再把黄油放在不锈钢盆中，用打蛋器把黄油分几次打发，打发后有些变白；我用手指沾了点尝尝，很香很甜。

再把面粉透过筛子洒入盆中后，用打蛋器混合。用塑料铲和面团，并把他们装到一个装有金属嘴的裱花袋里，金属嘴上有六条细槽。妈妈握着我的手，让我使劲把面团通过金属嘴挤出，放在烤盘里。我试着一会儿挤出一朵花，一会儿挤出一个S，一会儿挤出一个C，每个形状上都有细细的纹路。

面胚做好后，把盘子放入烤箱，温度设定180度，15分钟后大功告成，只是在烤的过程中，满屋子的香气让我口水没少流。

大约十五分钟后，香喷喷的饼干出炉了！我还没等它凉就迫不急待的拿了一块塞进嘴里。酥酥脆脆，真的很香！模样虽然没有买的曲奇那么漂亮，但品尝亲手做的曲奇感觉是那么香甜。我拿了一块给正在看电视的爸爸尝了一口，看着他满意的笑容，我也觉得我的劳动成果得到了丰收。

高尔基曾经说过：“书是人类进步的阶梯”，读书，不仅丰富了知识，而且使人明白人生哲理。是啊，书中有善、恶、丑、美，有许许多多的精彩故事。我是一条“书虫”，漫长的假期当然少不了书这个朋友了!我准备每天去图书大厦看书，校园故事、举世名著、儒家经典、童话故事、侦探故事……我都喜欢。哈哈，暑假里可以大饱眼福了。又读《淘气包马小跳》，幽默风趣只笑到肚子疼。书真是精神食粮啊!

伏尔泰说过：“生命在于运动”。漫长的暑假中，为了让我的身体倍儿棒，一定要多做一些运动。我最喜欢的一项运动莫过打羽毛球了，我可不能错过这么好的机会，准备暑假里和爸爸“杀”上一回。有机会的话我还要和真正的“羽毛球高手”过招，向他们学习学习打羽毛球的要领，并找出自己的不足之处，努力学习，争取让羽毛球技术有质的飞跃。我看着小白球上下跳跃，虽然汗流浃背，但心里涌现说不出的喜悦。不过专门打羽毛球也不行，我7月要学游泳，因为中考新增了一项项目：就是长跑男1000米、女800米和游泳50米，挑一个。我跑步不行，所以我就选游泳了。7月份去游泳池学上20天，既锻炼身体，又学会了一门本领。8月份我又要去学跆拳道，不但疏松筋骨，而且还能防身。

放假在家，上因特网是少不了。我这条“网虫”当然要过个瘾。打开“小荷作文网”，看看作文，饱一饱眼福，然后到QQ空间上去浇浇水，发发帖子，了解了解新奇趣事。玩累了，闭上眼睛，听一会儿悠扬的音乐，让思绪休息一会，抑扬顿挫的音乐高低起伏，感觉整个人都沉浸到音乐之中了，真是一种享受啊!点开“百度”，热点的新闻报道马上出现在眼前，嘿，真多啊!全国上下大大小小的事情马上呈现眼前，真是数不胜数啊!因特网还有许多百科知识，我就在知识的海洋吮吸着知识的营养，补充一些课外知识。还有互联网呢，互联网可以让我在假期内和其他各国的小朋友沟通、交流。我要问问他们的暑期生活是怎样的。

我安排好的暑假生活，也许不是最丰富的，但是是最适合我的，我相信，我会过一个最充实、最有意义的假期。

How are you?I am glad to tell you that we wil have a May Day holiday soon.I am going to have a trip to Qing Dao by plane with my parents.We will stay there for three days.We are going to go sightseeing,swim,eat some sea food as well as go shopping in Qing Dao.Of course,I will take some photos and share them with you.
