陶小宝是四年级二班的学生。他非常拖拉，比如在课上吃泡泡糖，妈妈叫他起床他不起，在课上和别的同学说话……他拖拉的事做了一大筐，即使这样他还被选中代表班级参加体能智力比赛，陶小宝上阵后，又犯了拖拉、做事无计划的“老毛病”，不采纳同队女生的建议，自作主张导致本队在闯关中屡遭失败，拖了本队的后退。这时，他意识到拖拉所带来的不良后果，痛定思痛，彻底改变了拖拉的习惯。

有一天早上，妈妈叫我起床，我非常不想起，我就假装没听见，妈妈喊了三遍我都不想起来，妈妈说她要去上班了。妈妈走后我就继续睡，过了一会儿我一看表还有几分钟就上课了，我起床穿上衣服连早饭也没吃就冲出家门。虽然没有迟到，但是这一上午我给饿坏了，也没有心思去听讲了。

发生这件事以后我明白了一个道理：无论做什么事我们都不能拖拉。

同学们你们拖拉吗？你们要是拖拉就马上改正这个毛病吧！

“书是人类进步的阶梯，书是人们的良师益友，书是知识的源泉。”一日无书，百事荒芜，人常说：“真诚的朋友值得一交，真正的美酒值得一尝，而好书，就是朋友，就是美酒，值得我们倾情深交，细细品尝。”其实，书和人一样，是有生命的、活的、会说话的东西”。同时，伟人高尔基的这句名言使我懂得每本书都有灵魂，集中表达出来的情感才是正本书的精华。伴随这种灵魂，我找到了自己喜欢的一本书—《斑羚飞渡》。

《斑羚飞渡》是一本动物小说，其作者沈石溪被誉为动物小说大王。这本书主要讲了一群斑羚被猎人们逼到伤心崖，为了不让鹿群灭绝，头羊不鹿群分成两拨，一拨身强力壮，一拨（包括他自己）老态龙钟。猎人没看出他们想干什么。不一会，两拨羚羊相互配合，相互帮扶，秩序井然的快速飞渡……每一只年轻斑羚的成功飞渡就意味着一只老斑羚摔得粉身碎骨，斑羚成功的飞渡最后只剩下镰头羊，这时山下响起了牛角号声，与此同时，猎枪喷出多多火花，击向镰头羊，但他并没有倒下，而是迈着坚定的步伐走向彩虹—那座美丽的桥消失在一片灿烂之中……

动物同人类一样，它们也有大脑，也会思考。那么让斑羚成功飞渡的原因是什么呢？那就是团结互助，在生死关头，斑羚群虽然损失了一半的成员，但是它们互相帮助，团结有爱的精神是至死不渝的，老斑羚们心甘情愿为下一代的子孙和种群的存活，从容、坦然，没有丝毫惊慌面对死亡，那是真正值得我们去学习的啊﹗

读了这本书，我被斑羚的聪明智慧，勇敢、自我牺牲的精神所震撼，被他们的团结互助、从容、镇定、临危不乱的精神所感动，从而更是启迪我们在现实生活中时时处处学习它们的这种伟大精神。

一本好书，就是一处你想去就去的故地，就是一束温暖明媚的阳光；就是一把打开智慧大门的钥匙……他就是你的，他就是你一生所值得拥的宝贵财富。

我爱这本书—《斑羚飞渡》。
