1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

紧张了一学期的学生们迎来了寒假。但对初三的考生们来说，距中考还有短短的几个月，寒假是一个查漏补缺的好机会。在这短短的三周时间里，怎样制定复习计划，怎样在有限的时间里提高效率?

通过这学期的几次月考，发现了学生们普遍存在的一些问题，针对这些问题在寒假里进行针对性的训练是很有必要的。

1、单词掌握得不错，却不会在填单词的句子中运用，失分很多。

2、能记住重点句型，但不会灵活变换句式。

3、了解语法，却不会做时态填空。

4、能读懂短文，却做不对选项。

5、知道如何写作文，却在写作时漏洞百出。

6、选择填空马马虎虎。

7、听力很差，失分很高，尤其是分析题。

所以，针对存在的问题，为避免以后重现类似错误，为复习考试奠定一个好的基础，特做计划如下：

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。

暑假就要到来了，我已经为它制定了一个忙绿的计划表了。

首先，我会找一份兼职，也许在我家附近的工厂工作，这样我就可以陪陪我父母。其次，之前我参加了一个小提琴的培训班，因为我对它很有兴趣。所以，我会在家多多联系。因为正如谚语所说的，熟能生巧。在假期末尾的时候，我会去好好地玩一玩。我比较想和朋友去旅行，也许去云南，也许是其他地方。去那些我从来没去过的地方肯定可以开拓我的视野。

So I need to listen carefully in class, and actively speak, unite classmates, class is quickly go home, school, finishing the homework in the finish school teacher assigned homework seriously, on the basis of more than do some extracurricular exercises, it can help me better to expand my knowledge, let me in the sprint, grade six foot flat phase can quickly rushed forward, and further, I hope can enter an ideal school!

新学期打算，这也就是一种未来的预示，对自己前途的安排。

上学期的重大打击让我喘息不止，下学期我打算怎麽做?有应该怎麽做呢?

下学期，我要首先将烦恼忘掉，快乐地去学习，去体会书中的芳香，一身轻上战场一定会打胜仗。将自己的陋习改掉，将好习惯全部招揽而来，使我变得高尚纯洁。

学习方面更要勤奋刻苦，不要不肯学，只要学 就对，学习好的基础就是十年寒窗的那一份苦，只有我吃得苦中苦，我就方为人上人。所以我要上课认真听讲，积极发言，下课团结同学，放学就迅速回家，写完作业，在认真完成学校老师布置的作业的基础上，还要多做一些课外的练习题，这有助于我可以更好的扩大我的知识面，让我在六年级冲刺的阶段可以更快得加足马力向前冲，并且冲得更远，希望可以进入一所我理想的中学!

成功的基础是百分之一的聪明加上百分之九十九的勤奋，这样才可以让我变得更完美六年级冲刺的表现希望可以为我的小学生涯增光添彩，也希望它可以为我的小学生涯点上一个漂亮的句号!!!!!

好的开始一定要有好的结束!!!

今天一大早，我怀着愉快的心情和几个小伙伴一起踏上了前往上海科技馆的旅程。

在较长的车程中，最吸引眼球的还是车外秀丽的景色：一排排大树高耸入云，秩序井然;碧绿的小草中长满含羞的野花;小鸟们在枝头上叽叽喳喳叫个不停，仿佛在唱着动听的歌曲，迎接新的一天到来……小憩之后，我们车子在上海科技馆前的停车场停了下来，小伙伴们都起身走下车子。不远处，一个悬挂在天空的巨大玻璃球映入眼帘，这就是上海科技馆标志性的建筑——它一直是那么气势宏伟。一走进大门，马上就能看见生物标本区的动物：有大象、老虎、羚羊、老鹰等。旁边还有地壳探索、机器人世界、信息乐园等展览区。其中，我最感兴趣还是机器人世界，里面摆满了机器人。有负责修理人类日常用具的，有会射箭的，有会弹钢琴的，有会画画的，还有做家务的……应有尽有。有几个参观的游客想和机器人比赛射箭，可是他们怎么比，总是得到一个相同的结果——比赛输了!因为机器人射出去的箭都在靶心，非常准!在解说员带着带领下，我们在科技馆里走了一圈，看到了许多平时看不见的东西，领略了现代化的高科技产品。一上午我们就遨游在展览区里，静静地感受!

下午，他们为我们安排的是看一部IMAX科普大片《北极荒原》，这可是我们的最爱。影片中的“主人公”北极熊妈妈，在环境受到破坏，没有足够的食物可吃的情况下，为了保护自己的孩子，忍饥挨饿，和饥饿凶猛的公熊搏斗，它们母子被迫开始漫长旅途，远离危险区域，艰难地带着它的孩子活了下来。这部影片让我深深感受到了熊妈妈对孩子无私的爱，也让我们明白，保护动物赖以生存的环境是多么重要，保护人类赖以生存的地球已经迫在眉睫!

快乐的一天结束了，虽然意犹未尽，但是还是觉得非常充实，看到了高科技，学到了新知识，期待着下次再来!

又是一个春暖花开的好季节，学校组织我们去了上海科技馆，那里有许多好玩的东西。如：动物世界、生物自然、地壳探秘……

我们坐上车，开始出发。当车走过一个隧道时，老师告诉我们，现在我们是在江底下。江底下？同学们瞪大了眼睛。有同学开始担忧了：“万一隧道顶上塌下来怎么办？会不会被淹死？”

一路谈笑间，车已到站。看着眼前的球形建筑，同学们觉得很好玩，迫不及待地跑了进去。老师在后面追着喊：“慢点慢点，注意安全！”

我们组先去了动物世界，那里的动物栩栩如生，有正在玩耍嬉戏的羚羊、有准备捕食的老虎、有悠闲的大象、还有凶猛的猎豹、可怕的狮子……我们赶紧用手机拍下了它们。

我们又去了生物自然。一路参观了植物、蝴蝶、鸡。各种生物。我们看鱼的时候很高兴，因为附近有表演，就是一段小影片，说的是小乌龟慢慢长大的故事。自然生物界的蝴蝶标本更是美，身体上有各种各样的花纹，黄的、红的、蓝的……加上热带雨林中特有的景色，生物自然变得很漂亮。回走的时候，竟有东西向我头上洒绵绵细雨。

之后，我们还去了地壳探秘，地震体验等地方，里面主要是讲述关于地球的故事。

这次出去我们玩得很开心，也学到了很多科普知识，懂得了很多科学道理。

早上，我和爸爸妈妈把东西整理好，就急急忙忙去乘公交车了。

到了上海，我看见了高大的东方明珠。那里还有香喷喷的生煎包、可口的饺子……吃完，我感觉我快飞上天了。

我们又走到了公园，发现里面有一个小游乐场，我和爸爸玩了碰碰车，我不会开所儿总是跑到人家前面，总被他们撞。结束了，我们就到旁边休息了一会。

妈妈提议说：“我们去水族馆着看吧。”我开心地附和：“这个主意真好！”“也不看是谁想到的！”妈妈得意地说。说完我们便哈哈大笑。

走到水族馆时，我都快累死了。进去之后我立刻精神起来了，那里就像海底世界一样，有水母、鲨鱼，还有珊瑚等等数不胜数。从水族馆出来爸爸妈妈都累了，我们便回家了。

回到家里，我很累，但我觉得这是我最开心的一天。
