不知不觉，我初中毕业了，这个原本我会非常开心的时候，心情却非常的复杂。

初三下学期就这样平淡地结束，这意味着我们要永远告别陪伴我三年的学校，告别三年来朝夕相处的同学。而迎接我们的是一个未知的世界。

第一，在穿着上只要得体有几套好像样的衣服没有必要总是替换甚至丢掉多的衣物。

第二，每天吃的蔬菜，尽量不要用洗洁精清除农药残留，锅里烧开水或直接用开水汤捞下蔬菜可有效去农药，最好用淘米水的水烧开去农药最佳。

第三，平时热水器烧水多用冷气热水器，冷气热水器是广东芬尼电器生产的一种新型的多功能热水器，它在加热热水的同时，能够好像空调一样释放冷气，满足厨房的制冷需求。其工作原理是将空气中的能量吸收，变成热量转移到水箱中，把水加热起来，同时把失去大量能量的低温空气释放到厨房，用于厨房制冷。因此其能效可达到电热水器的4倍，即加热等量的热水，耗电量相当于电热水器的四分之一，大大节约了电力的消耗。这种热水器只是将周围空气中的热量转移到水中，完全做到零排放，对环境几乎不产生影响，是真正的环保热水器。

第四，每天上班或者上学的地方，如果能让自己步行或者骑自行车20分钟左右最好，既锻炼身体又节省车费环保。

总之一句话，节能环保无小事，我们要从身边的每一件事做起。这样才能拯救美丽的地球。

她教英语，时不时地用上几句“现代用语”。虽然平常我们也经常说，但是从一个老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些稀奇，距离感一下子就消失了，亲切感一下子就增进了!比如她反复要强调的东西，她会说：“都强调了10遍了”，这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍;最后递进到N+1遍。她给我们的第一印象便彻底被抹杀掉了。

上晚自习的时候，她会给我们自由，写作业、看书都行，不像数学老师一进来就讲题，语文老师抱着书就要听写。她每次都会读一些连语文老师都不会读的哲理的、感人的文章，有时还会读笑话，即使是不好笑的，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一次英语晚自习，打了铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹，吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来，此人就出现在教室门口了。班里顿时鸦雀无声。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任留下了“站一晚上”的“圣旨”后扬长而去。我们在下面悔得肠子都青了，同时也深感不服。这就是自讨苦吃吧，我想。

今天下午，我们六(1)班的15位小记者在金老师和陆老师的带领下，去参观了漕桥河，采访了沈奎鹏爷爷，得知漕桥河这几十年来的变化。

听沈爷爷讲，漕桥河以前清而透亮，像一面硕大的铜镜，周围的居民都是饮用那里的水长大的……淘米时会有许多的碎米沉入水中，底下的鱼、螃蟹和虾什么的都过来吃。如果光着脚丫在水中淘米，鱼儿，虾和螃蟹就会过来挠你。洗衣服都在这条小河里……到了七十年代，河水开始变坏，河水变臭了，一些死鱼漂在河面上。到了九十年代，人们更加不断的破坏河水，常常往河里扔垃圾，菜叶等等，使河水变得又臭又黑，工作一天的人们回到家中本想好好休息，可就因为河水变臭了而睡不上好觉。

为什么河水会变成这个样子呢?首先是因为工业污染。最为严重的就是化工厂的污水，化工厂每天最多要排放200吨污水到我们的漕桥河，化工厂就是社会的毒瘤。其次就是农业污染。人们使用的化肥只有三分之一被庄稼吸收，其它大部分流入漕桥河。第三就是生活污染。人们往往把塑料等垃圾扔进河里，使河水受到严重的污染。后来河水变臭，跟魔术师一样。一会儿黑色，一会儿红色，一会儿黄色，一会儿褐色……

21世纪，河水从严重污染到了轻度污染，这都要靠上级领导，是他们花了4.5亿重新对漕桥河进行治理，让漕桥河水从劣五类水提升到了四类水。只有我们大家重视环境保护，做到以下几点，才能使漕桥河水变得更清澈：1.不要让化工厂污水排放到漕桥河。2.生活的垃圾要分类保管。3.化肥要大量的减少使用。

通过这次采访，我明白了保护环境就是保护自己，沈爷爷是一位无锡环保卫士，他要求别人保护环境，自己也是这样做的。有一次，他发现化工厂往河里排放污水，就向上级举报，有关部门让化工厂关闭一个月，并罚款40万元。在他家中有许多关于环保的标语，如“树荫绿，花草香，环境优美人健康”等。只要齐心协力，我相信，漕桥河的明天会更美好的。

With the development of the economy, more families have bought private cars, thus leading to heavier traffic problems and more serious air pollution. To raise public awareness of energy saving and environmental protection, Car-free Day is launched in 108 cities in China on September 22 every year. On that day, people are encouraged to take public transport, ride bicycles or walk. The campaign has gained much support all over the country, which is a real success. I hope more cities and their residents will take part in this type of activity.

It was early in the morning. The sun was just creeping(爬) out of the eastern horizon(地平线)and golden red was penetrating (穿透) through the white clouds and across the sky.
