我在书中读了一个小故事：一个人在船上航行，突然乌云密布下起了暴雨，那人害怕极了，急忙乞求上帝把他变成鱼，上帝把他变成了小鱼。这时一只鲨鱼游来了，他有乞求上帝把他变成鲨鱼，这时一条捕鲸船驶过来，他见了又乞求上帝把他变成人。上帝告诉他这是最后一次了，并把他变成了人。他又回到了船上，心想这下好了，没事了。突然，一个大浪把他卷走了。

在一个很不显眼的位置上，放着一本书，名字叫《长袜子皮皮》。我对这本书很有兴趣，因为这本书的主人公应该叫皮皮，可是为什么是长袜子皮皮呢？那她的袜子有多长呢？那就要走进这本书里去寻找答案了。

这本书的封面上，有一个长着红色头发的小女孩，她叫皮皮。她的头发是扎的两个刷刷，就像两团熊熊燃烧的大火。最有趣的是，她的一只脚上穿着长到膝盖上的黄色的长袜子，可另一只就是到脚脖的红袜子，还穿了一双特大号皮鞋，就像两条黑色的小船。皮皮最与众不同的地方就是，她的一只手可以举起一匹强壮的骏马，这证明她的力气很大。

看完封面，我忍不住自己的好奇心，打开了这书。

故事讲的是维拉。维济古拉里住着一个小女孩叫皮皮，邻居杜来和阿妮卡成为了皮皮的好朋友，她们相邀去了黑人岛。经历了无数次旅行，最后她们来到了一个孤岛上，并在那里生活。她们不仅去航海，还去了好多其他的地方，经历了许多有趣的事。

我印象最深的是皮皮劝告基姆和伯克、皮皮对基姆伯克的不耐烦。有一天国王说：“只有小孩留在岛上，其余的人都跟我去打猎。”大家说：“好啊！”于是国王他们就走了，皮皮说：“我们去山洞里玩抓石子吧！”大家说好啊，好啊！然后大家就爬进了山洞。

这时，强盗伯克和吉姆偷偷来到霍屯督岛来偷珍珠，他们故意对皮皮说好话，想把珍珠骗到手里，可皮皮就是不给他们珍珠。于是伯克和吉姆想：我们两个大人怎么骗不过那些小孩，看来我们得大显身手了。可皮皮力大无穷，他们当然斗不过皮皮。只见皮皮一手抓着基姆，另一只手抓着伯克，一下两个人就飞上了天空。过了一会儿，然后重重摔到了岩石峭壁上，痛苦的呻吟了好久，才爬起来一瘸一拐的逃跑了，从此他们就再也没出现过这片海域。

在这当中我最喜欢的情节就是蝉了。蝉的生命很短暂，它们的一生要经历三次蜕皮。成蝉繁殖后就会将卵排入地下，然后等待着死亡。卵孵出小蝉，小蝉就会吃植物的根来保持自己的能量，不久后小蝉就会经历第一次蜕皮。然后小蝉就会向上一些，以保证自己第二次可以成功的蜕皮。在第二次蜕皮后蝉是绿的，身上也有了翅膀，可是这时蝉却无法使用翅膀。在快第三次蜕皮时，蝉会变成褐色，并且在离地面五六厘米处。到了小暑时，蝉就会在傍晚和晚上爬到树上进行第三次蜕皮，若蜕皮完成蝉就可以在空中飞翔了。可每到这时，人们都会趁着晚上开始捉蝉，蝉可以捉回家后用清水反复清洗后放入锅中用油炸，炸出后可食用。所以蝉一上树就会奋力向上爬，完成它最后的蜕变。成为蝉后，蝉就会在树上咬一个口来吸食树中的水分，并且开始用叫声来吸引异性。看了这些，你是不是再也不嫌蝉吵了，毕竟它们生命短暂，而喊叫是唯一让其它成蝉和人们注意到它的方法。

我最喜欢的书叫《微型小说选刊》。这本书里面，有很多丰富的文学知识呢！而且，它还给你分好了类。比如说有：大家手笔、人海瞭望、社会大千、成长足迹、超级想象、职场商场、人与自然、打工世界、战士足迹、今古传奇、经典回眸、国外珍品、创作园地……所以我非常喜欢看它。如果你要问我为什么喜欢这本书的话，那还得从一天偶然的小事说起。

My Mother My Mother isa kind and gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We all love her and she loves us also. My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without complaining. She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young, she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes silver white, but she works as hard as ever. Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. 在金黄的午后，走进飘满着书香的书房，从书架上轻轻取下一本《中华上下五千年》，来回味、回忆一下遥远的古代，领会古代的英雄情结与战火销烟。

《中华上下五千年》是一本十分有益的书，“廉颇的负荆请罪”让我体会到了蔺相如的宽容大度与廉颇的知错就改的优良品质。“张骞通西域”写出了张骞不怕吃苦、一心为国的精神品质，十分可嘉，值得我们向他学习报效祖国的思想。但是总有一些不合拍的人物在其中，秦桧就是其中的代表。他贪生怕死，恬不知耻的向外夷求和，杀害了精忠报国的岳飞，以“莫须有”的罪名让天下之人何以理解呀！？而岳飞这一死为人们留下了对秦桧的诸多怨恨。在沈阳亭中的对联有“青山有幸埋忠骨，白铁无辜铸佞臣。”

现在天下太平，世界安宁，却不时有纷争与战乱。而古代又有许多名君给人以醒悟，也有许多暴君、昏君使国家灭亡。名君有唐太宗李世民，而暴君则有商纣王、秦始皇、秦二世等。商纣王因施行暴政，而受百姓唾弃，无休止的酷刑，更使大臣与百姓叫苦连天，最后还将比干挖心处死；秦始皇天资聪颖，统一六国之后虽做了诸多贡献，但是他征发大量农民修筑长城，使得人们怨声载道。死后，他的小儿子胡亥与赵高串通一气，秦二世登位。后又遣人在骊山修建秦始皇陵墓，又叫人修建阿房宫，后因暴政才被推翻。

在漫游过这茫茫五千年后，细细的回忆一下，在现实生活中，许多人就有着像古人一样的精神与品质，不过却少有人像暴君那样凶残。不过，古人的缺点与不足已经得以改正，而古人的美好品质却被我们学习、传承与歌颂。同时，在我们的现实生活中，有很多人都具有与古人同样的品质，宽容大度、知错就改，是我们每个人都应该具有的；诚实守信、一心为国，难到我们都该置之身外吗？当然不是。不仅仅如此，还有忍辱负重的司马迁，刻苦学习的杨时都应该是我们的榜样。每个人都有属于自己的品质，每个国家都有自己的传统文明。而相继传承了五千年的文明转轮就在我们手中，等待我们去发扬、去光大、去让世人皆知！

My name  . There are 4 people in my family. My father  a Chemtry teacher. He teaches chemtry in senior high school. My mother  an Englh teacher. She teaches Englh in the university. I have a younger brother, he  a junior high school student and  preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read Englh story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books  fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both Englh and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.
