Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.

First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus its important for them to do the things according to the list. Dont do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. Youll find you have more time to do the things you want.

In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

这次英语戏剧节的内容比较丰富，有二（1）班的《fashion show》、二（3）班的《snow white and the seven dwarfs》、二（5）班的《the enormous turnip》……看，随着《江南style》音乐的响起，二（2）班的舞蹈小达人闪亮登场了。他们踩着欢快的节奏，在舞台上尽情地挥洒他们的舞姿。接下来是时装小达人，他们穿着自己喜欢的衣服，在t台上秀他们的风采。英语戏剧节在二（5）班有趣的舞台剧中圆满地结束。

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. in nowadays, it is quite common that we compete with each other for various competitions. however, it is also essential for people to cooperate with each other for we are members of society. when confront with cooperation and competition, people seems to have a difficult time in choosing them. some people tend to compete with each other for they believe they can win rewards by defeating others. some hold that we should cooperate with each other. some think that we should not only cooperate with others but we should compete with others as well. in my opinion, i think that competing is more important for us. reasons are listed below.
