1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

科技馆好大啊!它有三层楼面，一楼有动物世界、彩虹儿童乐园、生物万象、地壳探秘等。在动物世界里我们看到了很多逼真的动物模型，有山羊、狮子、长颈鹿、企鹅、非洲象、白熊等等。在地壳探秘中我们经历了地震历险，在漆黑的洞里，我们站在一座抖动得很厉害的桥上感受地震，我们身边都是尖叫声，有个小朋友还吓哭了呢!彩虹乐园有很多小朋友玩的项目，有镜子迷宫、小建筑师乐园、滑滑梯等，可好玩了!

The new term will begin again. I worked out a new semester plan with my mom and dad. Lets see how I plan it.

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. Today is National Day on Oct.1st,2016, we have 7-day holiday, I just made a call to home but mom still didnt get home, I asked mother to try to call her to confirm her position right now in order to be convenient for taking fetch by my father in 6-cross roadmouth. New house has been finished nearly. Dad decided to resume working in Houzai Glass factory just for 350yuan monthly even actually I dont want him to work back. there are 7 days holiday I will take for Chinese National Day. But maybe I need on duty every day. I will come back to Dongguan today.
