爸爸学完驾驶，拿照后准备买私家车，我们一定要合计合计，千万不要只图便宜去购买碳铅排量超标的汽车。我查阅了资料，现在的汽车尾气排量一定达到欧Ⅳ标准，而且到一定时期必须去年检，符合标准。能不使用汽车，可以用自行车、电瓶车代步。

植物可以吸收很多的二氧化碳释放很多氧气，还能防洪减灾。呼吁大家要多植树，节约用纸，不要滥砍滥伐。

我从小在章丘长大，章丘是怎么变化的，我看到了它从一个不知名的农村变化成一个远近闻名的的绿色农村，还召开展了民歌节、南博会……

现在在章丘，到处可以看见‘‘环境保护，人人有责’’的字样。在马路边上，各种各样的垃圾桶美丽极了。最近，大家都倡议把可回收和不可回收的垃圾分开。可是，我觉得光有类是不行的，要在垃圾桶上不可回收垃圾和可回收垃圾的种类，不是每个人都懂得这方面的知识，知道什么是不可回收的，什么回收。如果每个人不知道具体的分类情况，仍会丢一起，这样不仅起不到环保和垃圾分类的作用，反而会给来垃圾场的工作人员带来很大的困惑。

此外，我还发现一个严重的问题。有一天，我和妈妈乘公共汽车去烈士陵园扫墓。我们开开心心的出门，可是当我们到公共汽车车站的时候，我发现旁边有一个垃圾桶，里面的垃圾已经发臭了路过的行人纷纷捂这鼻子绕道而行，弄得我和妈妈也非常气喷。

垃圾为什么会发臭呢？后来，我一遇到垃圾桶，就会仔细闻闻有没臭味。经过一段时间的观察我发现，现在的垃圾桶都是固定的，不像以前那种可以把倒出来。环卫工人清理垃圾桶的时候，只是把表面的垃圾的垃圾捡出来，并没有清理到底部。有一次我去问他们为什么不把垃圾清理干净。他们说不是不想，是因为垃圾桶是固定的，手不能伸到底部，垃圾又不能倒出来，所以就只能吧垃圾留在里面。

由此可见，垃圾桶发臭，不是因为环卫工人不尽责，而是因为垃圾桶的设计有问题。我在此希望，为了章丘的美丽，为了空气的清新，请市长叔叔采用一些即实用有好看的垃圾桶，不要再让那些臭味来污染我们清新的空气。
