My first name in Chinese means surpass. Life is a long and tough run to go. I must learn how to survive in this fast moving society and try to thrive.

I’m open minded, easy-going, warm hearted with a sunshine smile. I have superb and god features such as honesty and sweet temper. Also, I much enjoy making friends from all walks of life. My favorite fun is travelling around the world.

I was borned on Feb. 2, 1976. I had an elder sister two and half years older than I. Frankly speaking, I should say I had a good and memorable childhood in my life. I was not a leading student in my elementary school but in junior middle School. I scored good marks and ranked high both in my class and in the grade. Thats the honorable and shining time. Things began to change from the date I stepped into the No.28 senior high school in Shenyang. I always chose the wrong school to go to. Therefore, I learned and cherished the most remarkable experiences in my schoolings. I made a very good and dependable friend and related to him till now. I cherished it deep in my heart so much.

This is me, a man who never stops going forward!

拜读了李镇西老师的《做最好的老师》，我受益匪浅。在书中李老师尽情展示了他的教育教学思想、艺术和具体的操作方法。在这个跌宕起伏、曲折动人的故事里，融入了李老师的教育思想、教育机智、教育技巧和教育情感。读李老师的思想，感悟着他的教育理念，反思着自己的教学行为，我的心灵一次次得到洗涤。其中他的班级工作、育人之道，更是深深地吸引着我，感染着我、启发着我……让我不禁为之激动、赞叹、折服！我明白了教育上的爱，不是为了达到某一个目的而做出的一种姿态。它是一种思想，一种情感，一种氛围，运用得恰当，它会把“爱”自然而然地贯穿于教育的某一个环节，也会不声不响地体现在教育的每一个细节，更会潜移默化地浸润着每一个学生的心灵。所以，我深深感到：因为爱，冰雪会消融；因为爱，枯木会逢春； 因为爱，希望会绽放华彩；因为爱，未来永值得期待；因为爱，所有的生命才收获了圆满。

作为一线的老师，我们都曾苦恼过怎样帮助那些学习上有困难的学生，如何在课堂上吸引学生的注意力，如何培养学生的创造力，如何让学生喜欢自己……但我们也许从未曾真正去思考过如何让学生幸福地度过一生，但这却一直是李老师的教育定位。所以他不仅仅于学生在校期间尽职尽责，即使在学生将离开他时仍告诉他们——“我们生活的世界像一片森林，其中有的人是乔木，有的人是灌木；有的人是参天的白杨，也有的人是婆娑的杨柳……因此，问题不在于你做什么，而在于你要成为最好的……”让自己的学生成为自己心目中的最好。这是一种多么广阔的胸怀，多么博大的爱啊！

著名教育家夏丐尊说过：“教育没有情感，没有爱，如同池塘没有水一样。没有水，就不能成其为池塘；没有情感，没有爱，也就没有教育。” 李老师提出“以人格引领人格，以心灵赢得心灵，以思想点燃思想，以自由呼唤自由，以平等造就平等，以宽容培养宽容。”这应该就是他把教育视作心灵培育的艺术吧。他认定万同是块璞玉浑金，缺的是雕琢，宽宏大量就是璧玉雕刻的法宝。在万同的身上，我们看到转化一个后进生有多难，更看到了李老师的爱心、耐心、信心。万同的每一点变化，无论是朝着哪一个方向，都牵动着李老师的心。而万同身上所体现的反复，足以考验最有耐心的李老师，只有爱心的坚持才能创造这样的奇迹。可见，“爱”是师德修养的基石，更是教育成功的法宝。教育的奇迹很多时候就是由爱和宽容造就的，教育的智慧也是在爱和宽容中生成。

爱学生才能无微不至地关心、注视他们成长中的每一个细节，才能为他们的每一点微小进步而衷心喜悦，才能感知他们的苦恼和困惑，并且为解决这些问题而费尽自己的心血。爱学生，才能在二十几年的时间里坚持不懈地写下那么多手记、札记，为进一步探索教育的规律积累那么多原始的宝贵的资料。李老师会用儿童的眼睛去观察，用儿童的耳朵去倾听，用儿童的兴趣去探索，用儿童的情感去热爱。也许我们应该称李老师为“孩子王”，其实，要做孩子们真正认可的“王”，又谈何容易！

读了这本书后，我逐渐改变着自己的教育方法。当学生犯错时，我不再反感，我努力控制自己的情绪，告诉自己生气解决不了问题，心平气和地了解学生犯错的原因，和学生交流犯错的原因，然后换个角度把自己当成这些学生，想想自己犯错经历和当时的感受，在学生确实认识到自己的错误之后，再趁热打铁真诚、耐心地和他制定改错目标同时还要讲究语言技巧，比如：“你今天的态度很真诚，我非常感动！”“以后，你觉得自己该怎样做，才不辜负老师对你的信任呢？”

一本好书犹如一位智者，可以在瞬间点燃你的生命之火，也可以是一把引导你走向光明未来的火炬。《做最好的老师》将指引着我在教育战线上稳步前进。

书，是人类进步的阶梯；书，是你一生的挚友。书，更是人生的导航。它能给人们带来欢乐，带来悲伤。古时候那么多的名人，正因为他们多读书，所以，书中的智慧让他们更有学问。在群书之中，我最喜欢的还是那本《鲁滨孙漂流记》。

相信大家一定都看过，里面的故事情节震撼人心。下面我就来为大家再来科普一遍。

在一次航海中，鲁滨孙所乘的船触礁了，船上的其他乘客全都被淹死了，只剩下鲁滨孙一个人幸运的活了下来。在一个荒岛上，他凭着自己的毅力，和大自然展开了斗争。没有房子自己搭，没有食物自己捕，自己做桌椅自己做。在叫天天不应，叫地地不灵的荒岛上过起了艰苦的荒岛生活，孤身一人都能克服许多让人无法想象的困难。想想看，如果我们去荒岛上生活，能有几个人坚持下来呢？我想应该是没有的吧，因为我们从小依赖父母，面对各种挫折我们可能会手足无措。

这本书告诉我们要学会挑战，挑战自我，挑战别人，去点燃自己心目中的希望之灯。鲁滨孙救下的食人族的俘虏“星期五”，从此以后，“星期五”就成了鲁滨孙最忠诚的伙伴和仆人。鲁滨孙还教会了他很多外国语言，和他一起生活，一起劳动。终于有一天，一艘英国船来到了荒岛，鲁滨孙帮助船长一齐制服了水手，在感激之下，船长决定和鲁滨孙一齐回国。啊！在这长达二十八年里的日子里，鲁滨孙忍受了孤独，终于有一天，他的梦想成真了！

这本书对我的启示真的太多太多，每一条启示都对我有很大的帮助，所以，这也可能是我喜欢这样一本书的原因吧！世界上的书很多很多，但是能让你真正喜欢的，却没有几本！

1.自我介绍(self-introduce)

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First, please let me introduce myself. My name is ***, 24. I come from ******, the capital of *******Province. I graduated from the ******* department of *****University in July, 2001. In the past two years I have been preparing for the postgraduate examination while I have been teaching *****in NO. ****middle School and I was a head-teacher of a class in junior grade two. There are several reasons.

The second one is that I am long for doing research in ******throughout my life. Its a pleasure to be with my favorite ****** for lifetime. I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

4. 介绍你的家乡(about hometown)

I am from *****, a famous city with a long history over 2,200 years. It is called “Rong Cheng ” because there were lots of banians even 900 years ago. The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics, economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here, for instance, Yanfu, Xie Bingxin, Lin Zexu and so on . . You know, there is a saying that "The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place". I think the city really deserves it. The top three art ware are Shoushan Stone, cattle-horn combs and bodiless lacquer ware. In addition, it is famous for the hot springs. They’re known for high-quality. Visitors at home and abroad feel it comfortable bathing here. There is my beloved hometown.

5. 你的家庭(about family)

There are four members in my family; my parents, my cute cat of 9 years old and me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on business. So most of the housework is done by my industrious mom. Climbing at weekends is our common interest. The fresh air and natural beauty can help us get rid of tiredness. They can strengthen our relation, too. During my preparing for coming here, my parents’ love and support have always been my power. and I hope in future I will be able to repay them.

6. 你的大学(about university)

**********University is the oldest one in the province. It was founded in ******* and covers an area of over ******* mu. The building area is ************square meters. It develops into a comprehensive university with efforts of generations, especially after the reform and opening up. It takes the lead among the *********universities with nice teaching and scientific research ability. The library has a storage of ******* books. various research institutes are set up including 52 research centers. There are teaching research experimental bases. For example, the computer center, analyzing-test center, modern education technical center and so on.
