On the top of the mountain hill there lived a little boy called Marlin. He

was a jolly fellow that helped people when they were in need.

The only problem was, whenever there was somebody in need, he would give

them something to eat and to solve their problem. The people in his country soon

became sick of this, and so wanted him to stop. But Marlin just won’t; and went

on helping and helping and helping… nobody knew when he was going to stop, or

when they were going to let him know that they didn’t want him to bother all

day. Ugh, but Marlin wouldn’t stop; all day long he helped this and that, the

problem was that people don’t want to mordacity him, and so said that he was

very kind.

One day, Marlin saw a boy crying, and said, “Hey there little one; don’t

cry, I, the super Marlin is here! And I am going to solve your problem!” “I want

a music box,” at these words, Marlin was astonished, “A-a music b-box?” “Yes,”

replied the boy jumping happily, “But my parents won’t buy me one. It is at the

shop near Sunshine school. I hope to get me one! Wahoo!” Marlin said, “I

couldn’t afford a music box! It is worth $100!”

Marlin was very sad, but also wanted to try, for he was the king of

everything, and helps save the day. He ran to his house, and counted his money,

but found out that he only had $10. He was now very, very angry. He had decided

to earn more and more money, and so to help that poor little boy. As he had

promised, he worked very hard to earn money. Although he was juts a little boy,

he ought to do what he had said; for those are the rules. And when he had enough

money, he would buy the music box, and hand it to that poor boy.

Marlin did anything he could to earn money: Sweep the floor, clean his

room; grow plants, water them, and cut flowers for the house. When he had

already $90, he had decided to help other people. When it was already winter, he

took a shovel and helped his neighbors, friends to shovel snow; and they paid

him a great deal of money.

At last, Marlin had got enough money; he was so excited that he hopped here

and there ten times! Finally, he went to the store near Sunshine school, and

bought the music box, and then handed it to the same boy at his home. Marlin

soon became famous, and he was called, ‘Marlin Blavatsky.’

At these words the swallow said, “OH my dear prince, I couldn’t do that! I

swear! Because…” “No little swallow, you must do what I say, and help that poor

man!” at these words, the swallow had no choice but to obey, he took out the

other prince’s eye; with a squeak, as if he was helping the poor prince to

recover from his pain.

When the swallow flew to the man with the blue sapphire gem, he felt the

warm wind of the spring dancing around in his brain. When he arrived, he placed

the gem under the man’s face, and flew back to the prince. When he returned, the

prince asked the swallow, “Did you succeed?” asked the prince joyfully, “I did,

and I hope the man enjoys it too.

The man awoke eventually, when he saw the blue sapphire gem; he said

happily, “What on the world is this? somebody actually likes my plays, yes! Now

I can finish my play;” and he began to write. The next day, the swallow flew

away to Egypt and before that he said to the prince, “I am going to fly away to

Egypt today and…” “Oh please little swallow, oh please can you stay with me for

one last night?” but the swallow was very satisfied, “But, dear prince; I can’t

do that, my friends are waiting for me and it is getting colder and colder here;

I have to go to Egypt, where the sun is hot, and it is warm and cool there;”

“You must little swallow, you must stay with me for one last night,” “Dear

prince, I couldn’t and…” “Swallow this can’t be, you have to stay with me; I

command you!” the little swallow had no choice but to obey.

“Okay prince, what is your command?” “See that poor little girl on the

road, she is selling matches; it is Christmas day, and she hadn’t even sold one

match. But she dares not to go home; because her father was a cruel man, and he

would punish her and hit her hard and say mean words to her if she doesn’t bring

home any money. She is crying bitterly, and I want you to do something that I

want; which is very important, I now realize that helping people is good since

it feels good.”

“Well what do you suggest me to do dear prince?” “I want you to take my

sword’s red gem off again, and give it to her so that she can bring home,” “OH

my dear prince!” shouted the swallow in the loudest voice, “I can’t do that, you

will lose your sword’s red gem and…” “No swallow, you must do what I tell you,

or face your doom!” and so the swallow brought the red gem to the little girl by

wings, the little girl looks at it and smiled, “That is nice! But it is still

not enough as my father wished me to give it to him;” then she began to sigh and

cry again, the swallow heard what the girl had just said; he said to himself,

“What a picky girl!” when he flew back, he didn’t tell the prince the message

that he had just received from the little girl; but he still was very cold.

He knew that since he did not help the poor little girl, he felt bad; and

so that was the reason why he was cold. He was very sad; and when he was about

to fly to Egypt, the prince said to the swallow, “I see that you are very sad

these days; I wonder what is the matter, tell me?” the swallow did not speak,

the prince forced the swallow to tell him; but he still didn’t say anything. At

last the prince said, “If you don’t tell me I will put dynamites on your head

and blow you up! I was trying to help you!”

At these words the swallow was so scared that he said out loud, “I heard

the little girl say that that wasn’t enough to pay for his father, and so I

didn’t tell you because I thought that you would not like it and…”

“Oh my dear swallow, why on earth would you think I will not help a little

girl? And why on earth would you not tell me about this?” the spell was broken,

the prince turned to real life, and jumped down from the statue’s stand, “Thank

you dear swallow, you have broke the spell, and now I can live on land once

more.

That was the end of the happy prince. During the lives when he was a golden

statue, he realized how important everybody was to him, and that how important

helping people is.

时光如流水，转眼间，我们已经五年级了!记得第一次走进校园，觉得陌生、迷茫，找不到前进的道路，是你让不知如何的我找到了前进的道路。

您，是我们的语文老师―李老师，教我们一年级的语文老师。是您，教会我认识一个个生字，读会一篇篇课文，学会论语和古诗。每当同学们有不会做的题目时，您总耐心得教导我们，直到我们都理解为止。

我还记得有一次考试，发卷子的时候，您叫到我的名字是说：“相国乾100分。”我非常激动，感觉心脏砰砰跳着，我清楚的记得那时候的心情，感觉一跳就能跳到十万八千米的高空。但这也少不了您的教诲。

亲爱的黄老师：

一提起您，太多回忆如潮水般涌来，在小学生活即将结束的时候，我将以最真实的笔触，写给我眼中的您!

有一件小事，我不知道值不值得提起，但每每回想起来，它曾占据过我的心灵。我算是一个对作业还比较认真的孩子，但那次您要求我们把两首诗背会，我却忘记了。第二天，您要检查背诵，这下我可慌了，赶紧临时抱佛脚。“田恬，你来背!”您还是叫到了我，我只得慢吞吞地站了起来，“唐，李白——李白……”我竟然连题目都忘了，有的同学捂着嘴“哧哧”地在下面偷笑，我的脸开始发烫，似乎能听见自己怦怦的心跳声。这时，您走了过来，眼里满是信任，我却羞怯地低下了头，只听您亲切的说：“回想一下，诗句开端，就自道姓名，写了离别场面，后两句抒发作者与好友之间深厚的感情……”。我脑海中逐渐浮现了古诗内容：“李白乘舟将欲行，忽闻岸上踏歌声……”。现在我将最后两句——桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情——来送给您，我想这是最恰当不过的。

难以忘却的还有您在课上拓展的那些内容。从“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”的鲁迅，从《采薇》到《诗经》，从董永到《天仙配》，从《夏天里的成长》到农谚……虽然点到即止，我却记得似乎和文言文注释一样熟。您提到的是几个句子，几个人物，几个作品，打开的却是我整个文学殿堂的大门。我曾经认为：以您的才情，或许更应去高校教大学生，更能恣意地发挥才情。

六年的时光如云烟飘过，时光老人无情地把时针拨向离别，您是一个好老师，带给我们的不仅是十二本语文书的厚度，更是“语文”两字的重量;不仅是考场上六页语文试卷，更是敏锐的文字触感，深厚的人文情怀;不仅是白纸红字的考试分数，更是对待事物的思想思辨，对待生活的用心。您的语文课，始于语文，却比语文更多…

“还有几天，我就不再是你们的语文老师了。”那天，您说出这句话时，我忽然伤感到：属于我们的您的语文课，真的不多了。那严肃优雅的课堂氛围不多了，那婉转动听的课文朗读不多了，那天马行空的东拉西扯不多了，那点点滴滴的生活语文不多了，我们的毕业季真的到了。

您好!

人们常说，师恩如山，因为高山巍峨，使人崇敬，但我要说，师恩如大海，因为大海浩瀚无比，谁也无法估量。自从您当认我们的英语老师后，你不仅教我们学会知识，还教我们学会做人，这些都使我们终身受益。

五年级那年，你是我们的英语老师，第一次看见您时，就觉得您是个美丽的老师。我任然清晰的记得，当上第一节课时，你便放了一首英语歌，叫一些女生上去跳舞的场面。当您叫到我时，我死活不肯上去，可您还是不放弃，坚持让我上去，我只好硬着头皮上去“表演”，您一边教我们唱一边教我们跳，尽管很害羞，但还是跳得很尽兴。后来，您还说这是可以锻炼自己，提高勇气的好办法，也是能够更有效的记住这首歌的办法，从那以后，我边喜欢上了那首歌曲。

每一次抄英语练习题的时候，您总是辛苦地在黑板上抄着，磨尽了多少粉笔，您都是那样无怨无悔地抄着。每一次同学遇到问题，您都是认真的给同学们见解。有一次，我在学习上遇到了难题，我绞尽脑汁，就是想不出来，我便向您请教，您石斛也觉得有点难度，但您却没有放弃思考，您用了一节课的时间去思考，终于，把问题攻破了。老师，您真是知识的宝藏，为我们打开了一扇扇紧闭的大门。

在成为您学生的日子里，您的辛勤的汗水早已化成我们对您的敬重和对自己的信心，我们会用实际行动来证明我们是您培养的最好的学生。

时间来去匆匆，去也匆匆，转眼间我们也经从一年级小朋友成为六年级哥哥姐姐，你陪我们整整四年，过了四个春夏秋冬，如今我们就要离开您了。

时间飞逝如流水一般，在这如流水一般的记忆里，我记得在一次学校集体活动时，经常同学们努力挣取的第一次，你开怀的大笑，那种笑十分治愈人心，当时的你高兴的你笑出了酒窝，那时，我和同学都去找你，去看你那治愈人心的酒窝。

大雁有在飞回来的时候，叶子有在长的时候，太阳有在升起的时候，可……为什么我们的时间不能向有在重来的时候呢?如果可以的话，那该多好啊!这样就不会有那么思念与悲伤了。

时间过的真快马上我们就要和您说再见了，您还记得在我四年级的时候吗?当时因为一个作文，您问了我们，如果你快要毕业了，你会做些什么呢?我们并没有立刻回答你的问题，而是在那笑着，当时的我们只觉得还离我们很远，可是我们如今六年级，我们一听见毕业了，这在那悲伤，曾经觉得遥远的事，马上就要到了。

如果时间可以重来的话，我想，我会选重新回到六年前。

Im glad youll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. Its difficult for you because its quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. Its also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practise your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. Im sure youll learn Chinese well.

我之所以给你写这封信，因为我已经临近毕业了，我将要离开您了。

老师，在毕业前得几个月，我有一个苦恼就是不自己能否考一个好成绩我有一个很大的毛病就是粗心，因为粗心我的成绩一只没有提高上来，您批评过我，可我根本没有放在心上。有一次考试后，我看着发下来的卷子惊呆了。“76分”正在这时您把我叫到了您的面前，那时候您非常生气，脸涨的通红，我还看见您的脸上火辣辣的。

会到了座位上的时候，我才知道您是为了我好。您为了我的学习能赶上去，才对我严厉。

老师我曾想过，只要我把粗心的毛病改掉。粗细不仅影响升学，而且还会影响今后的工作。

老师，从现在起，我要改掉这个坏毛病，今后不管干什么，都要仔细认真，不辜负您对我的期望。
