Journey to Australia

Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

Summertime is the besttime of the year.There is no school for monthsI get to do what I want.With no tests no homework,Im as free as a bird.

4、 英语课程计划

英语学习能力和成绩一般，要重点加强学习兴趣和能力的培养;

把三年级和四年级的学校课本系统复习一遍，每天坚持听剑桥英语的磁带，时间不限;

假期把以前记得的英语单词都记在小本子上，分类汇总;

若有兴趣、有机会，可以把语音和音标接触、巩固一下，尽量保证发音标准。

三、活动安排

1、 随父母至少省内出去旅游一次，争取省外旅游去一次;

2、 至少去乡下亲戚家2次，体验生活，其中爷爷家族亲戚去一次，外公家族亲戚去一次;

3、 每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动，散步、溜冰、找小朋友玩等，要注意安全;

4、 每两天至少帮家里做一件家务事(10分钟以上)，洗衣服、择菜、简单做饭等;

5、 一个人尝试独立在家呆1-2天;邀请同学或者小朋友在家玩若干次，并独立招待;

6、 每周玩电脑2小时左右，重点加强打字能力的提高;

我们的眼要放远一点，不能局限于每一学期的考试，应该放眼于明年的中考。众所周知，体育是中考的必考项目，长跑，立定跳远等是必考的，在暑期我们要坚持我们在校的作息时间的同时，每天早晨起来也要坚持每天的1500米的计时跑，这是对我们开学的体训是做有准备的。不仅可以为中考奠定基础，并且也能为开学的全身心投入学习减少负担。

今天暑假，我去云南参加了夏令营，在那里呆了一个月。之前，妈妈告诉我，那里有很多好吃好玩的，我听了，眼睛发亮，心想：“哇，原来夏令营这么好玩!”我开始掰着手指数日子。

夏令营第一天，我带着好奇的心情出发了，但是马上就被教官的第一句话吓到了。教官说：“第一天，我们进行体能训练!”说完，就下口令：“全部给我跑15圈，10分钟完成!”刚说完，小伙伴们一下子就跑光了，我也追了上去，我可不想当最后一名。10分钟后，我们跑完了15圈，个个累得气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓，卧在地上动也不动。我摸着快要跳出来的心和干燥的嗓子，心想：“早知道夏令营这么苦，我就不来了，分明是花钱受苦啊!”

这样的日子日复一日，但还好，渐渐我能适应了，我感觉自己变得更坚强了。不知不觉，很快就到我生日了，我想：我的生日会怎样过呢?有没有人会记得我的生日?晚上训练时，教官突然说：“邢展硕，出列!”我走出队列，心想：我没做错什么事呀?为什么叫我出列?教官一脸严肃地对我说：“你绕着房子跑5圈，跑完再做100个俯卧撑，再做半个小时平板撑!”我听了，眼前一黑，心想：“难道我的生日礼物就是这些吗?这也太痛苦了吧?”但是，军令如山，我马上按照教官要求，跑了起来。刚跑完5圈，我已大汗淋漓，准备开始做俯卧撑的时候，电灯突然灭了。我看了一眼教官，教官说：“看什么看，没电也要继续做!”我二话不说，又做起了俯卧撑。刚做了一半，教官就把我叫起来，我的双手双脚几乎都没了知觉，心想：“今天生日怎么这么苦?这到底是为什么?”我一转头，看到了一个美味的奶油蛋糕——小伙伴一起唱着生日歌向我走来。我的眼泪忍不住一下子掉了下来，太意外了!我吹着蜡烛，心想：“有你们，真好!”

那些在夏令营的泪水与汗水，让我成长了很多。这段经历已经过去了，希望下一个暑假，我还能见到我的伙伴们，还有我那严厉而有爱的教官。
