洗洗脸，刷刷牙，待到上床时早已九点半，真正进入睡眠已到十点。第二天早上，闹钟响了，而我却依旧在呼呼大睡，任凭它闹着。这时，老妈便急冲冲破门而入，二话不说就拽着我胳膊大喊：“快点起床，不然要迟到了。”我迷迷糊糊，睁着朦胧的睡眼随便喝几口粥，抓起个面包，急匆匆赶到学校。这样十分不规律的生活作息，为此给我带来了烦恼。上课总是没有精神，作业正确率也不高，成绩也直线下降。于是我决定“痛改前非”制定了一个作息时间表。晚自修后一回到家，就洗脸刷牙，躺在床上，看会儿书，到了九点便早早睡下。早上按时起床，吃饱早餐，精气十足。这样，我学习的状态便好很多了。

饮食难理

到了寒暑假，便彻底地放飞了自我。每天睡到自然醒已是大中午，早饭时常不吃，午饭也是匆匆带过，只有晚饭较营养丰盛些，为此我饿出了胃病。记得有一次，我的钱包空空如也，肚子咕咕叫。家里只有面条跟冰箱里静静等待主人宠幸的几颗绿油油的小青菜，这时的我不得不开始考虑吃饭大计了。望着青菜与面条，我的内心是拒绝的，简直比做数学难题更让我无从下手。“咕咕”的声音把我拉回到现实中来，民以食为天促使我不得不开始我的煮面之战。“喇啦”我手忙脚乱地将青菜倒入锅中，油点开始跳跃，我连忙拿起铲子胡乱翻了几下，加了点盐，再翻几下便倒入了水……望着眼前的清汤挂面，打了个颤抖，拿起筷子尝了一口，竟异常的好吃。后来，我缠着老妈教我做饭，厨艺也提高了不少。我的胃也慢慢的养好了。

烦恼如似暗礁，没有暗礁，怎能激起美丽的浪花呢?

在世界上烦恼的事很多，譬如我们身体上有老病死的烦恼，心理上有贪嗔痴的烦恼，我们的烦恼真有如大海的深广、树林的茂密，起惑造业，流转生死，皆由烦恼所致。无穷无尽的烦恼，细思之，不外由于一个“我”字所造成。由于我执、我爱、我见等等所引起的邪知邪见，让我们产生数不尽的烦恼。所以，我们要快乐，首先就要学习如何克服这些烦恼。

对于烦恼，有的人的做法是；什么都不想做，玩也不想玩，只有等这个事情解决了，才想去非常痛痛快快地玩一顿。问题一天不解决，就一天放不下心，坐也坐不安，就算去做另外某件事，去玩，也像挂着什么似的，很不愉快。而且有这种想法：“就算我去痛痛快快玩一顿，玩了之后这件事还是摆在我的面前，我会更加郁闷。”也有的人的做法是：丢开一切，痛痛快快地玩一顿再说，有什么其他的事照常做。心里和思想上没有一点障碍，就像没有那件烦恼事一样。

而我不是想什么样做就能那样子做出来的。我也曾经想把心中的感情烦恼努力的不去想，可是很多的时候都只是能在心中想着，而眼泪只是流个不停！

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. 同学调侃我能接受，体育课我就难以接受。一上来老师就测800米跑，这下可好，本来腿就不够长，想在频率上弥补，可它还得拼耐力，别人用一倍力气，我得用两倍力气。拼死拼活跑完全程，勉强及格，要不然还真不知道怎么办。不止长跑，还有立定跳远，一拼弹跳力，二拼大长腿。小个子女生弹跳力好，小菜一碟;如果不好，那就真没辙了，想我只能勉强凑合。平时，我和大高个子坐在一起，人家的脚轻而易举就能着地，我的呢?只能在半空中晃晃悠悠。最让人痛心的是，个高的看见了还总喜欢开玩笑，他们说的倒轻松，笑嘻嘻的，可我心如刀割，难过至极。

像这样的情况还有很多，不止内心受到伤害，生活中也常常尴尬不已。像什么穿长裙子，如同偷妈妈的，公交车扶手够不着，拍合照永远站在最边上……最怕坏心眼的人，明知道你个子矮还非得拉住你的手追问：“你多高呀?你多高呀?”我总是如实回答：“一米多。”

可他并不死心，继续问道：“一米多多少?”我有点不高兴，不熟的直接开溜，熟人就回上一句：“大家都是一米多，有什么好问的。”虽然为这样的事生气很不值得，但俗话说的对：“身高是硬伤呀。”真要摊上这个现实，又有几人会不为之烦恼呢?

现在我的任务是努力学习，毕竟以后不是特定职业不需要身高，肚子里有墨水才是王道。至于个头矮，多加锻炼就好了。
