一、指导思想

目前初三的英语教学中，因种种因素，造就了相当一部分英语学习比较困难，并伴有的差生。因此对这部分学生加强心理指导，培养培养的心理素质，帮助他们尽快走出困境，成为学习的主人，就显得十分必要。学科教学是学校教育的主渠道、主阵地，学科学习是学生的主导活动，学生大量的心理困惑都产生于学习过程中，各种人格品质也在学科的学习中得到发展。英语作为语言学科，在教学中加强德育及心理方面渗透工作，坚持以人为本，坚持教育创新，坚持______，坚持内涵发展，以行为习惯养成教育为重点，以加强细节教育。

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

一、指导思想

三、教材与教辅的分析

1、内容与结构

2、教材的特点

4、教学目标

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

There was a basketball match between class 3 and class 4 yesterday

afternoon. before the match, all the students thought class 3 would win the

match because some good players were in the class.

The match began, And all the players played very well.other students

最近，南京的pm2.5接近爆表，到了今天凌晨3点，pm2.5已经达到了466微克一立方米，进入了严重污染，pm2.5是雾霾天气的“罪魁祸首”之一。不仅仅是pm2.5超标严重，pm10最近也开始疯狂起来，昨天凌晨3点，pm10已经达到了579微克一立方米，这项指标就快要破南京最差污染了!而且，天上还出现了一个“幻日”!就是因为天空中的漂浮物过多而形成的。如果说10月1日的南京的天空是湛蓝的，那么今天南京的天空将是灰蒙蒙地一片。

不仅雾霾对人体有影响，许多飞机、船只、汽车等都不能正常出行。南京禄口机场已有53个航班受雾霾影响不能准点开机。许多条高速公路都已经关闭，街头的最高能见度才仅仅10米即以下，这让汽车出行非常不方便。数百只船只停留在长江镇江段。雾霾的影响可真大呀!

我们长江中下游的空气污染指数已经超过了北方，像天津、北京、河北等省、市都已经被我们落在后面。北方的工厂较多，会排出很多的灰尘，按道理来讲北方城市应该空气污染是最“强”的，可11月到12月中国的空气最差指数，几乎全部是我们江苏“占领”的。

既然雾霾这么可怕，我们也应该想想该怎么办吧!1、当遇到浓雾天气，首先要躲雾霾。雾霾天尽量不要出门，更不要早起锻炼。2、口罩是雾天外出的必需品。要常带口罩，但不能常戴口罩，只有在马路上、医院里等病菌很多，pm2.5很多的地方戴，其他时候，尽量放在口袋里。

这就是雾霾，对我们人体影响很大，我们要学会预防它哦!这也就是我们学校为什么停课的原因了。

我生气了，双方便开始吵架，好几天都不说话，我们的热情迅速冷却，到最后草草练了一首就结束，但这次的事件早已在我们心中，成了一个永远无法修复的伤口，随时都有可能发炎、溃烂。

现在回忆起，当时的我们为何要那么坚持一件小事，那么执着于自己的想法？为何我们不各后退一步，不要局限于自己的信仰，抛掉“就是要听我的”想法，我们不会因此而少了什么，反而会得到更多的快乐与成就。
