四、活动时间

8月8日为全市集中组织开展“全民健身日”活动的时间，各乡镇(街道办事处)、市直各单位要深入开展“全民健身日”宣传教育活动，大力开展全民健身科普咨询活动。通过举办健身知识咨询，散发传单、宣传册等一系列形式多样的宣传活动，充分利用广播、网络等传播方式，宣传《全民健身条例》和“实施计划”，开办全民健身专栏，制作全民健身宣传画、音像制品等，提高群众科学健身素养。各乡镇(街道办事处)、市直各单位要通过开展的“全民健身月(周)”等有效形式，结合自身实际，适当拓展“全民健身日”活动的时空范围。

五、活动内容

一、在文化广场举行全民健身日启动仪式，全市各乡镇、办事处、市直各单位组成方队参加，举行万人签名活动。

二、在市文化广场进行体育健身成就图片展，展示有特色的健身项目、优异成绩和群众健身的场景等图片。同时设立全民健身宣传和科学健身知识咨询站，营造浓厚的舆论宣传氛围。

三、举行徒步行走活动，倡导市民每天坚持徒步行走至少1.5公里;上班人员在距单位1公里范围之内要坚持步行上下班。

四、举办篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等群众喜爱的体育健身活动，或小型比赛和技能比赛。

五、举办跳绳、轮滑、街舞等对场地面积要求，小的技能、时尚运动。

六、举办太极拳、太极剑、武术演练等适合公园、广场的传统健身运动。

七、举办全市木兰扇、健身舞、健身操、广播体操、秧歌、腰鼓、交际舞等团体健身比赛。

六、活动要求

1、精心组织实施。各乡镇、办事处，市直各单位，要结合各地特色，根据各类人群实际，广泛开展针对不同地域、不同年龄、不同行业人群的各类特色活动，引导广大群众和全社会积极响应、广泛参与。同时，精心组织辖区各体育团体，共同参与全民健身日活动。

2、各乡镇(办事处)、市直单位要从实际出发，坚持以人为本，把全民健身活动同深入学习实践科学发展观紧密结合，组织上要坚持大型活动和小型多样的趣味性群众健身活动相结合，丰富活动内容，创新活动形式，断提高全民健身水平。

我准备把《数学寒假作业》和《语文寒假作业》各做3面。并在寒假里看一本好书，《好词好句大全》、《名侦探柯南》和那本《实用文摘上、下版》看完。大约一天看20分钟左右。上午做完寒假作业和课外阅读后剩下的时间自由活动。这可是我在妈妈的嘴里使用了我的“大舌头功”才争取来的。中午睡觉一个小时，下午去学金声。学完之后在电脑上学一个小时的电脑应用知识，读一篇《爱的教育》的一篇文章，并说说读完这篇文章有什么心得体会，有什么感受，今后应该怎么做等等。

睡觉前再钻研一道奥数题，读一篇英语作文，哈哈，这真是“语、数、英三不误”啊!

我发现身边肥胖的人越来越多，我也在一直变胖的路上，就跟妈妈说想减肥的想法。妈妈在我的要求下给我跟爸爸制定了游泳健身计划，这个计划后来被我跟爸爸命名为“像鱼”计划。

上个月带着妈妈给我跟爸爸办的游泳卡，来到了清澈的泳池旁，准备我们计划的第一阶段完成两个往返的练习。看着水中我跟爸爸的倒影，像极了两只圆滚滚的企鹅，就在我盯着水中倒影充分发挥想象力的时候，听到扑通一声，没看到多少水花，我身旁的小男孩就像鱼一样在水中快速的游起来了。瞧着他游得那么棒，我也顺其自然的朝着泳池他跳下去的位置跳了下去，可我还没有开始游，就发现爸爸还有周围的人在哈哈在笑，原来我跳下去的时候水花四溅，溅到了旁人的脸上，我也跟着尴尬的笑了。后来我看到好多身材偏胖的都会跟我遇到一样尴尬的事情。游了一个往返，我实在是游不动了，脚还抽筋了，看着爸爸拖着疲惫的身体朝我游来，跟我说以后我们一起好好健身，争取也像刚开始入水的那个瘦瘦小男孩一样游得像鱼一样。这就是我们“像鱼”计划的由来。

为了能像鱼一样在灵活，我会坚持“像鱼计划”。除此之外，我还会多参加户外活动，勤帮父母做家务，少吃多餐，少吃油腻、油炸、过甜等垃圾食品，多吃蔬菜水果。

大家跟我一起来践行“像鱼”计划吧，让我们携手一起进步、一起健康。

As we know,travel is an interesting thing,for its fun and also makes us relax.But how unbarebale if weve made no decision before a trip?Thats must be very horrible to face this truth.So its necessary for us to make a plan before a trip,because itll make us enjoy the trip better.

First thing which is most important is to search for the information about your destination.such as the weather,the food ,the trandition,the local custom and culture.The more you know,the easy you can make good use of every moment and just comfort yourself!

Last but not least.its very common for us to get equipment that we may need.A camera is required,you can pick up many photographs and keep the in memory of the experience.And here comes other things,not only a bag for packing things but also some clothes for changing.After all :Fear is not afraid of ten thousand case.

常言道：“吃得好，运动少，疾病跑不了;冬天到，健身好，健康少不了。”让我们制定一个健身计划，赶走疾病，留住健康。下面就是我今年冬季的健身计划：

1. 每天早晨，绕院子慢跑两圈，然后回家吃早饭，吃晚饭后用清水漱口，在闭目五分钟。这样就可以保证上午精力充沛。

2. 每天中午，吃完饭后静坐五分钟。静坐过程中，可以背部紧贴椅背，双手绕过椅背拉紧，这样可以使身形舒展。静坐后，下楼呼吸新鲜空气，跑跑跳跳，做少量的运动，同时深呼吸，把积攒许久的废气排出体外。

3. 下午，回到家后，吃完晚饭，休息五分钟，无锡片刻，穿好大衣，到楼下慢走两圈。

4. 晚上，在完成作业之后，躺在床上，用被子压住双脚，双手抱头，定时一分钟，做仰卧起坐。

5. 睡前，四肢展开，趴在床上，用力将四肢同时向上，做燕飞的动作。

仅仅制定计划还不够，关键在于落实。我要把这个健身计划挂在床头，每天告诉自己：一定努力地坚持下去!这样一定会有很大成效的。

vacation.For one thing ,I have my lessons reviewed,in order to improve the qulity of study.

寒假对于我们来说并不长，我需要在这个假期做很多的事。首先，我需要复习已经学过的功课，以此来提高学习质量。或者整句话可以翻译为：为了提高学习质量，我需要复习功课。

For the other thing,I wish I would be better after hard working with my course.At first, I must correct all my final examination paper. Secondly，I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.

其次，我希望对我努力学习过的这些功课能够有所好转，首先，我需要重新做一遍我的期末考试试卷。接下来，我坚持阅读英语课本并且每天坚持阅读报纸。同时我还得坚持练习口语。

In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.
