生活中一件小事生活中含有许许多多的小事，一件件小事犹如天上的星星，有的在黑夜里闪闪发光，而有的却是暗淡无光，在我的小世界里，帮妈妈洗菜这件事让我至今难以忘怀。记得六岁暑假里的一天，我坐在沙发上悠闲地看着电视，妈妈从市场买回一大袋的菜，有西红柿、黄瓜、茄子……妈妈见我躺在那一副慵懒的样子，就对我说："吴博，你去把这袋子菜洗了吧。"正好没事干，听妈妈这么说，我二话没说爽快的答应了，我先把菜倒在盆子里，接上水，可刚洗了几个，就累得我腰酸背痛，汗流浃背的，我想了想，用什么方法可以快速地把菜洗干净还不用费力气呢？对了，妈妈平时不是用洗衣机洗衣服吗？那我何不用洗衣机洗菜呢、说干就干，我把菜一股脑儿的全部倒进洗衣机里，插上插头，按下按钮，洗衣机嗡嗡的转了起来，过了一会，我觉得时间差不多了，于是随手拔掉插头，打开盖子，心想要是妈妈知道我这么聪明一定会夸奖我的，可是我低头看向洗衣机的时候，却是另一番景象：西红柿跑的无影无踪了，黄瓜变成了白瓜，绿衣也被剥了，可怜的茄子只剩下紫皮包骨头了，看到这一切，我像丈二的和尚——摸不着头脑。正在这时，妈妈问我："吴博，菜洗好了没有啊？"说着就向厨房走来，它一看到眼前的景象，就笑的直不起腰来，我疑惑的问："洗衣机不能洗菜吗？"片刻之后，妈妈上气不接下气的对我说："洗衣机当然不能洗菜，菜那么嫩，怎么能……能吃住洗衣机的……狂……转呢……"通过这件傻事让我明白了：做任何事情都要动脑筋，不要盲目行事，否则后果不堪设想。

嗯!就这一颗吧!

我还记得那是一个夏天的晚上，小表弟到我家住几天。

月光皎洁，蝉儿叫着。我和小表弟听奶奶说，小孩子玩了火就会尿床，并借机警告我们，千万不能碰柜子里的火柴!那时，早就有电灯了，可奶奶柜子里还是备着一盒火柴。

那时的我，在同龄的朋友中，属于“上刀山，下火海”，什么都敢干的那一类。但，唯独奶奶房间里那盒火柴我不敢动!不过，奶奶的警告，却丝毫没能阻止我的好奇心。

这天，奶奶不在家。我与其他小伙伴在院子里正讨论着谁最勇敢，讨论得“热火朝天”!

“我敢捅马蜂窝!”

“我敢捉大蜘蛛!”

“我敢点火柴!”也不知怎么，我听口中就说出了这句话。小伙伴们一齐看向了我，我一下慌了神!

“那你表演给我们看看呀!””对呀!”“对呀!”

在伙伴们的一致要求下，我只好轻手轻脚地走进奶奶的房间，奶奶不在!于是，我拿起火柴盒，直奔院子!

我拿出一根火柴，做好了“牺牲”屁股的准备，闭上眼睛，用力一划!“哧!”火亮了。我吓得手抖了起来，这时，奶奶的告戒回响在我的脑中。

突然，一陈风吹来，火灭了!

这天晚上，我整整上了六趟侧所在上床。夜里，奶奶的告戒又响在了我的脑中，越是想忘，这事儿就越清淅!不过，困的力量还是让我合上了眼睛。

第二天，当我醒来时，太阳已经晒屁股了!咦?怎么有股怪味儿?我的手一摸床单，湿漉漉的!我立刻二话不说，大哭了起来!

奶奶闻声赶来，一看，笑了：“你表弟尿床，你哭啥?”

我侧身一看，表弟正在“地图”上睡大觉呢!

现在回想起来，儿时的快乐又涌在了心头!

We have six classes every day。 The first class begins at 7：50 am。 I like all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting。 My favorite subject is English， so I join English Corner every week。 I can speak English with many other students there。 Its very interesting and exciting。 I think its helpful for me to learn English well。 After class， I always play games with my friends。 We play soccer ball，basketball， volleyball， ping—pong and so on。 They are very relaxing。

I like my lessons， my friends and my teachers。 In a word， I love my school。 I find my school life more and more meaningful and colorful。 My school life is wonderful， isnt it？

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.
