Are you seeing that picture of my familyThe sun was shining brightly! My parents sat together in sofa. My mother hugged my brother, and I stood beside on my father. We were smile sweetly to the camera. All we us look like very happy although we were a poor family at that time.

My mother is not tall, not short but slim. She has a round face, two big eyes, a small nose and small mouth. She’s beautiful. She is forty-three years old, but she looks so young! She is my dear friends .

You must feel very strange to my father because he having full-white hairs, just look like a old man. My parent’s relationship is old husband and young wife. He is older than my mother 20 years. He can as my grandfather at his age.

My family was rather poor when I was in my childhood. We didnt have our own house and had to live in a shabby, small room rented from my fathers factory. The room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. I didnt have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. This is terrible both for my parents and me.

But father made this all different! Since the room was on the third floor, namely, the top floor in that old style building, the roof was quite high above the floor. So father got an idea.  He bought two thick ropes and a flat wood that later was planed smooth, painted and drilled two holes on both ends.

Then he hung the ends of ropes up to the roof. During the daytime, these two ropes would be tied up so that people down could walk freely! When night came, father would loose the ropes and tied them to the two holes of that flat wood.  The length of these ropes was just long enough for me to sit or sleep on the board without others help.

So in this way my lovely, removable bed was born.

When winter came, this special bed obviously wouldnt be able to make me feel warm enough. But father always had his so lution! He built a garret using some flat wood and iron sticks right above the bed. With some used iron tubes, he made an iron ladder for us to climb up to the garret. Besides, he made a wood en desk for me to do my homework, and some simple furniture for my clothes, books and something else  he had in fact made a small bedroom for me.

At first, my mother and I dared not climb for fear that it might collapse. But father climbed it everyday to prove its safety. The garret looked simple even shabby and the ladder seemed to decline soon. But later when I got used to it, I found it as solid as those made by professional carpenters.

I carried all my personal things onto that garret. My father and I pasted red papers on the wall and painted the ugly furniture red. So the garret became the first "room" that belonged to me.When I was about to move to my new house, I just didnt want to leave.  That garret was created with my fathers love and sweat and intelligence, beautified with my hand and filled with so many sweet memories of my family! That hard but sweet life time would live in my memory forever with father stands in the center of it.

总有一个精彩的形象活在我心中。那是我亲爱的父亲。从许多人的眼中看，父亲似乎是一个很普通的人。但在我眼里，他是非常不平凡的，从我童年起，我就从未对他的勤奋、奉献、关心、乐观等美好品质失去过好奇心。

作为一个农民，父亲常年在田间辛勤劳动。他每天从黎明一直工作到黄昏，直到午夜时分才是收获的季节。即使农活不多，他也很少喜欢和其他农民一起休闲。他选择过着忙碌的生活，不愿停一会儿。

父亲把自己奉献给我们的家庭。虽然我们很穷，他总是尽他最大的努力来支持我们的家庭和支付学费，我哥哥和我。为整个家庭，为我和弟弟，他不停地在地里工作一年。现在，他有一个皱巴巴的脸和白头发，因为过度努力，看起来更老，弱于任何其他人的年龄。尽管如此，父亲从不向我们抱怨。正是他的全心投入，我们现在过着更好的生活。我和哥哥都能在大学里学习，这是他全部的奉献精神。

父亲对我们的孩子和母亲都很关心。每当桌子上有美味的食物，他就把它留给我们，而他自己拿着简单的。如果我哥哥和我生病了，他会毫不犹豫地给我们买点药或者带我们去看医生。我母亲病得很重。父亲很细心地照顾她。他从不让妈妈在家里和地里做任何重活。母亲很欣赏他，她常称赞他是模范丈夫。

父亲是一个乐观的人。他从不抱怨我们贫穷的生活。他从不因麻烦而灰心丧气。他经常告诉我们，如果我们对生活有足够的信心，一切都会好起来的。由于他的乐观，我们都有信心面对我们的生活和工作。

我们都认为父亲不是一个普通人。他在我家扮演一个非凡的角色。没有他我们不能拥有任何东西。现在我在远离父亲的大学继续深造。我非常想念他。我经常在梦中见到他。他的伟大形象深深刻在我的脑海里。

Today is father’s day， for so many years I’ve been seekig a way to express my heartfelt thanks for all you have done for me. Here comes it!

Thank you for always being there sharing my life when I need you most. Whenever I encounter difficulties， I never feel alone and vulnerable， because you will keep me on the right path. I’m blessed to have you.

Thank you for offering me education and teaching me how to be a man. You always inspire me not by words， but by what you have done! Your efforts in the work， your loyalty to your friends， your responsibility for the family and your persistence in the life have already set me good examples in my own life.

Thank you for always appreciating my work， no matter how tiny it is! You have made me realize that it’s capacity not scores that really counts.
