二是要严守纪律、程序规范地操作好送温暖活动，确保公正公平，让真正的困难群众得到帮助，不发生群众不服上访情况。春节慰问，实际上就是发钱发物，难免有人眼红，难免有人不服，所以要求我们必须按规定办事，保持公正公平。各位都是有经验的，我在此不啰嗦，着重强调以下三点：首先，联村干部必须全程参与送温暖活动。从慰问对象的确定、慰问金的领取、钱款的发放到最后的公示，都必须亲自参与过问，每张表格、文件上都必须有相应联村干部的签名。联村干部玩忽懈怠、不认真履职的，将进行相应的通报批评。其次，慰问对象的确定必须严格按规定评议。各村(社区)和联村干部要对各类困难家庭进行全面摸底调查，通过集体评议、张榜公示确定慰问对象、慰问标准，严禁优亲厚友，随意确定。当然，亲友确实困难又能通过群众评议的，也是可以确定为慰问对象的。总之，如果有群众反映这次的慰问对象有不符合条件并经查证属实的，将对责任人进行严肃处理。第三，慰问的发放必须严格按照标准执行。《方案》里对每一类慰问对象都明确了标准，请各村(社区)认真参照执行，该发放多少就发放多少，不得截支挪用，不得自行更改慰问标准，不得擅自减少慰问对象，有问题请及时联系镇民政办协商解决。

三是要加强检查、全面深入地监督好送温暖活动，推动责任落实，做到踏实工作者受教育，玩忽懈怠者受批评。春节送温暖活动，既是党和政府安排的一次送关怀、表爱心的慰问活动，也是一次让党员、干部访贫问苦的党风廉政教育活动。镇机关有些同志，可能没有接触过这些困难群众，没有体会过他们的真实的生活境遇，所以思想意志品质不坚定，容易犯错误。这次送温暖活动，要求大家亲自上门去了解困难群众的生活疾苦，了解他们生活困难的根源，大家一定会体会到自己优厚的工作生活条件的来之不易，从而增强廉洁自律的意识，增强艰苦奋斗的意识，增强知足感恩的意识。如果有同志没有联村，我建议他自觉主动地陪同主管领导下村慰问，让自己多受一次教育。为了将送温暖活动的各项要求落到实处，今年将强化对送温暖活动的检查监督，我将带领镇民政办的同志检查以下几个方面：一是对慰问金的发放情况进行抽查，每个村抽1-2个对象，检查慰问金是否足额及时发放到位，以及了解群众对该村慰问对象的评议意见;二是对送温暖活动的各项钱物发放报表、公示材料进行全面检查，检查各项手续是否齐全完备准确，是否进行了公示公开;三是对联村干部协助工作、下村慰问情况进行检查，在此我重申，所有各类文件报表上，联村干部必须都要有签名，没有签名将进行通报。对于检查过程中发现的各类问题，镇民政办查证属实后将进行通报。

同志们，春节送温暖活动领导关注、群众关切，这项工作来不得半点马虎，1月30日前必须全部完成，请大家务必抓紧行动，尽量提前结束，让群众、让自己、让同事都能快乐过节。最后，在这里给大家拜个早年，祝大家春节愉快，合家欢乐，身体健康，万事顺意。

为了庆祝春节，人民小学举行了一场游园活动。校园里人头攒动，处处洋溢着欢乐。同学们个个喜气洋洋，笑容荡漾在他们的脸上。

这次游园活动共有20个项目，分布在19个教室和操场上。其中，最令我难忘的是“浑水摸鱼”这个项目。这个项目设在五(2)班，只见里面人声鼎沸，同学们把教室围了个水泄不通。我从窗口往里看，那些正在游玩的同学们简直是八仙过海——各显神通，他们有的用筷子在浑浊的水中摸索着;有的迅速夹起一颗珠子，放进碗里，“手舞足蹈”; 有的却怎么也夹不起珠子，在那儿红糖拌辣椒——不是滋味。我越看越想玩，像热锅上的油渣——熬不住了。终于轮到我了，我兴致勃勃，做好了准备。“三，二，一，开始!”听到裁判员一声令下，我立刻夹住了一颗珠子，顿时感到一股热血直往我脑门冲，马上把珠子放进碗里。可接下来，珠子似乎就是不听我的话，夹了又掉，滑溜溜的，活像一条泥鳅。我感到越来越紧张，心中像惴了一只活蹦乱跳的小兔子，“扑通”，“扑通”地跳个不停。我的额头沁出了细小的汗珠。过了一会儿，我又在心中鼓励自己：“加油，你一定能行的……”渐渐地，勇气又逐渐回到我心中。在一旁的同学们也给我加油打气：“陈子安，加油，陈子安，加油!”我顿时信心大增，经过一番努力，我夹了7颗珠子。

走出五(2)班，我就去四(5)班玩“皮皮进城”。走进教室，里面十分热闹，踢球的声音此起彼伏，同学们的呐喊声震耳欲聋。在我前面的同学放好皮球，向“球门”射去。“砰”，由于这位同学用力太大，皮球都飞了出去。轮到我了，我摩拳擦掌，吸取了上一位同学的教训，心中告诫自己：力不要用太大了!我放好球，用不大的力向“球门”踢去。眼看着球一点一点地向“球门”里滚，我要成功了!“快进，快进!”周围的同学异口同声地喊道。可就在这时，球像被谁控制了一样，撞在了桌边上。我心中燃起的希望之火顿时熄灭了，同学们也垂头丧气的。

今天我还玩了“掌上明珠”、“我会开车”、“百科知识”等项目，别提多高兴了!

这次游园活动，我尽自己全力去玩了全部项目，获得了许多零食。我也明白了：努力才会有收获!

在过大年的前一天，妈妈带着我和从北京刚回来的甜甜去澡堂洗澡，可是没想到

到了澡堂，我心里暗想：这么多天都没有洗澡，一定要美美的冲一个热水澡来缓解疲乏。于是，我便很快地脱了衣服，拉起妹妹的手冲进澡堂。

可是，扑面而来的不是凉爽的湿气，而是闷热闷热的空气，其中还夹杂着一股汗味。这可把我害惨了，我被呛得扭头猛咳，仿佛胸部压了一块重金属，呼吸不上来，浑身燥热。再扭头放眼一看，天啊，这哪是澡堂，简直和赶集的差不多！

只见到处是人，每个淋浴头下站了三四个人；再看那儿，搓澡的阿姨更是辛苦，搓完这个又搓那个，招待不好又让顾客骂，搓疼了又不乐意；池子里几个小孩在玩，大人在一旁聊天，只听吆喝声、叫骂声、嬉戏声此起彼伏，响成一片，我都看呆了。

赶快洗澡吧，可在哪儿洗又是个问题。把整个淋浴区走了不下四五个来回，就是找不着地方，我们只好先泡木桶浴。可这样的环境谁有心情泡啊，于是我们匆匆出来继续找位。

看吧，淋浴区也是乱成一片，不要说洗了，走几步都困难。一个淋浴头犹如一片救命的面包，四五个人同时争夺，抢到的沾沾自喜，没抢到的虎视眈眈；碰着素质高点的，四五个人轮流冲冲，心里倒也舒服；如果素质不高从头霸占到尾，你就一边晾着去吧！要是个年轻人，动作利索，还有点盼头；要是上了年纪，嘿，你就媳妇变公婆慢慢熬吧！

我们可是做了个英明的决定：先搓后洗。这也是没办法，幸亏搓澡排得早，要不然可惨了。搓完后，我们充分发挥见缝插针的特点，总算抢到一个淋浴头，可没冲两下，就有人来问津，总不能不让吧，于是，就这样，两个半小时不知不觉地溜了过去

这囫囵澡一洗完，我便胡乱套上衣服，之前积蓄的一点点耐心也没了，留下一句老妈快点便带着妹妹逃命去也。这件事多么有趣啊！

XX年是“十二五”规划的开局之年，面对新形势、新任务，我们将重点抓好五项工作，扎实推进经济社会又好又快发展。一是工业上项目，全力服务以投资6。5亿元的年产XX万套免维护电池极板及电池组装为重点的9个工业项目，进一步做强优势产业，做大新兴产业。二是农业抓亮点，重点打造涧北—涧南庄万亩高效农业示范园区、双汇姬沟村6万头生猪养殖基地、九里沟万亩林下经济作物种植示范区、北姚康鑫食用菌生产基地、水洪池高山催花基地，不断提高群众收入。

三是城镇求突破，加大道路网络建设力度，计划实施道路建设项目8个，全长13。8公里，概算投资4350万元，形成四横六纵的城镇发展框架；加大中心镇区建设力度，计划实施项目14个，概算投资2。9亿元，集聚人气，汇聚商气。四是旅游优环境，开发人文景观，打造卢仝街，建设卢仝苑，叫响卢仝文化；开发自然景观，继续打造九里沟生态文明精品示范带，做大做好九里沟—漭河风景区。五是新农村建社区，投入7800万元，完成玉阳湖社区一期工程，启动万洋社区建设，努力打造群众幸福生活的美好家园。

对自己、家人、亲戚、朋友、同学、同事、邻居、单位、组织、社会等等，你肯定有很多话要说，你可以用声音、配上音乐来表达，在春节和大家一起来分享、思索、感悟你的心声。

三、活动对象

1.年龄、性别、职业不限。

2.年未满16周岁或超过70周岁的，需由家人陪同，一起前往录音。

3.活动名额50人(审核通过)，报满为止。

四、参与方式

1.“五自原则”：自愿参与、自愿报名、自己撰稿、自己选乐、自己朗诵。

2.参与者在规定时间内提交稿件到指定电子邮箱即视为自愿报名参与活动。

3.参与者以电子文件形式将讲话时长5分钟之内的电子文稿(文稿在最后注明：名字、性别、年龄、电话号码)发送到组委会指定电子邮箱，通过组委会审核后，组委会直接通知作者作录音准备，作者需按要求自行准备、传送背景音乐和生活照片一张(不小于1M)。

4.投稿电子邮箱：印象黔西南网站业务邮箱yxqxn@foxmail.com，在主题中注明：“春节，我想说……”稿件。

5.收稿时间：2016年1月08日至2016年1月27日。

6.审稿采录：参与者两个工作日即可得到回复，超时未收到回复，即为未采录。

7.集中录音：每周两次，具体时间由组委会通知作者。

8.录音时长：每位作者录音时长在5分钟以内。

9.录音要求：事先自行反复练习，熟练掌握所讲内容，按通知时间提前到达，调整状态，进录音棚直接录音。

积极、健康、向上、正能量。

六、应用

1.2016年春节前，通过网络、电视、报刊、微信等进行多平台形象推广，让春节的人们共同分享参与者的心里话。

2.印象黔西南网站在“黔声心语”栏目专题推送。

3.参与者留存自己的录音，作为一份春节特殊的礼物。

七、说明

1.组委会对未采用的稿件不作任何说明与解释。

2.参与者讲话稿件为原创，对稿件内容负责。

3.组委会可在网络、电视、电台、报刊、微信等传播平台使用参与者的录音、文字、图片，不支付任何费用。

4.参与活动即视为同意以上所有规定。
