2、缺乏资金

二、对大学毕业生创业的几点建议

1、加强对学生的创业教育

把创业教育融入职业生涯辅导，建立和完善创业教育课程体系和教学制度，建设高素质的创业型创业教育队伍；激发创业意识是创业教育的首要任务，创业和企业管理是一种实践性非常强的事业，对创业者的经验有一定的要求。加强大学毕业生创业教育，首先要回答大学毕业生创业选型问题。目前可供我国大学毕业生选择的基本创业形式主要有三种：自雇型创业、专业型创业和产品创新型创业。创业教育不妨从自雇型创业入手，体悟创业的真谛。实施以创业为导向的专业教育，将培养专业型创业者作为大学专业教育的目标之一。在专业教育中鼓励、指导大学毕业生发挥专业优势，创办那种只有懂得专业的人才能做得好的那类“高门槛”的行业。专业型创业定位可使得各专业都商机无限，同时也淡化了专业的冷与热、大学的重点与非重点之分。

创业是应该的，但是我不赞同大学生毕业后就创业或在校大学生创业。俞敏洪老师在北京工商学院演讲时曾说过：“大学生缺乏理解社会的能力，缺乏与人打交道的能力，缺乏与人合作的能力，更加缺乏对中国社会许多潜规则深刻的了解，所以一进去就碰一鼻子灰，往往创不成业不是因为专业技术不行，而是我们发现大学生专业技术行了，但是他们几个共同创业的伙伴打架也已经打开了。对于毕业的大学生而言，先工作，学会打交道，想干什么再到别的企业学习实践，要知道你现在进去是为了以后出来自己创业的。”
