I like stay late at night and stay in bed late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to the bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up.

Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over.

So sometimes I can’t catch with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind.

And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my life style is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my life style, I can make my life more wonderful.

My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school．

As students，we often take examinations at school，but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us．On the other hand，some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons．So when taking examinations，they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers．

In my opinion，it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools．We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations．Whats more，we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations．

Joy in living comes from having fine emotions, trusting them, giving them the freedom of a bird in the open. Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or put on from the outside a mask. This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.
