To ensure us a robust constitution and a happy life,more and more people pay their attention to the issue about how to eat healthy these years.So I get some information from the Internet.Fist -variety in our diet.We need at least 7 nutrients in our daily diet,that is,carbohydrates,fats,protein,vitamins,minerals,water and fiber are indispensable .The complement of various nutrition can guarantee a banlance of acid-base,and keep metabolism in a good condition.Second,We should eat more frutes and vegetables to reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. Third,water is very important in our body for it can accelerate the speed of metabolism,so we also should drink at least 1.5 litres a day.

一、Great changes in my hometown

More than twenty years ago, my hometown was just a small , old and poor town. Most of people were farmers. There were few factories. The people didn’t have enough food to eat and wore old clothes. They had a hard life .

Great changes have taken place in the past twenty years . The people have found a lot of ways of making money . Now there are many tall buildings . They are very beautiful . Roads are wide and clean . People can take buses or drive their own cars to go to work . Many people have cell phones and personal computers. People’s living conditions have improved a lot . Thanks to the government’s efforts . my hometown is becoming more and more beautiful .

Winter holiday in the beginning, I was planning to do a rich and colorful, happy holiday.

Winter vacation started, I cant often meet with good friends, I will apply for a QQ number online, has also established their own space, make a dynamic photo album, it has more than 20 my photo. I also set up a study group, winter vacation several of my good friends came to my space. I chat with friends on the net, communication QQ pets experience, learning methods, compare to see who the homework quickly and well, reading experience exchange, etc.

When heavy snow outside, cant go out, I depend on the heating swim in the ocean of knowledge, what is "how the steel was tempered", "lubin sun Crusoe, Pinocchio, etc, all became my good friends. Winter vacation the most happy is the New Year. Put on new clothes, eat the rich fruit, dinner, put the firecrackers, receive a red envelope, free to play, my birthday is on annual lunar calendar, in particular, our whole family together to eat birthday cake, blow the birthday candles, wish me happy growth.

Now, the year to the end, my new semester begins.

寒假一开始，我就计划着怎么过一个丰富多彩、快乐的假期。

寒假开始了，我跟好朋友们不能常常见面，我就在网上申请了QQ号，还建立了自己的空间，制作了动感影集，里面有我20多张照片。我还成立了一个寒假学习小组，我的几个好朋友都来过我的空间。在网上我跟好朋友聊天，交流养QQ宠物经验、学习的方法，比一比看谁的作业写得又快又好，交流读书心得等。

当外面下大雪，不能出门的时候，我靠在暖气上在知识的海洋里畅游，什么《钢铁是怎样炼成的》、《鲁滨孙漂流记》、《木偶奇遇记》等，全成了我的好朋友。我随着故事中的人物一起开心，一起伤心，一起感动，一起愤怒。一个个故事就像一个个谜，牵着我揭开它的盖头。

寒假里最快乐的莫过于过年了。穿上崭新的衣服，吃丰富的水果、大餐，放花炮、收红包、尽情地玩，尤其是我的生日在大年初二，我们全家在一起吃生日蛋糕，吹生日蜡烛，祝愿我快乐成长。

一转眼，年要过完了，我的新学期也就开始了。

难道你没有看到浓重的烟雾从烟囱里冒出来吗？难道你没有在街上闻到从机动车上排出来的气体吗？我们得到太多肮脏的空气了！因为气体污染，冰山在暖冬的时候融化了不少。

Dont you see there are less lives in the water? Dont you see that we must pay higher cost in water processing? Weve got much darker water running around! The oceans are in danger.

难道你没有看到水中的生物越来越少了吗？难道你没有看到我们必须花更多的成本加工水源吗？我们到处开采深水。海洋正处于危险之中。

Dont you see the mountains getting bald ? Dont you see our ground becoming hollow ? Weve been exhausting the resources beneath the earth. Our grandchildren will live on nothing.

难道你没有看到山峰正变得光秃秃吗？难道你没有看到土地正变得空空的吗？我们正耗尽地下的资源。我们的孙儿将无法依靠任何事情生活下去。

We have only one globe. Treasure the mother nature!
