I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province and the one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University

Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 2000. The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company .Two major customers, Henan Provincial Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work.

However, with time going on, the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that Im really interested in the Enterprise Management. I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed. Im eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.

So I resigned in August, 2003 and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half years hard work, Im finally standing before you honorable professors now. Im really excited. Though Ive sacrificed much on my way to pursuing studies, I believe its worthwhile. I believe working hard will finally be repaied.

我最喜欢的一本书是《作文大全》。这本书是我过生日时干妈给我买的。

我经常在做完作业的时候拿出来仔细阅读阅读，写作水平在不知不觉中提高了。暑假妈妈带我去黄山玩，写了一篇习作，叫《走近黄山》，我将平常积累的好词好句和在《作文大全》上学到的向个范文精彩片段运用到这篇习作中，妈妈说写得不错，改了改后向《萍乡日报》投了稿，没想到居然刊用了，心中说不出的高兴。这是《作文大全》带给我的意外惊喜。

莎士比亚说：“书籍是全世界的营养品”。我觉得这话特别亲切，以前我不太喜欢看书，现在的我，可特别喜欢看书啦，一有空就看课外书，我看的课外书可多啦!有儿童版的《三国演义》等四大著、有《小学生优秀作文》、《小学生四库全书》、《上下五千年》、《十万个为什么》和《小学生百科全书》，每拿到一本书，我总是迫不及待的想看，首先会浏览一遍，然后熟读几遍，把好词、好句、好段摘录下来，同时把最喜欢的精彩片段多读几遍，并问自己为什么喜欢这些片段，如果同样的描写，换作自己又该如何来写，总之做到阅读时既动嘴、动脑又动手。

看了这些课外书之后，我觉得，一本书就是一位朋友，书对我们有很大的作用。

多读书吧，从你识字开始，书就是你不可缺少的良师益友，俗话说：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神!”

我在这里介绍一本我最喜欢的书，他是沈石溪的动物小说《白狼》。

你们认识沈石溪吗？他可是著名的动物小说大王呢！沈石溪的原名是沈一鸣他醉心于大自然文学，已经出版了500多万字的作品。

《白狼》里写了许多个有关动物的短篇小说，跛脚小苦鼠、聪明绝顶的母白狼、机智的乌鸦王、善良的黑蟒蛇……一切都是那么奇特！

我简单的讲一下我最喜欢的一个故事：在西双版纳的一个村寨，有许多人在庭院里养孔雀。一户人家养了两只孔雀，一只雌的，一只雄的。他们一直恩恩爱爱，不久便产生了爱的结晶——四只小孔雀。可因为一次黑山猫的袭击与雄孔雀金鼎的见死不救，他们没好的家庭破碎了。雌孔雀绿散将对金鼎的爱全部都转移到了那救过它的沾满孔雀羽毛的木弩上了，那不人家希望两只孔雀和好如初，真爱爱但绿伞却因为以往那四只小孔雀的伤痛与对那把孔雀弩的痴情，仍对金鼎的追求视而不见。春天其他人家的雌孔雀下许多小孔雀，而绿伞产下的四只蛋，因为没有被真正的雄孔雀爱过，永远也变不成小孔雀了。

这个故事我并不觉得有趣，我只是对绿伞的痴情感到疑惑。看动物小说会不知不觉地增加我们的情商，并更了解那些动物们，所以我建议大家看《白狼》这本书。

在假期里妈妈给我买了一套沈石溪的动物小说我特别迷恋其中的《月光森林》狐狸的故事，因为他的开头特别吸引我。可是就是因为过于的迷恋所以我掉入了它精心设计的“陷阱”。

那天下午妈妈让我把衣服甩好、晾干。我那时正在看书我那本《月光森林》所以只是口头上答应了，其实就没有听进去，后来妈妈出去了，我在知识的大海里遨游、探索。我看了很长时间眼睛感到不舒服就环顾了一下四周总感觉忘了那些事情果然不出我所料原来是妈妈交给我的任务还没有完成，我心想反正里妈妈回来还在我看会在干也不迟然后我就接着回去看书了看书。

接下来我看的更入迷这时我感觉自己仿佛就是书中的人物。仿佛亲身经历过所开的战会和参加过战争。我每次看见它们大战的时候都会捧腹大笑因为这实在是太有趣了一遍是动物一遍是屡战屡败的僵尸。两边可以说是巅峰对决。每当我看到动物大军快要赢的时候都会被一些东西所阻碍我真是替他们难过最后我总是感觉有事但是有想不起了我又不影响打扰这美好的看书时光我就接着看来起来我看我书以后回想起书里的内容又“咯咯”的笑了起来。

这本书把内容写的很详细点面结合而且还把它的每一个动作都写的是那么的详细。

到了晚上妈妈回来了看见衣架上空空如也，问我我让你凉的衣服呢。我这才想起来了妈妈交给我的任务羞怯的说：“在洗衣机里还没有那出来。”这时妈妈又看了看洗衣机里面有一股难忘的味道才知道衣服已经发酸了。再看看我手里拿着一本书才知道原来我是一直在看书了。于是妈妈告诉我以后要先完成我交给你的任务在看书。我笑了两声说：“知道了。”
