暑假真漫长,所以我要利用这个假期来进行的我的伟大计划,那就是减肥,我从网上查找了一些资料,我看到网上说:“胖不是能量摄取过度,而是下滑和排泄功能受损,力量不足才造成的垃圾没办法排除,不要只是一味不吃,反而我们要为内脏提供适当的能量与营养,让他们正常工作后才能把垃圾排出去!”

所以我制定了属于自己的一套减肥健身饮食计划:

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物,规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3,不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭,就必须吃素,一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由,但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉,就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃,但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物,不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉,那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家,早上喝一瓶酸奶,帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜,但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重,无须放弃喜爱的食物,重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大,那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次,每次200克肉的食用量,而是每次100克,这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量,可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤,贴一条提示标语,注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动,相信吧,暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。
