所以，回家后，我又继续魔鬼训练，连续几晚上都是如此，只复习语文数学和英语，都没有时间去练琴了，以至于好多曲子我都不熟悉了。

那段时日可真疯狂，但终究是功夫不负有心人。期末考试成绩下来，我数学99。5分，英语98分，语文96分。

多么令人欣喜的成绩啊，欣喜到我现在都能清楚地记得当时具体的成绩和脸上喜悦的笑容。

你看吧，整日训练语数英，结果它们上去了，钢琴又落下来了。

这让我深深明白一个道理：时间用在哪里，哪里就出成绩。

于是，考完试，为了找回熟悉的感觉，我又花了一个星期的时间，把快要忘记的钢琴曲又温习了几遍。

How to Be Punctual

1.Acknowledge that you are a person who is having a hard time being punctual. As with any problem, you cannot fix it if youre in denial that its a problem at all. But if your chronic tardiness is beginning to strain your job and/or your relationships, the first thing you need to do is acknowledge this as a weakness so you can begin to work toward correcting it.Although if it is a rational problem,like traffic or small children,there is no need to feel bad-just keep working on it!

2. Wake up when youre supposed to wake up. Dont hit the snooze button, linger in bed, and watch TV at the very start of your day.Maybe even try setting your clock 10 minutes earlier than you need to. If you have difficulty with this, move your alarm clock to somewhere out of reach from your bed; that way, you have to get up to turn it off. Acquire the habit of sitting up, stretching, and getting out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off. If you cant get out of bed on time, you may be going to bed too late. Try sleeping earlier to allow yourself at least 7 hours sleep. By getting up late you are setting a pattern of lateness for the rest of the day. 3. Commit yourself to being 15 minutes early for everything. If you have to be to work at 8:00, dont even tell yourself this. Just tell yourself (and everyone else who listens- but dont annoy them or make them think that they are late or early!) "I have to be at work at 7:45." If you do this, you will be on time even with little unforeseen interruptions. You will be on time even with a traffic jam. 5. Watch yourself for a few days to see where you often waste the most time. These "time sinkholes" (such as getting distracted while checking emails) are often unnoticed by us and can throw off your daily planning. Try to change your habits around these activities. For example, standing up while quickly checking your emails makes it hard to lose an hour randomly surfing the web.

6. Keep organized. Disorganization is directly related to lateness. How often have you been late because you were looking for your car keys or couldnt find an important document? Keep the things that you use everyday in some resemblance of organization and your routines will go smoother.

7. Plan ahead.

o Schedule something unimportant right before something very important. If you have an essential interview at 4:00, plan to meet a friend for coffee at the coffee shop next to your interview at 3:30. Then, even if you are late to meet your friend, you will be poised to pounce on your meeting.But remember to tell your friend that you may miss your coffee(they might feel that you are ditching them.)

o Pick out your clothes the night before (dont forget your underclothes and shoes!). If you need to bring something with you, set it with your car keys or purse.

o If you are going to some unfamiliar place, look over a map, or even drive there once if at all possible. Have your transportation planned; if you drive, keep your car in good order and refill gas in the tank. If you ride a bus, know the route, have your fare, and keep cab money on hand in case of emergency. If you are depending on another person for a ride—have a plan B!

8. Go to sleep on time. This makes it a lot easier to get up on time and helps you stay on task during the day. Unless you know otherwise, assume you need eight hours of sleep every night. By far the majority of people need at least this much sleep. College students and younger need more. Most people underestimate their sleep needs.

21世纪的今天，网络科技在钢筋水泥的丛林中迅猛地发展。网络已经成为我们生活的必备品，甚至可以说已经离不开它了。网络上的各种信息和活动也远比线下的要流行。但不得不说的是网络使我们的时间碎片化了。作为一个学生，面对便利的网络资源和碎片化的时间，我们又该怎样利用呢？

进入附中学习后，面对来自不同学校的学霸、精英们，我们不得不对自己施加压力，提前去校外各种辅导班充实和提高自己。但许多学生已经不满足于这样的学习效率，认为在去辅导班来回的路上花了太多的时间，使他们的学习时间碎片化了，无法高效学习。于是网校和网课应运而生。因为这样一来，一是可以不用浪费大把时间在路上，让你足不出户，更高效的学习。二是有价格优势，网校课往往比线下的便宜，面对这样诱人的利益，我怎么能放弃？所以决定尝试一下。

在暑假里，爸爸给我报了三个数学课程，可以上满整个暑假，还报了拓展英语课，每周二至六上课。我便全身心投入了学习。每天早上的网课大概有一个小时，有大量的互动和游戏。我只需要打开电脑和视频，动动手指，听完后再线下做一做老师布置的题目，整个过程只要一个半小时，一分钟都不浪费。可是如果亲自去辅导班学习却截然相反，先不说课程的好坏，放学正好是下班高峰时段，车速就像蜗牛一样慢，我们经常堵上一个小时。这样一来，学习时间碎片化，无法高效地学习，把时间浪费在交通上，对我们来说真是极大地损失。

现在许多网络平台推出的各种英语学习软件也是风靡全网，目的就是利用一切能利用的零碎时间进行学习和复习。我用过许多软件，它们的设计都是符合人们需要的。比如说，在上学的路上听英文MP3，利用饭后或午后的休息时间复习背过的英语单词，还有随时随地进行原著的掌上阅读等等。在各种领域中，如果你利用并合理运用这些碎片时间，你都会成为同行中的佼佼者。

当然，互联网的产品也有许多不足，我们要不断地优化自己的学习方法和工作效率。或许碎片化的时间我们无法改变，但我们可以改变自己的思想和学习方式，对碎片化时间应付自如。

每天，我们似乎都忙得不可开交，但是时间挤一挤总归是有的。于是我们在一段时间与另一段时间中挤出了一些时间供我们喘息，就如同一个男人和一个女人结合产下的产物一样，我们给这个新生儿命名为“碎片化时间”。但是这段多出来的时间究竟是好还是坏呢？

不可否置，从某一方面来说，它于我们有利。举个例子，比如你是一位上班族，每天乘公交车去上班。那么从乘上车到下车这段时间里你完全可以利用它做点什么。那么，你可以拿出手机浏览一下今天的新闻或者在微信上翻翻朋友圈，和好闺蜜聊上几句。如果你是工作狂的话，就可以开始处理今天的工作了；如果你是文艺青年的话，你的手中就会出现一本书；如果你是自拍狂魔，那么拿出手机自拍几张也是不错的选择……或者你什么都不是，窗外的风景也是不错的，借此给自己鼓鼓劲开始一天忙碌的生活。

看上去这段时间这段真是无比的充实，好像做点什么都对身心有益。可是事实sometimes不是这样的。

继续上面的例子，假设在车上你正在打游戏，半小时后你下了车，可是游戏还没有结束，于是你选择继续打游戏。你边走边打，将要反杀别人的时候，你撞上了一个人，错失良机，心里十分不爽，暗骂了一声。很不凑巧的是，你撞上的不是别人，正是你的上司，而你的上司也正好听到了你刚刚骂的那句话。正在你想着该如何解释时，他瞟了你一眼，皱了皱眉，走掉了。一上午你都在为早上的事情而后悔，而且心中总有不好的预感。果不其然，中午你的上司点名批评了你打游戏的事情，让同事看尽了你的笑话。更惨的是，原本属于你的工作也被你的上司交给你的竞争对手了。

这个故事是不是有些太夸张了？平时我们哪有那么倒霉？其实，就有那么倒霉。我只是想告诉你，不要让碎片化时间里的事情延续到你正常时间中来。当你做着一些不该做的事时，你已经错失很多机会了。

那你又会说了：“我不利用碎片化时间了。”其实不必那么紧张。这段时间的利用取决于你自己。只要你能在下段时间开始前结束掉这段“休息”时间所做的事，就没有问题了。这也就是所谓的“度”，也就是在什么时间做什么事你心里要有底。（要是做不到的话，不如发呆）

希望我们都不是那个倒霉蛋。

在网络科技不断发展的今天，我们的生活也随着科技的发展而碎片化，我时常听见这种声音：“科技的发展阻碍了我们生活的发展，我们的时间碎片化了，我们的阅读碎片化了，我们的购物碎片化了，我们的社交碎片化了……碎片化的生活使人类在不断‘退化’。”可事实的确如此吗？

众所周知，北宋著名政治家、文学家司马光抓紧一切空闲的时间努力学习，编写了流传千古、影响深远的历史著作《资治通鉴》；著名数学家陈景润抓紧零碎时间，通过不屑的努力，最终解开了外国人运用高科技都未解开的“哥德巴赫猜想”；法国著名女物理学家、化学家居里夫人为了不使来访者在来访时拖延时间，会客室里从来不放座椅，鲁迅先生曾说过许多关于珍惜时间的名人名言……所以，并不是我们的时间碎片化了，而是我们对于零碎的时间不知道如何使用，真正让碎片化控制我们生活的，使我们自己。

那么，我们应该如何合理运用我们的时间呢？

首先，我们先要有一双敏锐的眼睛及一颗勤劳、努力、追求上进的心，这会帮助我们找到空闲的时间，比如乘坐出租车，在车上的时间，在餐厅点餐后，等待的时间，甚至可以是你走在路上去某地的路上，像这种零碎时间，我们是可以轻易的找到它们，并且利用它们的。

其次，是要在找到时间后抓紧时间，因为科技的不断发展，以及手机的不断普及，人们经常“机不离人”，但是时间也在不知不觉中悄悄流逝了，所以我们应该明确目标，专心地完成自己的事物。

最后，就是要把自己在碎片化时间内所做的事进行整合和完善，由于是在碎片化时间内所做的事往往不够完整、严谨，所以在最后进行复查和检验是十分重要的。

希望我们可以在碎片化生活中，找到适合自己的生活方式，记住鲁迅先生的名言“时间，每天得到的都是二十四小时，可是一天的时间给勤勉的人带来智慧和力量，给懒散的人只留下一片悔恨。”，享受生活的乐趣。

时间它究竟是由什么组成的呢？没有人能说明白。而它，又是怎样来？怎样去？也无人得知。古今中外的诗人，写过不少关于珍惜时间的诗句，如： 少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。光阴似箭，日月如梭 之类的句子，都是告诫人们时间匆匆，应该珍惜时间。那么又有多少人能照办呢？又有多少人会珍惜呢？

我是一名小学生，所以课余时间的管理自然是最重要的了。那么首先，要珍惜时间的前提便是很好的安排它。在学校，一下课同学们便会如炸了窝的一窝蜂涌出来。操场上到处欢声笑语，不是跳皮子，追赶打闹。同样，在我们班，老师如同发令枪，门槛就是大家的起跑线，一下课同学们几乎跑的所剩无几，只有少数几个同学还在书桌前写着家庭作业。我并不认同他们和做法，一节课下来，本来就很累了，再不给大脑放松一下，下一节课又能听进去些什么呢？他们忙着写完，不也是图着玩吗？只不过玩的地点不同罢了。如此怎么算得上是珍惜时间呢？我认为时间应该是这样安排的：早晨，按时起床，吃过早饭后准点来到学校，趁着大清早在教室里多读多记一些书本上的知识，而下课后要利用短暂的十分钟多看看远处，好让眼睛休息休息；与同学一起玩耍，放松一下彼此的精神。午饭后，可以写一会作业，但是必需午休一个小时，以便下午能有个好的精神继续上课。下午放学后，千万不能与家长玩 失踪 。我们应该先写完家庭作业，再去玩耍。周末，我们可以与同学相约去图书馆看看书，增长一些课外知识，或去登高爬山，即可欣赏山上的风景又可锻炼身体，只是一定要控制好时间。时间太短，我们玩不尽兴，时间太长，导致我们休息不好，则会影响第二天上课。这样我们既增长了见识，又保持了身体的健康，比玩电子游戏有益多了。

小朋友们，时间就像海绵里的水，总还是有的。但是，它恰恰又如起飞的鸟儿，一旦开始永远不可能再回到原处。我们不能盲目地珍惜时间，身体垮了，时间还怎么把握呢？一定要合理地安排、应用时间！

Everybody knows that our life is very short, so the great educators always

advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely. Most people

have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action, because

thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing, so they

decide to give up and just live the boring life. It reminds me of the famous

words, some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70.

As we are young and full of energy, it is a good time for us to fight for our

future, never be afraid of failure, because it is the mother of success. We can

achieve our goals if we have patience, just to cherish time and keep

fighting.
