Hello everybody! My name is Chen Xuanlin. It is my pleasure to be here to

share my opinions of growing pains.

Grow up, like a boat in my life, driving the wave surface. Sometimes, be in

calm, sometimes be in rough. But the boat I was growing up, not everything is

going. For me, sour,sweet,bitter,ho t,everything .

Now, as I grow up, are becoming adults, so in the eyes of parents, I was no

longer to be a kid. Sometimes, they say "youve grown up,not a children!" When I

listen to this,my head will be pain.

When I was a little boy, my life is so relaxed.But now, in front of the

waves are bigger, and more twists and turns the sea,I become a middle school

student, that I have all gone past. Im taller, homework more, study more

subjects,have more test.When I was a boy, I am wrong no matter what happened, no

one to blame me.But now,if I do something wrong,my parents will shout. The

relaxe time will far away from me.I will be more busy.

Study pressure always troubling me. Grown up, more work gradually like

hills. After school, I do not dare to play, to see their favorite book, Im

afraid I cant complete the work, I can only try very hard to make the pen in my

book on wave, for example, I have to run on the way home. The course also

gradually heavy. Every home in the evening review, I looked at a lot of books, I

really do not know to study what subject, is Chinese? Or math? Or geography?

Or……

What should I do? To look life in the future.

Most people has a sweet home, so have I. I think my home is sweet because

it is my best place to have rest or have fun with my friends or my parents.

I can remember clearly. Once I came back home late because my teacher

didnt want me leave until I finished my homework. At that time, the weather

became colder and the wind became stronger. I was so hungry and cold at that

time! I felt I cant take it any more, so I ran to my home quickly. When I got

my home, I felt much more warmer and happiness than ever before!

I have a happy family. There are five people in my family. They are my

parents,my grandparents, my sister,and I. My father and mother are businessmen.

And my grandparents are farmers. Im a primary school student. My sister is four

years old. She is lovely.I love my family.

Almost every child likes to play firework, especially in the holiday. The

shape of firework is various and colorful, which attracts children to play it

all the time. Every year, I will ask my mother to buy firework for me and I

notice to use it properly, because sometimes it will bring danger to others. The

moment I see firework, I make a wish.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

Our world is colorful.There are many kinds of color like

black，pink，white，blue，brown，green，red，gray，purple，yellow and blond。

Spring is green.The flowers are yellow，red and pink.Summer is red.Fall is

yellow.Winter is white.Trees are light green，in Spring.But trees are dark

yellow，in Fall.

I love the colorful world.

i’m going to the sun on my holiday. i will go there by a spaceship. i will

take a big blue spaceship。then i’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is

very hot. so i put on the super-shirt. in the morning， i will have some sun

burger for my breakfast.

at eight o’clock， i will play with my friends there. they are super dog and

super girl. super dog is white and black. super girl is very clever. super girl

and super dog like to play with me. so i play with them for forty minutes. then

i do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. after my home

work， i will have my lunch. i will eat sun salad. i will make some red toy bear

to the sun babies. i will have red juice， red fish and red rice. all the things

are red. then i need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. so i

will walk to the spaceship. i’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

this is a good holiday on the sun.

I do not like teamwork in most time. Because I think it is hard for the

whole team to hold the same view. It is a waste of time to argue with each other

then make a compromise. But recently I have really seen the great power of

teamwork.

Last week we had a play competition. Because of some reasons, we had not

decided the play two days before the competition. Our monitor called the actors

and actresses who had been decided together. Then they think about every plot

together. To my surprise, it seemed that everybody had his or her good idea.

They gave up their weekend to practice the play. Finally our team won good marks

and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.

Teamwork is really powerful. No matter learning in school or working in the

future, we have to work in a team sometimes. So, try to establish the spirit of

teamwork. It will surely help you achieve success.

Today， I played a game of legend in school. The first student in each group

went to the front desk to read the words on the paper. One group had 20

students， the first one in our group， whispered to the next one that we were

For some reasons, I never get up before nine oclock on Saturdays.

Sometimes I stay in bed until lunch time. Then Ill do some exercises, read

English, play computer games. In the afternoon, I go to school for writing and

playing table tennis. I play table tennis well. In the evening, I go to the
