认为遥远的那一刻，终究还是到来了。当交卷的铃声最后一次奏起时，与往常不同的，是一缕一丝的怀念盖过了打心底里的欢快。那一刻，我的心不禁思潮起伏，也总在心中安慰自己：还会来的，还会来的。我们，只是短暂地分别了。

来来往往的校园，到处都留下了我们的足迹。考完试后，我独自一人漫步于六年的校园。

看到那雄伟的大门了吗？从四年级开始，我和班里另几位同学光荣地成为了值周生，每次轮到值周时便要一大早地站在那儿，与来校同学问好，对老师们敬礼。刚开始觉得这份“工作”辛苦，可却给我带来了一股又一股浓浓的暖意。能在每天早晨看到同学们灿烂的笑脸，这何尝不是一种欣慰呢？记忆最深刻的，也是最后一次值周，是在六年级下册刚开学的那一段时间。那次，我们出了些差错。往常的值周，都有老师提前集中开会，但我们都六年级了，讲真都已经可以指导低年级的值周生如何管理了。那次老师只集中了几个人开短会，让我们回去后互相告知。但直到周一早上只有三个人到时，我们才知道通知没到位，自然，也遭到了训斥。那时殊不知已是我们最后一次在小学值周了，竟会闹出这样的笑话，也是一次教训吧。

往里走一小段，便能看到繁花似锦的学校中心——花坛。其实我与花坛的缘分并不深，在我看来，它只是日日夜夜陪伴着我们，看着我们成长却一言不发的大姐姐罢了。不得不承认，她很漂亮，一年四季都在更换不同的彩衣；她很壮观，两棵大雪松直入云霄。许多小动物也很喜欢她。记得三年级科学课，老师让我们课外收集几只蜗牛。花坛便成了最抢手的对象，花坛里的不管是大蜗牛，小蜗牛，还是老蜗牛，全都被我们一扫而光。年年都是这样，不同届的三年级，不同批的“除虫师”，花坛的繁花似锦，其实也离不开我们偶然的“帮助”。校园里就是这么和谐，我们与动植物互相爱护，互相帮助。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

There was once a little boy that wanted to live in peace; that was because

of his parents, they were always bossy, and he couldn’t bare it like that. It

was in the middle night when the boy decided to run away; because he realized,

that his parents were watching cow movie 4, which was hilarious. It was one of

the most precious stories ever, which by the way, usually means that it makes

other people or you laugh out loud.

Before even trying to get on his bike and bike away from home; he packed

some food and ran away to the garage, which some how the reason is shaped like a

dog bone. When he got his helmet on top of his head, he biked off straight

towards the park. Where there he placed a blanket that happened to be a sleeping

bag; when it was done, he placed another layer on top of it to make it softer.

Before that he zipped the sleeping bag, and then he was ready to put the pillow

on the sleeve.

That was an idiom that I had mentioned before. And that would be over

taking some of the information back to its own brain. That was because of the

bike, its tires were out of air; and he would have to find something to get it

all pumped up. When he was all the way through with his plan, he decided to add

some perfection to it. That happened to be pumping up with his breathe taking,

it was a lot of work; but he soon pumped it full and went to be. As soon as he

got up, he had breakfast; and his only hope was to find his way back to where he

lived.

He packed up his snacks and sleeping bags or pillows and the layer.

It was all very happy of he the boy going back home, when he arrived, his

parents came out and hugged him; they had a conversation over it. “What were you

doing the time when you were gone? And that happened to be awesome!” “I guess it

was, but I knew that running away was not a good idea; I am really sorry that I

ran away. I guess I was just unhappy about you saying that I am a big boy for

chores, and that I am a small boy for watching hilarious movies such as cow

movie 4.”

His mom and dad explained to him, “I guess we are a little bit hard on you,

I guess you could watch cow movie four for once; and we are going to do the

dishes and to do the house work for you.”

He was very happy from that time on, and lived happily ever after. This was

a happy and good and glad ending.

I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to

join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to

say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money.

After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to

any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round

Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come

in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so

I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

im glad to receive your letter. now i will tell you something about my

plan for summer vacation after the final exam. firstly, i will learn to drive. i

think driving can be useful. secondly, i will take some english courses.
