8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more， the media should play an important role in implanting a sense of environmental consciousness into people’s mind. If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better， we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

人都有自己的烦恼，有的是父母为自己的子女们而烦恼，有的是因为自己长得而烦恼，有的是为了种.种的事情而烦恼。而我的烦恼却是我的胆子太小了。我该怎样克服我的这个烦恼呢?

有时，爸爸、妈妈不在家的时候，我一个人不敢在家，上课时有问题不敢大胆发言，同学们就给我取了个外号叫“胆小鬼”。同学们每次一见到我就叫我“胆小鬼”。

有一次，我的二伯要了来我家玩，妈妈叫我去接二伯。在家的时候妈再三叮嘱我：“见了二伯要问好”，我的心里也暗暗地下了决心，等我来到街上，我本来要向二伯问好的，但是，我原来放松的心情，一看到二伯，我的心就立马紧张起来了，想喊也喊不出来了，二伯看见我了，问：“怎么不叫我呢?”我的脸一下子红了起来。二伯又说：“你这个孩子，怎么这么胆小呢?”

我记得还有一次，天上下着雨，雨点儿打在玻璃上“叭啦叭啦”的直响，爸爸和妈妈有事出去了，就我一个人在家，我心里特别害怕，这时候，我忽然听到“咯吱咯吱”的声音，难道有小偷，我起身把灯给拉亮了，躺在床上，用被子捂得严严实实的，越是捂着，眼前越是出现可怕的镜头。

突然，我又听见“笃、笃、笃”的声音，我不禁想：“妈呀!强盗来了。”我正要喊救命的时候，有一个人敲门说：“小艳，快把门打开，我们都要被淋湿了。”听，像是爸爸和妈妈回来了，我急忙拉亮电灯，我正要开门的时候，有一只老鼠从柜角里跑出来，唉，原来是你这只死老鼠在这里作怪。爸爸、妈妈看见我惊魂落魄的样子，就问我是怎么回事。我害羞得无法开口，心想：“如果让白爸妈知道了，他们准会说我没出息。”

我要怎样才能改掉这个胆小的毛病呢?这正是我的烦恼。
