我的体质一直不是很好，昨天爸爸说从明天开始要给我进行一项体质加强的训练计划，这不，今天就上演了“悲惨”的一幕，“练海无崖累作舟”的生活从今天拉开了序幕。

今天下午，爸爸软硬兼施，连拉带扯的将我推上了“战场”，今天的要求是绕着小区跑15圈，我粗略的估算了一下，一圈大概是100多米，照这么算的话，大约要跑1500多米啊!我差点被自己的估算吓晕了，但是想归想，跑还是要跑的啊，我望着小区平坦的水泥路面，咬咬牙，冲了上去，刚开始我跑得挺轻松，但是过了5圈后我的速度就渐渐的慢了下来，踩着的好象不是水泥路，而是一块熊熊燃烧的大铁板，脚上感觉像针扎一般，说不出的难受。但是我依旧坚持着，心想：晕，才跑5圈呐，感觉就如此糟糕，还有2/3没跑呢!绕着小区又跑了几圈，我的脚有些发软，大滴的汗珠顺着脸颊“奔腾而下”滴在了地上，在我的身后留下了一串串的印记。好不容易我跑完了十圈，但是我全身的力气像流水般地消失待尽，浑身像根面条，软绵绵的，脚上像灌了铅块，沉重无比，似乎骨头之间失去了连接。剩下的5圈，我几乎是连拖带走才勉强完成，完了爸爸说：“OK，行了，回家吧!”

但是我让爸爸先回去，而我自己则坐在楼下小区的椅子上休息，汗珠一颗颗调皮地从我的头上蹦到了地上，不一会地上就汇成了一条“小河”。过了一会，我才缓缓走向家。

回家洗了个澡，才感觉浑身上下舒服了一些，但是一想到了明天的训练，我又感觉“天崩地裂”，但是又转念一想：“算了，为了身体好一些，吃点苦也不算什么!”

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 二、坚持运动。

虽然我暑假已经有了舞蹈课，可是为了减重和变高，必须得每天都要运动才好。我的运动是这样的：每天跳绳五百个，仰卧起坐一百个，晚上到安阳中学操场上跑五圈，走五圈。如果还有空闲的话，再去打半个小时的篮球。虽然我认为自己可能不会做到每天都能完成，但人人都要有一个对未来的小目标，才能知道自己每天努力的希望和动力是什么。

三、按时完成暑假作业

即使我每天都在提醒自己，下次不能再拖了，一定不能拖了，可每次写作业时，那种无聊的气氛总是自然而然的散发了出来，使我一而再再而三地拖作业，而我总是控制不住自己的懒惰。在暑假里，我也希望自己的自律性能变强，加油!

有一句话说得好：人生就像射箭，梦想就是箭靶子，如果你连靶中心都找不到，那你每天的拉弓有什么意义。我们每天的小目标都是向未来迈步，所以请相信自己一定会做到!
