Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

通过同学的推荐，我读了毕淑敏的《女心理师》，也许是因为我读书一目十行囫囵吞枣，我两天就读完了上下部，总的来说感触挺多的。《女心理师》并不是一部心理学著作，它没有那么多专业知识，没有教育我们面对案主要怎样，而是以主人公贺顿创建她的心理诊所的经历及她所遇到的案主的案例来让我们自己感受，自己去想该如何做。

在《女心理师》中，作者毕淑敏是采用双线并进的方式，一条线讲贺顿建立弗德心理诊所的艰辛，一条写贺顿所遇见的案例，在故事的处理上，作者采取了插叙的方式，在讲贺顿所经历的案例的过程中穿插着贺顿的身世。这种写法很有趣，也能出奇制胜，吸引读者的眼球，使读者迫不及待的读下去。

贺顿经历的案例都很有代表性，让没怎么接触过心理学的我们感到很新鲜，像想杀死自己新妈妈的小男孩阿团，会引发我们的思考，为什么一个小男孩会这么老成，进一间陌生的屋子之前还会侦察一下屋子的布置，还会像个大人似的要求保密自己的隐私；还有那拥有101个洋娃娃的患绝症的老人乔玉华，为什么她能这样看开生死，却在纠结于自己死后如何处理自己那101个洋娃娃；更有那想要大闹自己丈夫追悼会的妇女李芝明，为什么她的丈夫已经死了，她还没有办法原谅一个在外界人看来孝顺清廉没有任何作风问题的“清官”丈夫；最为令人不解的就是老松与大芳的案例，夫妻两人都来咨询，为了同一件事却讲出了不同的故事，到底责任在谁？这些案例都让我们感到

很新鲜，在日常生活中我们不可能遇到这样复杂的事情，但作为心理师的贺顿却要尽自己的力量去解决这些问题。

可能普通人读了《女心理师》，只是被其中的故事所吸引，等到读完了小说了解了各个案例，没有了当初那份新鲜感，自然就结束了对这本书的思考，可是我们是学社会工作的，虽然现在还称不上社会工作者，但我们要进一步对这本书中的内容进行理解思考与学习。在这本书中我学到了

首先：一个心理咨询室的布置是很讲究的，包括墙壁、地板、家具的颜色，家具样式的选择这都是需要仔细考虑的，在书中贺顿就与栢万福汤小希就这个问题讨论过，粉色太闹蓝色太寒冷压抑，最终诊所的墙壁选择了部分漆成大麦黄色，部分春草绿色，给人温暖有生机的感觉。而且这种工作场所不能选择过于大的，大的地方会使人没有安全感，要尽可能的做到隔音，尽可能的为案主营造一个让他感到安全的空间。其次：心理师不能帮助案主拿主意，心理师大部分时间要充当一个耳朵的角色，她不能告诉案主应该怎样做，她只能倾听案主的故事，引导案主自己决定应该怎样做，在书中乔玉华老人一直问贺顿自己该如何处理那101个洋娃娃，贺顿只能边了解她的故事边引导她自己决定，而不是告诉她你应该怎样处理它们；再次，作为一个心理师，最起码的是要对案主的信息保密，无论是对谁，都不能透漏案主的资料信息，甚至在路上遇到了案主都要装做陌生人。

在书中，苏三就一直强调隐私问题，他对贺顿做了诸多要求，还要求文果清场，他只想面对心理师自己。最后：心理师要遵守自己的职业操守，不仅仅要对案主的信息进行完全保密，还要尊重案主，不能根据案主的贫贱将案主分为三六九等，不能凭自己的喜恶来对待案主。在书中沙茵在面对性病患者时就做得很好，她虽然很害怕性病患者会传染她，但她还是接受案主的要求跟案主握手。但在书中还有一个反面例子，姬铭骢在为贺顿治疗时，为了破解贺顿下半身冰凉之谜，他与贺顿发生了性关系，这在心理师的职业准则中是万万不可以的，这是有违心理师的职业操守的，心理师是不可以与案主产生任何其他关系的。由于社会工作与心理学之间有许多共同的地方，看完 《女心理师》我有许多感悟，由于我不是专业书评者，所以我的感悟可能很肤浅，但这是我看完此书的直接想法。

《斑点带子案》它讲得是：一位年轻的女子一大早便神情紧张地跑来找福尔摩斯帮忙。讲述她们家发生一个案件，两年前，她的姐姐在结婚前无缘无故死了，临死之前多次听到了口哨声，还看见了一条斑点带子，昨晚，她也听见了口哨声，想起姐姐的惨死，她顷刻难安。

于是福尔摩斯就带上助手华生去破案。最后告诉大家，案子破了！其实这个斑点带子就是一条产自印度的巨毒沼地蝰蛇。最后，福尔摩斯对女人说：“很好，幸好你及时告诉我了，不然你就会像你姐姐一样的被人暗杀。”

我十分佩服大侦探福尔摩斯。从这个故事中使我懂得了，遇到紧急事情，要赶紧向别人求救。

这本书的主人公桑桑生活在油麻地，他的爸爸桑拿是油麻地的小学校长。这本书讲述了桑桑在油麻地和许多伙伴之间发生的一系列故事，让我感触很深。其中最让我感动的是“红门（二）”这个故事。

这个故事是讲杜小康的爸爸因为喝醉导致货船翻了，一家的财产没了，从前杜小康在油麻地的民生很高，现在一落千丈，杜小康家的那扇红门也被雇主要走了，从此杜小康家变得空荡荡的。最后杜小康辍学在学校门口卖小玩意儿，看到这儿我的眼泪止不住往下流，杜小康一个人背起了家庭的重担，但他依旧很乐观，这个精神值得我们学习的。

正如曹文轩的那句话“美的力量绝不亚于思想的力量。一个身在深刻的思想都有可能变为常识，而只有美是永不衰老的。”
