我们的目的地是白河休息站，全程5公里。半路上，由于前一天下雨，泥巴路未全干，我们只好下来推车通过，我累坏了，想到还有4公里的路，不知道该怎么办了。又过了一会儿，我看见一条又宽又浅的水沟，正适合僕洗洗脏车轮，于是我大声喊：“来看呀，有水啦，可以洗车轮!”大家急忙跑过来，我们用小木棍把泥刮掉，再把车子放进水沟里冲。哇，车子变成新的了!再骑啊骑，骑了3公里，哈，终于到啦!这里是白河休息站，我们买了水果睐的棒冰，又酸又甜，真好吃。回家后，又饿又累的我们，看到外婆已经煮好了美味的鸡汤等着我们呢，大家又兴奋又激动。

说干就干，我拿来小铲子，在地上挖了一个大洞，把“恐龙蛋”放到土里，呵!刚合适。我用土把它埋住，轻轻拍了拍，然后拿起水杯为它浇水。我认为给它多浇水，小雪龙就一定会长得又大又结实，所以一连浇了五杯水，一边浇水一边在想：我可以骑着小学龙去公园、去玩耍，啊，太好了!

可是我等了好久，小雪龙也没有出生，我挖开了洞，恐龙蛋不见了，就在我伤心失望的时候，妈妈告诉我，雪是不能种的，遇热遇水就要融化。我懵懵懂懂……

The convenience of preparing food today is amazing. Even stoves have gotten too slow for us. Microwave cooking is much easier. We can press a few buttons and a meal is completely cooked in just a short time. People used to spend hours preparing an oven-cooked meal, and now they can use that time for other, better things. Food preparation today allows for more variety. With refrigerators and freezers, we can preserve a lot of different foods in our homes. Since technology makes cooking so much faster, people are willing to make several dishes for even a small meal. Parents are more likely to let children be picky, now that they can easily heat them up some prepackaged macaroni and cheese on the side. Needless to say, adults living in the same house may have very different eating habits as well. If they don’t want to cook a lot of different dishes, it’s common now to eat out at restaurants several times a week.

Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

“啊！！！！！！鬼！有鬼！”我与小盘同时喊道。我回过头，原来是我落在了小盘身上。那撞我的人是......我还没能再次叫出来，就听到闪闪说对不起，这才放下心来，还不忘埋怨一句：“闪闪你搞什么鬼！”

“那边有出口！”军的大叫引起了我们的注意，我忙跑了过去，一阵微风和一片阳光洒在我身上，底下是距后山极远的平江，一派繁荣的景象。我一直想去那儿玩玩。这出口边全是峭壁，我想我是下不去了，只好失望的回头欲走。

军见到我失望的样子，咬咬牙，竟开始向下爬！我担心的望着军，喊道：“表哥，上来！”他摇摇头，不肯。终于无处下脚了，他这才往上爬。他气喘吁吁的上来后，抱歉的冲我笑了笑。

休息了一下，我们一致认为该回家了。

糟了！！！一回头，发现有四个岔道口，我们是从哪里来的？

大家都急得团团转，甚至还互相埋怨了起来。只有闪闪不急不躁，很果断的对我们说：“走右边！”

没有人怀疑他，大家都跟在了他后面。

曲曲折折的走了很久，我们真的出来了！大家围着闪闪欢呼起来。

原来闪闪一直落在后面是为了做记号！

My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have luch at my grandparents, because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I do my homework. If I finish my homesork early, I can watch TV for half an hour. I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

Low-carbon Life

Low-carbon life is good for everyone. To help with the environment，I always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car. Besides，I will try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when I leave the classroom. I think it‘s my duty to live a low-carbon life. And even the simplest activities can make a real difference to the environment. So I suggest we should reuse books as long as possible. And we’d better not spend much money on expensive clothes. 突然，我想尿尿了，可也不敢出去，只好憋着。又过了一会，小龙仍然没有发现我，可我也实在憋不住了，准备去出尿尿，但一个念头飞快地在脑海中闪过：不能出去，一出去可就被小龙发现了，那我不是输给他了吗，我只好又坐了下来。我想不能主动认输，毕竟我不是那个性格，只好再憋一会，有意识地时不时把头探出来，等着小龙来发现我，再去上厕所。可那傻小龙是个死脑瓜子，我一等不来，二等不来，一生气，一急，竟然把一泡尿直接尿在裤子里了。我一看裤子全尿湿了，吓得“哇”地一声哭了出来。小龙顺着哭声，迅速找了过来，见到我这副模样，哈哈大笑起来。我面对他的嘲笑，哭得更厉害了。

过了一会儿，老师也找来了，问起原因，忍俊不禁地笑了起来，给我奶奶打了个电话。奶奶急匆匆地赶来，老师对她说了经过。

奶奶边给我换裤子，边责备我，说：“为什么不去上厕所?”

在童年生活中，除了有为难的事还有有趣的事。记得小时候，爸爸单位允许带家人一起去参加他们单位组织的旅游。这下爸爸可以带我一起去旅游了。说是去旅游其实只是去湖边玩儿一天而以，年幼的我以为要玩儿好长时间，去了以后，我很喜欢玩水，下了水没多长时间，我放开救生圈对爸爸说我会游了，爸爸很吃惊，但还是让我游了。其实我并不会游，可以说我漂也不会。可我以为在水玩儿一会儿就会了。我放开救生圈一下子喝了好几口水，我被爸爸一把抱起来，才发现我根本不会游，只好老老实实带上救生圈。回家以后，我的皮肤被晒的黑黑的。

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.
