无论是学习还是工作，都存在着竞争，在竞争中就要不断学习别人先进的地方，也要不断学习别人怎样做人，以提高自已的能力!

还有的就是人与人之间，在工厂里，或许你很容易感到挫败，但人际修复看起来对于我们这些还处于学生年代的暑期工而言易如反掌。或许是因为我们一早就对工作定了位，时间的短给了我们一种错觉，所以稚气的学生认知里是这样的:在这么短的时间内去同一个人翻脸，不利的肯定是自己，而我们何必做这么不利己的蠢事呢?所以到现在我还在疑惑，到底教育给学生带来的认知与现实社会相悖?还是现在的学生太聪明，他们比成人更能看得清自私与宽容的界限?我想两者皆有吧!毕竟我也是这群成员之一，感受多少有些相似。这着一个月里，我的确经历了很多我从没有过的感受。或许我变得更自私，更冷静，也更宽容!连我自己也没想过，我自私的时候也可以这么麻木不仁，也更惊讶我竟然接受了许多一直在我认知里不能接受的东西，我能宽容更多的阴暗面，更多人的自私。

当这种认知灌输进我的脑海，我不确定我自己是不是变坏了还是变深沉了?但我可以确定，我的人生阅历变丰富了一点，确定我的思想有了点偏离轨道的的趋势。当然，这个轨道的正常与否是有我从小接受的教育来定位的。小时候可能认为如果前方只有一条路可走，那这条路就是正确的，是属于我的。有这样的认知当然可以理解，因为记得当时年纪小!但人生在慢慢的长大，思想慢慢变得复杂，很多东西变得不可理解，而这在单纯的教育里是找不到答案的，即使我们走完那条从小就开始走的路，我们还是迷茫。所以我认为答案应该就是在我自己偏离轨道时有了一点眉目，而能不能独创一条路，看来不容易，但也不是那么容易让人放弃的!

工作的时候，很辛苦，但快乐也很多。在喝水的时候偷偷懒，吹吹风，身体里会有些细微的幸福在冒泡;与同为学生的暑期工同事天南地北的聊，思维有稍微的出轨，向往那不曾看过的风光;面对一新款玩具时，把它从支离破碎的残肢断臂重新组装成一个甜美可爱的玩具，心底也会有意外的成就感与骄傲感;思想神游的时候，上头幽默的骂语会让你哭笑不得……面对各式各样的玩具，有时会有一种错觉，以为自己还没与童年说再见，回神却是另一番风光，庆幸的是原来自己还保留着一丝顽皮与童真。

暑假打工，这个听来不错的工作真的是那样的好吗，我决定亲自去尝试一下，看看自己能不能赚到钱。赚钱是其次，首先是看我有没有这个能力，另外是如果我赚到了，也是对我能力的一种肯定啊。还有这是一次宝贵的社会实践啊，以后再也没有这样的机会了，那时我就正式的参加工作了啊。

就这样我打定了主意，就等着暑假的到来了。我真的有点等不及了，就这样苦苦的等待，这一天终于来了。我就这样走上了街头寻找打工的地点。

炎炎夏日列日当头，正是因为有这样的环境，我要看看我能否在恶劣的环境中有能力依靠自己的双手和大脑维持自己的生存，同时，也想通过亲身体验社会实践让自己更进一步了解社会，在实践中增长见识，锻炼自己的才干，培养自己的韧性，更为重要的是检验一下自己所学的东西能否被社会所用，自己的能力能否被社会所承认。想通过社会实践，找出自己的不足和差距所在。

一开始，对自己手工艺期望很高，经过多次面试的失败，我总结了自己失败的原因。主要有两个方面。一方面是自己眼高手低，自己根本自身素质没有达到一定的水平，另一方面是自己没有给自己一个很好的定位，没有找准自己的位置。

总结了以前失败的教训，摆正好自己的位置，仅正是社会实践只要有工作，能供饭吃，我们的目的是在于锻炼自己。于是我找到了一家餐饮酒楼。老板看我结结实实的，并且身强体壮，就让我来做传菜员。第二天，我便开始了我的暑期社会实践生活。刚开始的时候心理极不平衡。心想来从小到大读了这么多的书，家里花了那么多的钱把我培养长大成人，可现在只能端端盘子，怎么着在学校里也是个学生会干部，多少也有点社会能力，当传菜员学徒有点失落再加上传菜部领班是个小学文化的，还对我指手画脚，确实心理上很不舒服。但是，人总是要适应自己自下而上的环境，我不想一开始就干不下去了，不行，我告诉我自己一定要坚持下去。要在自己的工作的环境中让自己的工作做起来很轻松。

在长达半个月的实习中，我总结出了以下几点个人工作的理念来规范自己在工作中的言行举止：

1、首先行把自己同领导和同事之间的关系搞好。使尽快地熟悉自己所在的工作环境。笑对每一位顾客。

2、我们的一切出发点是为了顾客，处处要为了顾客着想。顾客就是我们要服务的上帝。

3、注意我的形象，服装、言行、举止大方文明得体，要做到一个服务者应该做到的本质。。

4、在上班之前制定好今日的工作计划，并熟练酒楼里的各项规章和章程，保证上班的工作效率。

5、按时上下班、坚决做到不迟到、不早退。

6、上课时间不能接打电话，做私人事，聊天等。

7、处理突发事件言遇事冷静、理智以酒楼与顾客的利益出发，不鲁莽行事。及时汇报。

8、保证上班时间，服从领导安排，处处以大局为重，维护大局形象。

经过我的一番努力我的假期打工悄然落幕了，经过这次实践，我能真正体会到这一点。在工作中，在真正的社会交际中，顾客永远是对的，你不能掺杂自己的个性。

第一：乐观，不管遇上什么样的困难，都要用乐观的态度去面对，相信会有所转机。

第二：自信，首先自己要有自信，自信不是自夸，而是对自己的能力作出的肯定，这样别人才能更加相信信任你。你要对自己说“我一定能行”那你就一定能行。

第三：肯努力，我一直非常信奉一句话，“努力就有希望”不要觉得成功遥不可及，其实只要你在不停的努力你就靠成功越近，“踮起脚尖就更靠近阳光”在努力的过程中千万不要放弃，说不定你距离成功就差一步，而你却放弃了!要勇于面对各种挫折，挫折并不能阻挡有勇气的人走向成功。

第四：谦虚做人，特别对于刚走出校门的毕业生至关重要，我们本来对于社会上的知识知之甚少，我们千万不能骄傲自大，自以为是，那是肤浅的表现，我们要谦虚做人融入社会这个团体中，人与人之间合力去做事，使其做事的过程中更加融洽，更事半功倍。别人给的意见，我们要听取、耐心、虚心地接受。

经过这一次的暑假打工，社会实践，我真的是长了不少的见识，增长和很多社会经验，在实践中我也找到了自身的价值。我早晚都要走出校园，走进社会大染缸去。

我积极的倡议当代大学生走出校门积极参加社会实践活动，在社会锻炼中寻找自我价值，我我们来到大学的目的就是学到先进的科学文化知识更好的服务社会，所以我们更应该尽早地了解社会的需求来提升自我各方面的文化知识和素质，当我们走向社会时更准确地找到自己的位置为社会服务。

我们只要了解了社会的需求和自己所长，就会很快找 找到自己社会中的位现代大学生缺少社会知识和信息，在学校时从不关注社会中的情况，甚至连新闻都懒得看，更不用说社会锻炼，所以当他们迈出校门的那一刻就迷失了方向，拿着自己的简历不知何去何从，只知道自己学的是什么专业，却不知道自己能干什么，以至于很多大学生毕业后都找不到工作;因为大学生缺少社会锻炼，空一肚子墨水却不知如何用，很多用人单位不愿招聘应届毕业生，都愿吸取有工作经验者，因此大学生的就业率也越来越低!有的学生辛辛苦苦学了数十年的专业当走进社会时却找不到任何与所学专业有关的工作，这是多么可悲的事情，这就是不了解社会的需求所造成的。所以我们要发起倡议，为了我们今后更好更快地投入到社会当中去，为了我们早日实现我们的人生价值，为了能够更顺利的工作用自己的所长服务于社会，让我们积极投入到社会实践中去吧!
