Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws

and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight

whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Last week, my friend asked me to go to visit his hometown with him. I felt so excited and wanted to have a look at the scenery. My parents allowed and I planned to play for a week. But when I saw my friend talked happily to his grandparents, I felt a little lost. I started to miss my parents. I missed the food my mother cooked and the way she complained. 人们都会抱怨为什么天气会一时热，一时冷的，可是他们却不知道，造成这样的天气的罪魁祸首就是他们。他们随意浪费水资源、乱砍伐树木、乱排放污水……这些问题，虽然一个人做出是微不足道的，但是几百个人，甚至几千个人在世界不同地区同时做出，就会形成一个庞大的数据。而且现在世界上珍稀动物差不多都灭绝、北极和南极千年不融的冰川也在逐渐的融化，而且融化的水都流到海里，让海水不断地上涨，形成海啸;工厂乱排放污水，水资源受到严重的污染，居民们连喝水也都在提心吊胆;世界气候已经是温室效应了，天气变化无常，人们已经分不出四季了……如果世界再一直这样下去的话，世界末日真的会降临我们身上的。相信大家都看过《2012》这部电影，当时狂风巨浪，船也触礁了，男主角为了救女主角，牺牲了。这部电影的主题就是倡议人类来保护环境的。而人类再不环保的话，电影里的场面就会真的降临我们人类的身上的。那就是人们口中所说的“世界末日”。

When the national entrance examination is over, people always pay more

attention to those who are enrolled by colleges and universities. Those who

failed the examination are treated coldly. Being enrolled by colleges and

universities is, of course, worth congratulating. But giving the successful

candidates excessive praise and neglecting those who failed the examination

might send the wrong message: young people do not have a bright future unless

they go to college or university.

Teachers, parents and society, therefore, should give more attention to
