Today, I do something stupid because of my carelessness. I take a bus to school every morning. But today, I was on the wrong bus and I realized it ten minutes. I was so nervous when I found it that I shouted loud to the bus driver to stop the bus. I got off on the bus station and took another bus to the school. Of course, I was late for school. might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

Every one has a different personality. I have an optimistic personality and

I always do everything happily. But not every one finds this easy. When I meet

people like this, I usually advise them to see the school councilor. There are

reasons why everyones personality is so different. If your parents love you and

care about you, then your personality will be healthy and happy. If your parents

dont, then your personality could sad and withdrawn. A persons personality

determines his or her future. So if you come across someone who is often

worried, you can try and help them or tell them to seek help from a
