As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

7月10号，我和妈妈、二姨还有哥哥去了上海迪士尼乐园，这是我成为小学生后的第一个暑假之旅，真是让我大开眼界呢！

上海的地铁又快又稳，而且不晕车，还有直达迪士尼的专线，出了地铁口前边就是迪士尼乐园了，非常方便。排队安检之后我们顺利进入乐园大门，我第一印象是这里好大好漂亮啊，马上和大门拍照留念喽！

第一个游玩项目：明日世界---巴斯光年星际营救

巴斯光年星际营救是一次互动探险的旅程。工作人员安排我和哥哥坐在一起射击比赛。我们登上一艘长长的太空巡逻艇，前往索克的老巢，一旦发现索克的能量核心“Z”我们就用红色光能发射器开始射击，与巴斯光年一起战斗全力消灭索克和他的机器人部队，拯救外星人的星球。这里边充满了冲击波爆炸声、还有机器人和太空里的喧嚣声，场面特别刺激！我们每次击中目标都能积累相应的分数，得分越高，在巴斯精英舰队中就晋升得越快，可惜最后出去的时候光顾着兴奋地讨论忘记看得分了。

第二个游玩项目：喷气背包飞行器

二姨和哥哥打算去玩创极速光轮，我看到人们都是趴在摩托车车队上尖叫着的在轨道上冲上冲下的，速度超级快，所以我和妈妈不太敢玩。我们俩去排队玩喷气背包飞行器了，它是通过16个机器臂和一个巨型球体相连，把飞行员们两个一组固定在独立的喷气背包上，双腿悬空，随着每个喷气背包的加速旋转，让我们体验飞行的感觉。起飞之前，我告诉妈妈由我来控制高度，后来我发现好像是工作人员在控制台控制的。飞起来的时候耳边的风刮得呼呼响，有特别酷的感觉！不好的方面就是排队排的久，飞行的时间太短，还没过瘾就下来了，排队一小时，飞行一分钟吧！

第三个游玩项目：加勒比海盗—沉落宝藏之战

这是上海迪士尼乐园内最值得体验的一个项目，讲述的是杰克船长的故事。我们坐上长长的木船，变成海盗加入杰克船长的冒险队，目的是潜入深海，搜寻戴维•琼斯长眠于海底的战利品。沿途遇上了海盗、美人鱼、甚至还有恐怖的的海怪！船只在水面上可以前行、侧移、加速和减速，小船颠簸摇晃，水花飞溅，可以感受到小失重，还有冲上浪尖或者急速坠落的体验。特别是从海底升到海面的时候用的巨幕特效，效果逼真，让我们一船的人都以为是从海底升上来的，其实这是屏幕切换带来的错觉，这种感受特别的刺激，当时还有水花从上而降。最后炮击北海妖怪更是有真实的爆炸效果，大家都吓得惊呼起来，在这黑乎乎的海底看着这些让我们既兴奋又恐惧，但是觉得很值得，因为我们发现了堆满小山的的金子和珠宝，顺利找到宝藏啦！这是在乐园里一定要去玩的项目，绝对让我们终身难忘！

第四个游玩项目：雷鸣山漂流

据说这是园内第二好玩的项目，人特别多，大概排了有100分钟才玩上。加入探险队，深入黑暗的深渊，和凶猛的巨兽赛跑，在激流中辗转翻腾，探索远古传奇……上船之前工作人员提醒我们都穿上雨衣，安排了8个人上同一艘圆形漂流船。刚开始很慢，很平稳，旋转式的顺着水流撞来撞去，然后到了一处特有的铁链输送轨道，把我们的船运送到高处，当心！到了瀑布了，我和妈妈是背着瀑布的所以我们看不到高度，只是觉得迅速掉了下去，惊惶之中牢牢抓住扶手，二姨是面对着的，她看到的是小船直直的掉了下去，吓得她惊叫，真是万分刺激！滑下去后不久，突然停下来，然后又马上开动，原来是一棵倒下的大树挡住了去路，并把激流引向了山间！圆圆的漂流筏瞬间转了方向，在黑黑的山洞里，激流把小船推向暴怒的巨兽，怒吼声震耳欲聋；我们看见了山洞上边的巨型鳄鱼，它张大嘴巴摇头晃脑的，我们仿佛能感受到它热气腾腾的呼吸，这一刻真的挺恐怖的。然后又怎么样记不太清了，满脑子都是大鳄鱼！最后经过喷泉时突然爆发的泉水淋湿了我们的衣服，我们八个人在惊叫中哈哈大笑，回到岸上后，我真心觉得平稳的世界才是最美好的！

第五个项目：看演出，人猿泰山-丛林的呼唤。

人猿泰山-丛林的呼唤，讲述了一个由猩猩养大的人类小男孩最终成为丛林之王的故事。融合了戏剧、中国杂技和摇滚乐等元素，杂技是最吸引我的，感觉难度很高，但是我很喜欢看。最厉害的两位叔叔阿姨能从顶部吊着的丝带和圆环上上下下，简直又美又帅，真不知道他们是怎么练出来的，估计是下了很多功夫很认真的跟老师学习的吧，我们大家都惊叹他们高超的技艺，所以我鼓掌的时候特别用力！这可是我第一次和妈妈一起看演出呢！

第六个项目：小飞侠天空奇遇

这是一个非常梦幻的去往冒险岛冒险的故事。在小飞侠的带领下，我们坐在飞船上，随着布景上下左右移动，特别好玩，第一次体会到这种奇妙的感觉，和大型的刺激项目感受完全不同。很意外的惊喜是看着没有路可走了一个拐弯又是另一番景象，其中飞船飞进一个房间里，我看着这下可没路了，突然前方开了一道门，就这样飞出去了，好奇妙呢！跟着小飞侠，去了精灵山谷、“迷途小孩”藏身处、美人鱼礁湖和骷髅石。最后，小飞侠与胡克船长一番决斗后，打败了诡计多端的胡克船长和他的海盗船员，小飞侠感到非常自豪！他和伙伴帮助我们穿过天际，返回神奇旅程开始的地方。整个旅程都充满了梦幻和动画般的场景，是个大人小孩都可以体验的项目，就是旅途中有点黑。

第七个项目：小熊维尼历险记

小熊维尼和朋友们和谐友爱，是大家公认的好朋友，生活充满了乐趣。我们坐着飞船和小熊维尼一起前往百亩森林展开梦幻探险之旅。邂逅了屹耳、谷佛、袋鼠妈妈、小猪、跳跳虎和小荳。我觉得这个项目适合年龄小的小朋友玩，比如舅舅家三岁多的小弟弟和二姨家的小妹妹。小船到了跳跳虎那里时竟然和跳跳虎似的一跳一跳的，我们都跟着哈哈大笑起来……在这里，不管是小孩还是大人都可以一起跳啊笑啊，都很放松，虽然幼稚了点，但还是很享受，体验完还是很开心的！

第八个项目：奇幻童话城堡

奇幻童话城堡特别漂亮！我们去的时候大约晚上7点多了。刚进门有导游阿姨给我们讲解白雪公主的故事，有大大的电子屏幕。有一处奇特的屏幕吸引了我，我们可以和屏幕上森林里的动物们互动，我做抬手或者再见的动作，小松鼠和小鹿们也会跟着做呢，特别的有趣。我们看到大屏幕上的白雪公主在她的许愿井旁边，她长得特别美，她正在唱歌呢，她唱的是：这是一个神奇的许愿井，我希望……我希望……我所爱的人……在今天……出现……她的歌声特别好听。还有一间小房屋里放的日用品，都很漂亮很特别；；我们还在一个大器皿里体验了一下老巫婆放的毒气呢，后来看到白雪公主和王子幸福的在一起了，参观也结束了。

第九个项目：晶彩奇航

晚上8点以后，我们都累了，走不动了，就打算回酒店了，走着走着发现了这个晶彩奇航，晶彩奇航始于“梦幻世界”的码头。一路蜿蜒前行，路过雕塑园看到了很多雕塑，如美女与野兽、阿拉丁、魔法师的学徒、花木兰、小美人鱼等，每一个雕塑都很逼真，而且都在随着音乐动着呢。越靠近岩洞，就越发让人激动，里边灯光交错，看上去像极了快速游动的鱼，感觉特神奇。船从岩洞里出来时遇上了城堡燃放烟花，我们正好坐在船上观看，很幸运没有错过！

总结

一天的时间很短，虽然我们没能够玩完所有的项目，但是我也很高兴，很满足了；迪士尼乐园里面的项目都很好，值得每一个人来游玩！感谢妈妈的陪伴，这一场旅行对我来说是一段美好的、难忘的回忆！再见，迪士尼！

The summer holidayis going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because I do a lot of things.Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it. In the new term, Imust work harder. I did not do very well in the last term. Therefore, I want tomake progress in the new term. Besides, I want to do some more readings. Booksare the best resources to get knowledge. With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect to it, because it want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery of Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.

Why do we set this theme?

为什么会确立这个主题呢?

The core value can be interpreted as following: The City, built by people, has been evolving and growing into an organic system. People are the most dynamic cells with the best ability to innovatein this system. People’s life is closely interactive with the urban morphology and development.

With the raped urbanization, a more extensive relationship and interaction has been established between the city organic system and earth’s biosphere and resource system. People, city and earth are just like three organic systems linking with each other and fusing into the integrity

throughout the whole process of urban development.

For further reflect of the theme "Better City, Better Life", five sub-themes are defined;they are "Blending of Diverse Cultures in the City","Economic Prosperity of the City","Innovation of Science and Technology in the City", "Remodeling of Urban Communities", and "Rural-urban Interaction".

为了更好地理解“城市，让生活更美好”，上海世博会还设有五个副主题分别是“城市多元文化的融合”、“城市经济的繁荣”、“城市科技的创新”、“城市社区的重塑”、“城市和乡村的互动”。

紧张了一学期的学生们迎来了寒假。但对初三的考生们来说，距中考还有短短的几个月，寒假是一个查漏补缺的好机会。在这短短的三周时间里，怎样制定复习计划，怎样在有限的时间里提高效率?

通过这学期的几次月考，发现了学生们普遍存在的一些问题，针对这些问题在寒假里进行针对性的训练是很有必要的。

1、单词掌握得不错，却不会在填单词的句子中运用，失分很多。

2、能记住重点句型，但不会灵活变换句式。

3、了解语法，却不会做时态填空。

4、能读懂短文，却做不对选项。

5、知道如何写作文，却在写作时漏洞百出。

6、选择填空马马虎虎。

7、听力很差，失分很高，尤其是分析题。

所以，针对存在的问题，为避免以后重现类似错误，为复习考试奠定一个好的基础，特做计划如下：

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。
