On the fifth day, the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside, I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there, the sky was turning grey little by little, the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries, then suddenly, in the faraway horizon, golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. 现如今，我国对于水资源保护力度不断加大，出台了一系列的法律法规。但如何治理水污染却成了令人头疼的难题。治理水污染必须要先了解造成水污染几大“始作俑者”。

产业结构不合理，增长方式粗放是中国经济长期未能根治的痼疾，其重要表征就是重化工业尤其是资源消耗工业增长较快。问题的关键在于，由于受水资源、航运等产业布局因素的影响，重化工业沿江或沿河布置已经成为一种范式。据统计，全国两万一千多家石化企业中，位于长江、黄河沿岸的石化企业达一万三千多家。至于像小造纸、小皮革等项目在水环境敏感地区大起炉灶的现象更是比比皆是。如此产业布局的最严重后果就是大量污水在可能未经处理的情况下倾注到大江小河。据国家环保总局的调查统计，目前我国工业污水排放量每年达到300多亿吨，尤其是七大水系所承载的工业污水排放与日俱增。

来自于农业方面的面源污染超过工业污染已经成为我国水污染的一个重要特征。研究表明，农村面源污染在各类环境污染中的比重占到30%-60%,并成为水污染的重中之重，其中污水中COD（含氧量）排放已超过城市和工业源的排放总量。一方面，过量使用化肥造成的污染十分惊人。如化肥施于土壤中，只有小部分被作物吸收，大部分则在雨水的作用下或渗透到地下污染地下水，或随地表径流进入河流、稻田、池塘。由于化肥会造成水域富营养化或饮用水源硝酸盐含量超标，因此已经危害水质的“第一隐形杀手”.

农业污染可以对水资源形成伤害的另一大力量来源于畜禽和水产养殖业污染。有调查数据显示：养殖一头牛产生并排放的废水超过22个人生活产生的废水，养殖一头猪产生的污水相当于7个人生活产生的废水；北京近郊禽畜养殖场排放的有机物污染，相当于全市工农业生产污水和生活废水中所含的有机污染物的2-3倍。

问题的关键在于，目前我国仍有61%的城市没有污水处理厂。在污水处理设施得以修建的城市，能正常运行的也只有50%;还有的由于污水收集管网的原因，污水处理厂处理量不足设计处理能力的20%.而在广袤的农村，生活污水处理设施基本为零。正因为污水处理率的低下，中水回用水平低，大量污染负荷就如泄闸之洪汹涌般进入河流与湖泊，中国水体环境质量由此被一步步逼向危险的边缘。

The Pilgrims set ground at Plymouth Rock on December 11, 1620. Their first winter was devastating. From Monday to Friday，we have to get to school before 7：00 in the morning.
