On New Years Eve, after dinner, it was still early. My mother and father

came to the county front street to feel the new years atmosphere. The streets

Please convey to the Chinese people and to the family of pilot Wang Wei that we are very sorry for their loss. Although the full picture of what transpired is still unclear, according to our information, our severely crippled aircraft made an emergency landing after following international emergency procedures. We are very sorry the entering of Chinas airspace and the landing did not have verbal clearance, but very pleased the crew landed safely.

We appreciate Chinas efforts to see to the well-being of our crew. In view of the tragic incident and based on my discussions with your representatives, we have agreed to the following actions:

Both sides agree to hold a meeting to discuss the incident. My government understands and expects that our air crew will be permitted to depart China as soon as possible.

The meeting would be April 18, 2001.

The meeting agenda would include discussions of the causes of the incident, possible recommendations whereby such collisions could be avoided in the future, development of a plan for prompt return of the EP-3 aircraft, and other related issues. during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is

Our school holds the sports meeting today.There are a lot of students and

they are very happy.The athletes are very nervous. They take part in the high

jump,long jump and so on. The competition begins.The students run very fast on

the playground.The others are saying come on to their classmates and couraging

them. We lost the game at last,but we are still very happy.

My home is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen and a

living room. I’m a child. I have a nice bedroom. In my bedroom, there is

Thank you for a rapid response to our invitation. Enclosed you will find an outline of events to take place during International Week here at the University of Montana. I will also list a number of possible speaking engagements so that you can choose those things in which you are most interested. As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from language and culture to history and economics.

Here is a tentative schedule:

10 am - Cultural Exhibition opens

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers, taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

This is our school library . It s openfrom 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning

and from 1:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon . It s not verylarge . It has only

three assistants and about two thousand books . The assistants are friendly and

the books are interesting . So we often come here after class . From thelibrary

, you can borrow two books at a time , and keep them for two weeks . In its

reading room , there are tables and chairs . There you can do your homework or

read the magazines .

900 years ago.

Buddhism was well accepted in the areas inhabited by the Han Chinese， who

believed that Sakyamuni the first Buddha and founder of the religion， attained

enlightenment on the eighth day of the twelfth month. Sutras were chanted in the

temples and rice porridge with beans， nuts and dried fruit was prepared for the

There is， however， another touching story： When Sakyamuni was on his way

into the high mountains in his quest for understanding and enlightenment， he

grew tired and hungry. Exhausted from days of walking， he fainted away by a

river in India. A shepherdess found him there and fed him her lunch -- porridge

made with beans and rice. Sakyamuni was thus able to continue his journey.

my father is a nice man. he likes to play computer games. he is an owner of

a factory which produces many things .he is good at designing. he works very

hard. i love him very much because, sometimes, i can help him to do something in

his factory .he is always on business trips because he has his business

everywhere so it takes up too much of his time .

therefore, he doesn’t have any time to play with me but i don’t blame him

for that. i often spend a lot of my time on the computer, so i have something to

do. my mother is usually on the phone and tells my father to get home early but

my father doesn’t listen to her. so my mother and i sometimes are upset and i

don’t like my father in a sense that he always gets home late.

i love my father but not his job!

Today, my mother has something to do, so she needs to meet her friends. I

make a promise that I will clean the house when she returns. But I become lazy

soon. I start to play computer games and forget my promise. When I remember, I

start my work quickly. I feel so bad to almost let my mother down. Luckily, I

finish my job and my mother feels happy.

Time travel, the passage of time, in the blink of an eye we from a naughty child to sensible youth. Two years ago, it was the teacher who brought us to the university gate. In the past two years, we have felt the care of the teachers relatives.

As a Chinese saying goes, "teachers are teachers, so they impart knowledge and solve doubts". In the classroom, I can still see the busy figure of teachers. They impart their lifes knowledge to us without reservation and patiently teach us. I remember that one of our international trade professional teachers often give us lessons in sickness, listening to her hoarse voice so far I can not imagine; We did not have water to drink in the training room. She brought us water to drink by boiling it herself and took care of us like a kind mother.

"A day as a teacher, a lifetime as a mother," in the life of the teacher meticulous care to take care of us.
