面对繁杂的海量信息我们要做的事去伪存真，取其精华去其糟粕，不拿来主义，对信息的处理理性，科学辩证得去分析。面对浮躁的情绪我们不浅尝即止，不蜻蜓点水，应该多静下心来，去慢慢酝酿，缓缓积累情愫，传情达意的都是最真实。

不管科技的发达，对我们而言，只会是更好的去体验生活罢了。不足一面我们改进，好的一面我们保持。

碎片化的生活，引领我们走向更好的未来。

在你的生活里，一定会有过很多破碎的时间。为什么是破碎的时间呢？因为都是不完整零零散散。比如：早上起来穿衣服的时候；上洗手间的时候；出门坐公交……这些时间乍一看，真的不算什么，可是当它常年累计下来，真的是一笔不小的财富。下面让我们一起来探讨一下如何合理利用这些破碎的时间，做更多有用的事情。

每天早上我都是在点读机的优美音乐中醒来。里面播放的，都是最近学的和即将要学习的课文，算是复习也是预习。由于一直坚持这样做，所以我的英语口语和发音都还不错，课文每次背的也很流利，不用单独找时间来背课文。这使得我可以把节省下来的时间，用来做更有意义的事情；每次上洗手间的时候，我总是带着我的语文书，有些上课没弄明白的，知识点没掌握的，再翻翻书上的笔记，很多时候都有意外的收获；出门我基本是坐公交车的，从我家到学校大概50分钟的路程，每当这时候我会拿出我的小笔记本，继续记我的单词还有古诗，这样老师在给我们默写单词和古诗的时候，我不至于不会呀，万一默的的不理想，老师要罚我，同学要笑话我，这其实还不算什么，家里的老妈知道了可不得了，轻的说教，重的搞不好就体罚。惹她生气了，还会连累老爸，那真是世界大战；当夜幕降临，洗漱过后躺在床上肯定没那么快睡着，这时候我会挑一本我喜欢的书，慢慢看着看着就进入梦乡，一天看的也不多，20页是肯有的，一个礼拜读完一本书是很轻松的事情，所以多年下来我已经读了好几百本书了，充实了我的课外知识，同时也开阔了我的眼界，有时候在现实中受到些许挫折，总能在书里找到词语宽慰自己。甚至我知道很多同龄宝宝好多不知道的事情，好多事还都洋洋得意呢……如果我每天只想着玩，那么那些书里的知识，是不会自己走进我的脑海里的。

whether students of grade nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers, students and parents attention. they say colorful after-school activities can help the students reduce their study pressure. and at the same time it can make them be strong and heathy. some people dont agree because they think its a waste of time to take part in it and students may get tired easily which will influent their study.

in my opinion, i think its good for the students to take part in after-school activity because it is not only good for their health but also can help them be refresh so that they can study well.

“碎片化”的时间是什么呢？“碎片化”的时间就是两件事之间空余的时间。那怎么利用这些时间呢？

六年级比五年级多了一门劳技课。我一见这门课程，心中就嘀咕起来：“不会吧！如果让我去做纸艺、绳艺、布艺等劳技作品可完蛋了，这些都是我的弱项啊！”

不久，这“可怕”的劳技课来临了。“这节课学七环结，是一个简单的结。”老师说。我听到“简单”二字，心中暗暗的松了口气。

可是课上完后，我才知道七环结对我来说也是难的，最主要下节课老师还将七环结做为测验内容。这下我惊得“魂飞魄散”，要知道劳技老师是很严格的。回到家，奶奶见我闷闷不乐，就笑嘻嘻地问我：“今天有什么事吗？让你这么难过。”我跟奶奶说了实情。奶奶告诉我：“勤能补拙。”说完，奶奶便去做家务活了。我思考了一会儿，明白了。

晚饭吃好，我趁着休息时，立刻找出了“3号线”，翻开劳动技术书，对着书比照，做起七环结来。

七环结是三环结基础上做成的。我拿出自制的板子，将绳子放在板子上做了起来。一次，两次……但总是没法做成功，当我再想做一次时，休息时间到了。我只能放下绳子做作业。作业做完后，我又赶紧拿出绳子、板子重新开始做，终于把三环结给做好了。

可是七环结才是最终目标，我要抓紧一切时间学会它。吃饭休息的时候做；睡觉前做……就连等公交车时，坐公交车时，脑海中还想着七环结的走势图。一次次的思考，一次次的实验，离测验时间越来越近了，我不由得紧张起来。我越发抓紧这些“碎片化”的时间。正当我一次次失败后沮丧时，奶奶告诉我：“每一次失败都要找到原因，再想一想问题出在哪里。”我听了，便又一次做了起来，失败后再找原因，把“碎片化”的时间更有效的利用起来。实践、总结、实践、总结……不断的重复着，渐渐我看懂了七环结的走势图。终于在测验前不久，我会做了七环结了。

这件事让我明白了，这“碎片化”的时间是可以完成许多事。我要充分地利用好这些时间来完成一些需要长时间完成的事儿。
