各位面试官，你们好，我叫，法律就像是秘密武器，有法在的天下就安全多了。在大学的四年里，本人学习了法理学、中国法制史、宪法、行政法与行政诉讼法、民法、商法、知识产权法、经济法、刑法、民事诉讼法、刑事诉讼法、国际法、国际私法、国际经济法等，掌握法学基本理论和基本知识，了解和掌握国家的主要法律法规，理解和把握法律规则背后的法律精神和法律价值，并能运用法学理论，方法和思维分析问题，解决问题.

书本的知识毕竟是有限的，本人积极参加了很多社会实践和社团的工作，从事了大到组织策划晚会、小到文秘接电话的工作，积累了很多了从失败到成功的经验。我认为实际操作能力和组织合作能力的学习更为重要。

在平时的实践努力中，我感觉我学到了很多，特别是一些书本上学不到的工作经验，虽然以前有过成功，也有过失败，从中我的到的是很多做事的原则和处事的经验对于现在的我来说，做事也变得成熟稳重了。在过去的工作中，我做事认真负责，有团队合作精神，还有较好的交际能力。

作为一名应届毕业生，也许我的知识有限，也许我还太年轻，缺乏实践经验，也许在某些方面我无法像其他人一样工作自如，但年轻意味着热情与活力。我没有太多经验，并不代表我不行。因为没有经验，反而更能让我将注意力集中在一件事情上，而不易受到外界干扰，保持自己的想法，保持自己的成就感。这样才会更有动力，才会是大的收获。我自信能凭自己的能力和学习在毕业以后的工作学习与生活中克服各种困难，不断实现人生价值与追求的目标。
