一、锻炼前的准备：

2、准备一块橡皮垫或地毯放在卧凳下，以防止哑铃放在地面上损坏地板。

3、准备一面镜子挂在墙上，以备锻炼时纠正动作。

4、准备一架音响或录音机，以备锻炼时播放音乐，这样可以提高锻炼热情。

5、准备一只可以调节卧板斜度的坐、卧两用凳或一只长凳。

6、准备一副可以自由调节重量的和有锁紧卡箍的哑铃。

二、锻炼的基本知识：
