阳光灿烂而温暖，我们踏着欢快的步子，怀着激动而喜悦的心情，一路欢声笑语，来到了东台市二职中实践基地，开始了三天的社会实践活动。

一踏进二职中的大门，一幅幅如画的美景映入我的眼帘，碧水蓝天，绿树成荫，清新的空气迎面扑来，我所有的烦恼都一下子烟消云散了。

短短的三天，我们进行了很多活动，如包饺子、军训、折被子等。游戏“流星赶月”---滚铁环最有趣了。老师耐心地给我们讲解，做示范，可铁环儿实在是太狡猾了，它像一个顽皮的孩子，总是不听我的话，一滚就“叭” ---地一声倒下了，急得我们满头大汗。最后在老师的精心指导下，我终于能滚一段路了。

最令我难忘的是缝袋子了。倪老师带领我们来到了教室，大家自觉地闭紧嘴巴，仔细地聆听缝袋子的方法及注意事项。老师给我们每人发了一个袋子和针线，刚拿到工具，我很兴奋，心想：我一定亲自动手缝出一个像样的袋子带回家送给妈妈。

开始缝了，看着老师从容地穿针引线，我羡慕极了。我学着老师的样儿，先穿线，我左手拿针，右手拿线，眼睛紧盯着线，小心翼翼地把线穿过针眼儿，接下来，把线拉成两根，对齐，然后再打一个死结。接着，把两块布对齐，弄整齐了，然后将针穿过去，再从另一面穿过来，刚开始我总是笨手笨脚的，“呀!”差点戳了手，我更加小心翼翼地缝起来，过了好长时间，一行歪歪斜斜的针脚出现了。袋子缝好了，我暗暗得意。还差两根带子。带子最难缝，如果缝反了会前功尽弃。我谨慎地把带子放上去，反复比划，对，就这样。我小心地把线穿过去，来回缝了好几针，再用剪刀把多余的线剪掉，耶，大功告成!一个袋子终于缝好了，我迫不及待地用手拎了拎，咦，真好!我心想：缝了一个袋子就把我累得筋疲力竭，妈妈平时就要上班要照顾我的生活起居该多辛苦呀!我不由得轻轻吟诵起来：“慈母手中线，游子身上衣……”

三天的实践活动很快结束了，酸甜苦辣的滋味儿却永远珍藏在我的记忆深处。

六一儿童节快到了，大家都很兴奋，因为这是属于我们小孩子自己的节日，我们希望在这一天能收获更多的快乐。往年的六一儿童节学校都会为我们准备精彩的活动，比如：英语游园、跳蚤市场等活动。今年也不例外，我们pyp小学将举行跳蚤市场爱心义卖活动。

六一来临的前一个星期，同学们把自己不用学习用品、玩具、书籍等东西，都打包好带回学校，做好了活动的前期准备。然后就开始掰着指头数日子，期待那一天快点到来。

盼望着，盼望着，这一天终于到了，我们兴高采烈的带着自己的物品来到了一楼的大厅。展现在眼前的是一派热闹非凡的景象，其他班的同学已经摆好了摊位，开始做买卖了。我们也迫不及待的唠叨了自己班级的摊位前，迅速把要卖的物品摆放好，开始叫卖。

我和同学黄天一组，我先看点，卖东西，黄天就出买东西。首先是一个二年级的小弟弟看中了我的一本漫画书，我以5元的价格卖给了他，来了个开张大吉。接下来，又来了两个低年级的小妹妹，他们非常喜欢我的芭比娃娃，我有以5元的价格卖给了她们，外加4条裙子，也算是照顾小学妹吧，显得我这个大姐姐很有爱心。就这样，在这半个小时内，我卖出了好几样物品，挣得了30元钱，但我心里喜滋滋的，毕竟人家还是第二次尝试挣钱的滋味。

很快，我的搭档黄天买完东西回来了，我看到她买了两个娃娃和三本书，看来收获不小。有人回来接班了，我就像饿肚子的小兔子从洞里边飞快的跑出去。哎呀!妈呀!人可真是多啊，用人山人海来形容一点都不夸张，我费了九牛二虎之力才挤到一个摊位前，买了三本我喜欢的书。卖完术后，我又穿过拥挤的人群来到了五年级的摊位，转了一圈没有找到自己喜欢的东西，又去了一二年级的摊位看了看，买了一个亚运会吉祥物公仔。最后又回到我们班的摊位，看到林子淇脖子上的项链很漂亮，就想买下来送给妈妈。林子淇要加10元，我还价5元，最后因为同学之间有关系，我们以5元的价格成交。

时间过得真快，我的钱还没来得及用出去，东西已经都卖完了，活动也接近尾声。唉!我只能带着剩余的钱“钞票”和战利品打道回府。、

多么难忘的一次经历啊!我期待着明年能买到更多更好的东西。

In the afternoon, we took a bus to a building where the governors worked to interview a grandpa, who used to work for the young generation. He is kind, and healthy, though he is over eighty. He loves working, especially working for the youth. He feels more energetic as he talks with kids. At last, he asked us to sing a song for him. We sent a boy on behalf of us all to sing a happy song. He didn’t disappoint us, making everyone present laugh for a while. When the interview ended, we headed back to the newspaper office.The leader handed each of us a diploma and the photos we took that morning. Good time passed quickly. My experience of the winter vacation

Many college students still ask their parents for money. This can be a heavy burden to some families. But if the students can do some part-time jobs and make money on their own the family pressure can be relieved to some extent. Last but not least part-time jobs can help students to find out their strengths and shortcomings. When they overcome the difficulties they will become more confidence.

从一年级到四年级当中，我和石笋街小学经历过许许多多的事情，它们就像天上的星星一样数也数不过来，许多的星星越来越暗淡，其中一颗星星还是那么的耀眼。

记得那是一个阳光明媚的上午，我们全体四年级举行了“四年级自垫球比赛”。

比赛未开始，同学们有的摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，有的练习垫气排球;还有的同学说着小说，真是十分热闹。而有一些同学虽然异常平静，但是他自信十足，一副势在必得的样子，期待着比赛快一点开始。

比赛开始了，操场上热闹非凡，战火一触即发，还散发着浓浓的火药味。比赛规则非常简单：每人站在黄色格子里，把气排球往上抛，然后用手腕往上垫，如果一只脚跑出格，则可以继续垫球;如果两只脚全部跑出去了，则一分也不算;如果球掉了出去，要立刻捡回来。比赛到了白热化阶段，到我上场了，我心里有些紧张，球都抱不紧了，比赛开始，我马上把气排球抛起来，然后用力地往上垫，再看到球掉了出去，我立马把气排球捡回来继续垫起来;最后，我一共垫了126个，得了二等奖。

在这四年中，我和石笋的故事让我明白了，只有不断的努力，才能收获到许多有意义的东西。

在一个风和日丽的星期天，我和妈妈一起到哥哥家玩。哥哥家在县城的北部，防疫站的对面，四间三层的楼房，同时还有一个非常大的院子。因为面积大，做起游戏来不受空间的限制，所以玩起来很令人开心。

妈妈和姥姥在忙着做家务。我和哥哥开始做各种各样的游戏。正当我们打羽毛球打得正热火朝天的时候，我无意中发现了奇怪的东西——马蜂窝。这时，里面的几位不速之客——马蜂正往外飞，其中有一个趁妈妈不注意的时候，送给她一个意外的礼物——蛰了一个大包。看着妈妈难受的样子，我就想立刻把它的整个家翻个底朝天，可姥姥不同意，她怕蛰着了我们。

趁大人们午休的时候，我和哥哥的好奇心又上来了，我们决定铲除马蜂窝。首先是运来大量石子，我俩轮流用石子砸，结果呢，可想而知，马蜂飞得到处都是，我们吓得落荒而逃。由于伤亡惨重，我们的第一个方案以失败而告终。继续苦思冥想，替天行道，又想出了第二个比较可行的办法，那就是——我和哥哥头戴塑料袋，身披雨衣，我拿水管，哥哥拿水龙头，对准目标，就是一阵猛烈地攻击。果然不出所料，它们都被纷纷击落，一个个狼狈不堪，带着水的翅膀再也飞不起来了，我们趁机用杀虫剂把它们彻彻底底地消灭了。等妈妈发现的时候，已经接近尾声了。她竖起拇指，只说一个字：“棒”。

这件事虽然过去一段时间了，但想起来仍然记忆犹新，令我难以忘怀。

那是一个星期五的下午，我来到爸爸单位。他一直忙着开会，怕我饿着就给我了20元钱，让我自己去超市买些零食。我兴奋极了，这可是我第一次一个人去购物啊！

清凉的风吹在我的脸上，我顿时神清气爽，脆脆的饼干、香甜的巧克力、松软的蛋糕……他们都在我眼前晃，我的口水都要流出来了。

一进门，琳琅满目的商品让我目不暇接。饮料区里各种各样的饮料摆满了两大柜子，有白色的运动型饮料，有蓝色的功能性饮料，还有红色的草莓果汁……花花绿绿的瓶子让我头晕目眩。再往前走，鲜嫩的蔬菜水果让我垂涎三尺，我看见水灵灵的萝卜舒舒服服地躺在柜台上，红通通的西红柿东倒西歪地坐在柜台上，白嫩的大白菜好像在冲我招手，说：“快来买我吧，我对身体健康大有益处！”。这时我想起手里只有20元，就不买水果蔬菜了。我迅速定了一个购物计划：饼干+酸奶。我来到副食区买到了我心仪已久的奥利奥饼干，又走到奶制品区买了最爱的谷物酸奶，现在一共花了15元。这时，我看到了彩虹糖，五彩缤纷的颜色，香甜可口的味道，正是我朝思暮想的，我毫不犹豫地拿了一盒。忽然，我想到了爸爸的声音有些嘶哑，如果他能够喝上一瓶冰糖雪梨，那该多好啊！我不假思索地抓起了一瓶，兴高采烈地跑向了收银台。

“小朋友，一共24元。”收银员阿姨微笑着说。

“呀，可我只有20元钱啊！”说完，我愣在了那里。

阿姨递给我购物单，贴心地说：“你看看，选择一下。”

“冰糖雪梨4元，彩虹糖5元，看来我只能选一个了。”我自言自语道。看看梦寐以求的彩虹糖，想想爸爸忙碌的身影，我毅然决然地放下了彩虹糖。我抱着“战利品”连蹦带跳地跑回来了办公室。

推开办公室的门，我看到爸爸正在窗前凝望，顺着爸爸远眺的方向，我发现他看的正是我去购物的那条路，我不禁泪如泉涌。女儿再大，走得再远，也远不过父母关爱的视线。爸爸看到我送给他的冰糖雪梨，开心地一下子抱起了我，说：“我的女儿长大了，知道心疼爸爸了。”爸爸开心地喝着冰糖雪梨，我的心里比喝了蜜还甜。

这次购物经历令我难忘，每次想起，我都能感受到亲人相互关爱的温暖。

北京天安门广场上每天早上有一个必备的仪式——升国旗。小的时候，爸爸在北京工作，那时的交通很方便，所以我也去过北京。

记得第一次看升国旗，并不象想像的那么庄严，广场四周挤满了人，完全看不到仪仗队，只看到了国旗杆。但当听到那庄严的国歌声响起的时候，已经深深震撼了我。于是，从那时开始，就梦想自己能 升一回国旗，哪怕只有一次。

上了初一，机会来了。学校让初一的学生升旗。轮到我们班时，我报名参加了介绍班级情况。然后，参加报名的同学一起在班级里进行竞选，因为小时候的梦想，我发挥的较好，所以如愿当选。

我的心情非常激动，进入了积极的备战状态，那两天除了吃饭、睡觉、学习，只要抓着一点空，我就进行练习，临阵磨枪，不快也光吗。

很快，到了周一的早上，我上台前倒没有很紧张，因为从小经历过这样的锻炼。但当我真正站在主席台上时，腿却不住的颤抖起来。我努力使自己保持镇定。还好话筒的支架大可以遮住我颤抖的双腿。 要不然，我可就丢大人了。唉，毕竟这是我参加的第一次升旗仪式。我语速中等的介绍着班级情况，却也清楚的听见台下有人竟然偷偷模仿我的台词。我努力使自己不去想，不去听，使自己的注意力集 中。在忐忑中，我没有卡壳的结束了介绍。

结果，效果还算可以，也得到了表扬。经过这一次，我想以后的再一次升旗中，我的腿不会在颤抖了吧。

其实，这次的升旗就像一场与内心恐惧的战争，内心的恐惧会让你失去信心，不敢去面对，并把他人对你的嘲笑放大。但如果你克服了，那么也就代表你胜利了。你会越战越勇，勇于去面对一切困难。 今后的学习生活中我会不断面对各式各样的挑战，但相信有了这次难忘的经历，我会微笑的面对一切。

耶！知道我今天我为什么这么开心么，因为今天爸爸妈妈要带我去方特玩呀。

爸爸妈妈开着车带着我，不知不觉就到了株洲方特，我高兴地冲向海盗船这个项目，我坐上海盗船，经过一系列的安全措施后，海盗船开始慢慢摇起来，越荡越快了，我的心也提到了嗓子眼，越跳越快，好不容易下了海盗船，还没有休息完，我就被火流星给吸引了。因为火流星是要把脚悬空，所以火流星是一种更刺激的过山车，结果可想而知，我是在尖叫声中完成的这趟刺激的旅行。刚下火流星，还没缓过神，就被不远处的尖叫声吸引，原来是大摆锤，又是一项考验人的项目，我停下了脚步，不敢向前，但又一想，我来这里不就是寻求刺激的么？所以我鼓起勇气，走向了大摆锤。让我最难忘的是方特中央的惊险表演，那是一个从美国来的杂技团，里面的人都是身怀绝技的，一个叔叔穿了一身全身散播汽油的衣服，另外一个人用一把火点燃了那件衣服，他在舞台上停了5秒，然后翻了一个360度的高难度动作，跳入了水中，然后爬上岸，一点都没有受伤。观众席里掌声不断，最后我还跟那位叔叔合了影。

接着我还玩了许多的项目，比如逃出恐龙岛，海螺湾，探险乐园等。觉得还没有玩得尽兴，希望还有时间我还要来玩。

An Unforgettable Experience

There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. As a matter of fact, I did not show any interest in this activity, for I thought that I just wasted my time and energy without getting any pay. But finally I followed the trend and went to the interview for a try. To my surprise, I was eolled as a member of the teaching group. I became quite excited and made up my mind to prepare for the class as well as I could. I read their textbook again and again to make sure that I was familiar with the language points. What’s more, I searched on the Internet for some additional information, which I thought would help me a lot in the class. At that time, I really could not wait to give the lecture.

Fortunately, it didn’t keep me waiting too long. It was a sunny day. And we spent almost an hour in the bus. Although I was tired and sleepy, my enthusiasm overwhelmed my tiredness. The school is a small place full of various books. The children there were so lovely that they left me a deep impression. They keep asking me

questions about study and they were also curious about the college life. I was quite happy surrounded by a group of children.

I really benefit a lot from the unforgettable experience. I realize that money and some material things should not be considered as the most important thing in our life. It is the self-realization that really makes our life meaningful. Although I did not get any material things from this activity, I was very happy for what I did for the children. 一天早晨，我揉着惺忪的睡眼，听到妈妈呼喊我的声音：“孩子，把不要的衣服、文具等物品整理好打包”。当时年纪尚幼的我，把妈妈的话当作圣旨，什么也没问，立刻在卧室里翻箱倒柜一番之后，和妈妈气喘吁吁的抱着大包小包的物品放进后车厢，大功告成后，直往郊区的方向驶去。

车子平稳的前进着，恍惚中慢慢地远离都市的吵杂与人世间的喧嚣。当时正阖着双眼的我，猛然惊觉车子正放慢速度，我瞥向窗外，忽然看见“孤儿院”三个斗大的字伫立在我眼前，此刻，我才知道此行的目的。一直以来觉得“孤儿院”是一些可怜小孩的梦魇，没想到竟近在咫尺。突然，听见妈妈的催促声：“快把东西搬下车。”回神后，心里马上擦亮了希望的火苗，兴奋地把车上的物品搬进院里。

进到孤儿院，我吓着了，里面的配置和天堂般的家里真可说是天差地远。木板拼凑而成的地面，许多钉子已在岁月的递嬗中脱落，在我走过时发出了鸭叫般沙哑的声音；水泥砖墙年久失修，壁面的石灰片已在时间的流逝中瞬间斑驳，绿色的霉一块一块的占领了整个墙壁；一个个凹槽般破洞的床，棉被已在光阴的散失中沾满了黑渍，宛如乳牛的斑纹呈现在眼前。

“有一天……”一阵悦耳的嗓音轻柔的传来。我走近一看，一群小朋友正围着一个老师，等待着故事的每一字、每一句。我抱着东西，跟随着妈妈来到小朋友面前。修女们立刻停下来，热烈地跟我们招手。当我们拿出捐赠的物品时，小朋友们天真无邪的迎面扑来，露出了闪亮动人的笑容。当我拿出在灯光的照耀下会散发出点点光泽的银色机器人，赠送给一旁的小弟弟时，他红润的脸颊立刻绽放出宛如花朵般的笑容，也像小太阳一样，照亮了我的心。此刻，我走出了自私的高塔，离开了人心的黑暗面，拥抱服务他人的灿烂星辰。

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday.I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day.I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day.I sometimes went to the library to read books and surfed the internet.During the Spring Festival,i visited my grandparents,friends and relatives.We really had a great time together.I prepared for the new lessons and read English,too.I really enjoyed my winter holiday.

我很兴奋，长久以来的梦想得到了实现。我收拾东西，坐上大巴。早上，我们到达了桂林，这是我第一次如此接近它，我深深吸了一口气，看着街上的一切。在暑假期间，我参观了所有的景点，很漂亮，难怪人们说“桂林山水甲天下”。

今天，妈妈和爸爸带我去富尔沃玩。到了三楼的游乐场，我们见到了一个房间门口写着“鬼屋”，我很好奇，想进去看个究竟。于是，我征得爸爸的同意，由他陪我进去看看。

进到屋里，一眼就可以看到墙壁上的画，是一个长着四只眼睛、吸血鬼的牙齿、嘴角边还挂着血迹的人，看着就觉得恐怖。屋里还有一张桌子，桌子上有很多个耳机，桌子旁边有椅子，我和爸爸分别找了个椅子坐下，并把耳机戴好。然后屋子里的灯被熄灭了，黑漆漆的，伸手不见五指。这时，耳机里开始有声音传来，有一个男声在讲一个故事，大意是我们在一个城堡中，在这个城堡里曾经有一个幸福的家庭，后来发生了奇怪的事，死了很多人。然后我们听到有个穿高跟鞋的人，走过来给我们倒茶，还有许多孩子的嬉戏声，还有风雨雷电的声音，甚至还有好似鬼的叫声，感觉好像真的身在其中，因为看不见，摸不到，所以听起来真的有些毛骨悚然，有点害怕，好像做了一个噩梦。

今天，我经历了一次终身难忘的事情——我参加了学校组织的“大手拉小手”活动。

能参加这样的活动，我的心情十分激动。本来要求七点半到学校，我却兴奋了一晚上，早上五点钟就醒了。换一身干净的衣服，系上红领巾，早早地就到了学校。

集合好队伍，坐上大巴车，我们就出发了。一路上，我像一只放飞的小鸟一样，“叽叽喳喳”地和小朋友们说个不停。

我们这次的目的地，是山区的一所小学。走了一段路，拐了几个弯，一会儿功夫我们就到达了。

小朋友们早早地等候着我们的到来。在李兵老师的组织下，我们向他们捐赠了衣服、书本还有钱。老师代表和小朋友代表分别发了言，我的心情也非常地激动。

王老师现场给山区的小朋友们讲了课。然后，我带着好奇地心情，参观了山区小朋友的教室和操场。看到他们的条件很简陋，我的心情很难过。

我还教小朋友们下象棋和五子棋，看到他们学的又快又认真，我可高兴了。

我希望他们过的越来越好。

活动结束了，我们依依不舍地离开了他们，回到了学校。

这真是一次难忘的经历。

My classmates threw a celebration party at our middle school principle‘s flat.Our parents were invited to the party.Everybody was excited about the holiday.I ate a lot of delicious food at that time.I also went visiting my relatives with my parents.We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai.Later that day,we sang karaoke in my uncle‘s house.We stayed for the night.

The next day,I went shopping with my cousins.We bought some brand name T-shirts and pants.In the afternoon,my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway.They also taught me hou to drive their fancy car,so I tried to do some turning and parking.It was not easy first.But I learnt quick.We returned home with many gifts from our trip.I tried to get some rest.At night,I chatted with my classmates on the phone,and I watched CCTV before going to bed.Since last Friday,I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. 在我软磨硬泡下，妈妈终于答应带我去滑雪啦。我高兴极了，迫不及待地上了车，车窗外的风景像一幅画，而我就在这一幅美丽的画里，心情无比激动。

“嘟嘟嘟嘟”，转眼已经到达目的地。我直奔换鞋区想马上去体验从小山坡滑下来那种飞一般的感觉。

“你慢点儿”，妈妈从后面赶来叮嘱道。我来不及回应她，直接乘电梯来到小山坡上。从下面看不高啊，怎么站在这里感觉这么高？我有点害怕了。正在我犹豫不决的时候，妈妈上来了，她让我不要怕，身体向前倾，减速或者停下来，脚要慢慢摆成一个内八字形。她还开玩笑说：“没事就算摔倒了，你这么胖又不疼，胆子大一点，相信自己可以的！加油！”在妈妈的鼓励下，我胆战心惊地往前一跃，一下子滑了出去。由于心里紧张，还没有用到妈妈教的方法，我就已经翻跟头了，站起来拍拍身上的雪我又继续，结果连翻了几个跟头，感觉自己像一个球一样滚下来的而不是滑下来的。

幸好我没有放弃坚持了下来，自己才能有这么一次难忘的滑雪经历。

One of my most unforgettable experiences occurred on a day last summer, when I was handing out newspapers from door to door.

Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.

At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it. But to my surprise, when I went to people’s houses, they looked me up and down. I could feel that they looked down upon me. I was badly hurt. Though I was discouraged, I came to another house. A black dog jumped out suddenly. I was frightened and screamed with fear. But no one came to help me.
