Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

The second thing for college students is to join the after-class

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

With the increasing use of cell phones, spam message has become a heated problem. According to a survey, on average, people receive about 40 pieces of spam message per month. Spam message can disturb, confuse, or even threaten people at any time.

Generally, there are two tesons for the spam epidemic. On one hand, due to the face that text message is a comparatively cheap channel, many companies take advantage of it to advertise their products or servies. Whether people are willing to receive the message is neglected. On the other hand, those holding lots of imformation on cell phone users sell the information and make money our of it.

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. 一、适应环境。

初中到高中，是个大的台阶，这一次月考，最困惑不过的，首先是那些初中学习尖子而这次成绩不佳的同学。如果要找原因的话，我认为，排在第一位的，是对高中学习生活的适应。换句话说，这次成绩的优劣，很大程度上是高中生活适应程度的差异。

从初中到高中，首先面临的是两个转变：一是角色转变。当你一进高中，不论你是否意识到，你已经是一个家庭、社会范围的中心。当你从一万五名初中毕业生中走出来时，肩上立刻多了一份沉甸甸的期望和责任，那就是必须考大学，必须考好大学。但是我们录取的新生和周围所有县市高中相比，分数线都低几十分。家庭和社会的期望是相同的，三年后的竞技水平是一样的，要立于不败、后来居上，我们的光阴更迫，压力更大。这就要求必须尽快完成“树立远大理想，考入理想大学，三年成才，不留后路”的心理角色定位。一方面学校要求很严，一方面自己有升学后放松一下的意识，这种角色错位实在是高一最可怕的敌人。二是方法的转变。参加过中考，尤其是取得较好入学成绩的同学，可能会认为自己已经有了一套行之有效的学习方法，高中照猫画虎就行了。殊不知，初中复习迎考的那些方法，不仅不适应将来社会对人才的素质需求，连高考、进行高中课程的学习都可能很困难。因为那些所谓的方法很大程度上是老师包办的方法，是一种读死书的方法，是一种以接受为特征的方法。因而，通过这次期考、反思进而寻求科学高效的学习方法，学会学习，学会自学，也是一个刻不容缓的问题。达尔文说：“最有价值的知识是关于方法的知识”。

二、培养良好的个性习惯。

“良好的个性习惯是成才的决定性因素”，这句话，同学们已耳熟能祥。按这句话，可把同学们分成三类：一是信奉它，这已经创造出许多成功者，如杜宏伟、王艳君、姚灿等;二是不以为然，相信智力。但据报载，一位资深教育家经长期调查发现，约有三成高智商的学生是差生。在西安市某一高中班内，成绩最差的学生智商是120。他发现，几乎从未有过因智力因素而影响到学习的例证。事实上，世界上公认的天才儿童的定义是：“智商中等以上，加上刻苦学习，顽强拚博，具有创新能力者”。可见，智力只是有些人用来自暴自弃的一个理由。三是半信半疑，由于看不到身边的榜样，所以三天打鱼，两天晒网。学校要求教室课间不说话，有用吗?北京市二十二中孙维刚老师的班，一天到晚二十四小时无一人说话，他的班仅北大清华就升入55%;山东牟平一中，两千多人住宿，没有一个管理人员，被子从来叠得有棱有角，整整齐齐，物品干干净净，升学率仅本科占98%;河北衡水中学，单是门岗就对学生有如下要求：不准让家长送饭及一切水果零食;不准送衣物被褥;不准送药。其升学率100%，一千人高考仅重点677人，一半还多。有没有个体的例子呢?差生张春风，从班内46名考入北大，自己营造了一种境界，“埋头、素服、三缄口”。因此，个性习惯与成才是必然的因果关系，所差的只是你是去努力做到了，还是让别人看着做到了，还是别人看着也做不到。

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

life.

China has the history of more than 5,000 years. Many foreign people are

attracted by this big old country. They come here and want to know about the

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. Many of the addicts found themselves forced to drop out of school for poor academic performance. Secondly, addicts tend to isolate themselves from the reality. Whats worse , indulging in the virtual world for a long time, they are more liable to suffer mental problem and physical collapse. Thirdly , players are exposed to too much violent and unhealthy material, which is definitely harmful to their growth.
