五、尽量在课堂上就着手培养学生优秀的品质和良好的习惯我们对学生有很多的规范、守则与要求，这不能仅仅是在课外所做的，相反在课堂上的表现是最多的，很多老师对这一点重视不够，比如让学生规范坐姿站姿书写姿态，让学生用普通话，让学生大大方方地说话，让学生真诚地与老师同学交流，让学生在讲台上去讲，让学生提出老师想不到的问题，让学生比老师讲得还好，让学生写的字比老师还好……很多很多完全是在课堂上就去做的。培养出超过老师的学生，是老师的荣幸，更是老师最大的幸福!
