第一关：每人有5次投篮机会。投中1球的闯关成功闯第二关;

第二关：每人有7次投篮机会。投中2球的闯关成功闯第三关;第三关：每人有9次投篮机会。投中3球的闯关成功闯第四关;第四关：每人有11次投篮机会。投中4球的闯关成功闯第五关;第五关：每人有13次投篮机会。投中5球的闯关成功闯第六关;第六关：每人有15次投篮机会。投中6球的闯关成功进决赛;

(3)决赛。闯过6关者方可参加决赛。每人有10次投篮机会，按投中次数排出名次，数量相同时，加投2球，直至排出名次。

2、奖励：

取前八名，给予物质奖励。闯过第六关的选手均有纪念奖。

(二)乒乓球趣味赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)发球入盆闯关，每人发10球，5球入盆者闯关成功，未闯关成功者可继续排队闯关。

(2)挂钩闯关。发球入盆闯关成功者方可进入本关闯关阶段。赢1球即挂钩闯关成功，闯关成功后可直接进入7分赛，也可和守关者打三球(谁先得3分谁为胜)争夺守关权，连守5关者可获得一定的物质奖励。

(3)7分赛。挂钩闯关成功的选手和守关者现场抽签淘汰，7分制，1局定胜负，胜者再抽签淘汰，直至排出前八名。

2、奖励

取前八名，给予物质奖励。进入7分赛的选手均有纪念奖。

(三)健身舞(操)比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)不限舞种。

(2)评分细则

为保证比赛的公平、公正性，评委将现场打分，比赛结果现场公布，评分采取10分制计分，各参赛队伍的最后得分为去掉最高分和最低分后的综合平均分。10分制的具体评分要素为：

A、技术分(2分)：评价动作的正确、到位、力度。要求动作优美、整齐、衔接自然，符合音乐节拍。

B、形象分(2分)：评价表演的服装造型和表演者的精神风貌;要求服装造型符合舞蹈表演形式，表演者精神饱满、台风端正，现场反映良好。

C、编排分(2分)：评价舞蹈整体编排效果。要求具有合理性、连贯性、创新性、完整性。

D、欣赏分(3分)：评价动作的韵律感和节奏感。要求体现动感美，表演者对舞曲音乐的理解准确，动作吻合音乐旋律，富有节奏感。

E、纪律分(1分)：评价场内外组织秩序、队伍列队和进场、退场的队伍秩序。

(3)参赛动作艺术性要求：

A、充满活力，积极向上，有创造性，具有流畅的过渡动作，丰富的队形变化。

(四)跳绳比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)按年龄分两组，即：35岁及以上年龄组;35岁及以下年龄组。

(2)比赛时间为一分钟;一分钟时间内，单人跳绳次数;跳绳过程中可以停顿，以一分钟结束时的总次数为个人最后成绩;每人只能参加1次比赛。

2、奖励

每个年龄组各取前八名，给予物质奖励。

(五)踢毽比赛

1、比赛规则：

(1)比赛时间为3分钟。比赛开始，裁判员鸣哨后，开始计数，再次鸣哨后，比赛停止，计数完毕，结束瞬间的那一次计为有效。

(2)在规定时间内，以次数多少记成绩，中途停顿可继续进行。 一只脚踢毽子，毽子触及地面为失败，失败后可在规定时间内接着再踢，次数累加。

A Plan for My Summer Holiday

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I have made a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong to visit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. Here comes the summer holiday, I have planned a busy schedule on it.

Firstly, I will find a part time job, probably work in a factory which is near my home, so that I can accompany with my parents. 第一面：翻开暑假生活计划本2010年版的第一页，动笔刚要写，却左思右想不知写什么好，当我花费了n多个脑细胞以后，终于写满了暑假生活的第一面……暑假拥有着炎热，有很多人都在家里玩电脑、看电视、还扇着风扇，悠闲自在，我却觉得那样的人很无聊，而且还浪费电，为了节约资源，我决定：“我要在8月份的每天都执行着一个计划(特殊时间除外)”。每天早晨用来学习。中午吃过饭，帮妈妈洗一下碗，然后午睡1个小时，再起来写暑假作业10业。写完后就休息半个小时，在听读英语、数学、语文各一单元。剩余的时间是我玩的时间！我的暑假就是这么简单，这么轻松！

终于结束了期末考试，接下来就要度过“漫长”的寒假了。但是在这个大家喜闻乐见的假期里，我们肯定没有在学校过得那样充实，所以我要好好计划计划，过得有滋有味的。

“民以食为天”但在我们这样的六年级小学生眼中就是“学生以学习为父”。所以，首先得把老师布置的寒假作业写起来，日记写起来，书本读起来。

每天早上7：30起床，花15分钟收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分钟听英语磁带。

8：00就是我这个小孙悟空大闹天宫的时候了。先是花30分钟听音乐做运动，这样是不是有劳逸结合的感觉呢?

然后做一个小时半的家务。比如：浇浇花、扫扫地、擦擦窗户、整理整理东西。

等到10：00就要吃午饭了，我就帮着奶奶择择菜、淘淘米，顺便还可以和奶奶学上几手。

11：：30到12：30当中的一个小时就当我休息的时间，这个时间不被纳为计划。

12：30到2：30写两个小时的作业。

2：30到3：30我要看一个小时的书，看完之后到外面走走，往远处望望，这样能保护视力。

3：30我可以打开电脑写写博客，看看微博，誊写誊写作文。

4：00到6：00是休息的时间，不被纳为计划。

6：00到6：30是我晚饭的时间。

6：30到8：30我可以看两个小时的电视。

9：00我就要睡觉了。

My holiday life was busy but wonderful.I got up at 7:00 every day.I did my homework in the morning so that I could finish my homework on time.I sometimes went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.But most of the time I did sports in the afternoon,such as,swimming,playing football,playing table tennins,going out for a walk and so on.I also went to Beidaihe with my parents and we spent three days there.I visited my grandparents and stayed there for a week.I read books,went to the movies,surfed the internet ,went to the library and visited my friends.I also helped my parents do the housework.Whats more,I went to a tennis couse and learnt how to play tennis.So my summer holiday life was very intesting.
